Authentic Civil War Map from Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies. Published under the direction of Hon. Stephen B. Elkins Secretary of War 1892. This map has 36 individual maps on it. Map 1 shows cavalry engagement at Milford. VA. Map 6 shows Gen. Rossers night attack on Custer's Division at Lacey Spring, VA. Other cities include Liberty Mills, Brock's Gap, Moorefield, New Creek, Rude's Hill, and Gordonsville Virginia. This is Plate no. LXXXIV. The size is 27x 16 1/4, 29 1/4 x 18 1/2 with borders. Map is in good condition with minor yellowing and minor imperfections on edges as you may expect for a map from this time period. Last picture not included in shipment, just pictured to show atlas.
