Civil War Ear Original Map of the United States ~ March 19. 1864 This is a"Map of The Rebellion as it was in 1861 and as it is in 1864" from Harper's Weekly. It is in great condition. No tears, rips or repairs of any kind. This is a real piece of American history! This map has been framed using museum quality standards and materials. The frame is a 2" wide antiqued silver and black wooden frame. The mounting and matting are acid free. The outer mat is a light tan with the inner mat being a dark brown. These were chosen to accent the colors and tones of the map. There is a filet on the inner mat to match the antiqued frame. The map image is about 9 1/2" x 14" and the finished size 19" x 24" The glass is Museum glass which provides the highest level of ultra violet filtering available.
