Description Antique Singer Sewing Machine Model 12. New Family Gilt and Mother of Pearl 1881 Fiddle Base Treadle What a gorgeous little Singer model#12. Born June 6th of 1881. It has all its mother of pearl inlay and most but not all of its guilt intact. What a great show piece. This is a working treadle with the original owner’s manual in delicate condition. A few needles,its boat shuttles, bobbin, and many attachments included. The hand wheel turns freely. The needle goes up and down smoothly. Both its boat shuttles are in good operating condition. It does make stitches. The base attachment hinges are present but not attached to their rivets. The drawers and lift extention are also in fantastic condition. Although not mint the treadle head is way above average for its 130+ years of age. The treadle cabinet is solid walnut(no veneer) It ... moreis intact. With no wormwood or other structural damage. There are only a few water marks a few edge dings, and a little darkening behind the machine from oiling and a couple other small mars. There is a water spot from someones glass as shown on both the coffin top and table top. The drawers and lift extention are also in wonderful condition. It displays well. The original rectangular coffin top also is in solid condition with only a small chip missing from the logo and on top rim. And a stain or two on top and a check in the top wood. The lock and lid hooks are present and intact. The treadle base still has much of the guilt showing on its emblems. It moves freely, and sports a wood pitman arm which functions well but is not perfect. This will make a great addition to any collection. I've separated the head from the cabinet and treadle and am parting this out. It was in rough shape as you can tell by the picture. But I've cleaned everything up and taken all the decades of grime off of it. The head is surprisingly in very good condition with great graphics- but I haven't done anything with it mechanically since that is out of my league. Please check out my other auctions for all of the pieces parts that I will be listing from this unit. In this auction you are viewing the sewing head. The model number is GOO85634. I have not done anything to this machine other than remove some of the grime that had coated it. Amazingly enough the graphics were in ... morevery good condition with lots of color. The bobbin plate is missing. I was able to engage the movement by turning the wheel in the back. I would think this would need a thorough cleaning and oiling if you wanted to use it. Of course you could always part it out. But from what I see you only would need to clean and oil this and replace the plate to make this baby sing. There is a gob of white paint on the neck that I didn't want to mess with. It's latex and should come off easily, but I know that everyone cleans things differently and I don't want to mess with the original finish. INSURANCE: Since ebay has taken away the insurance option in the listing. It is up to you to decide if you wish it insured or not. 1911 - Singer Treadle Sewing Machine Cabinet Side Drawer 6 Model 66-16 Red Eye
SINGER TREADLE SEWING MACHINE DRAWERS- RED EYE MODEL 66-116 Up for auction are six drawers and the two internal drawer holders/ cabinets from a Model 66-16 Red Eye Singer Treadle Sewing Machine from 1911. The drawers are made of quartersawn oak. Both the front of the drawers and sides of the cabinets have carved decorative accents. The drawers measure approximately 11-5/8" deep by 4-3/8" wide. The cabinet portions that hold the drawers measure 14" deep by 5-1/2" wide and approximately 14-3/4" tall. One drawer is missing its circular center pull as shown in the fourth photo. Aside from this flaw. The wood has only a couple of minor dents/ dings, and contact paper has been applied to the interior of the drawers. This is a vintage SINGER treadle sewing machine belt shifter. These were used on the cast iron bases to get the leather belt on or off the belt wheel. This one is in very nice condition and includes that all important spring. These original springs are getting harder to find. The shifter was recently repainted. This one came from an 1883 base. That's correct. 1883. The machine serial# was 5,993,230 which goes back over 129 years. This is an older shifter, but they never changed over all the years the treadle machines were made. This shifter will fit any treadle machine no matter what year. If you are looking to upgrade the shifter on your machine. This will be perfect. 1800s Singe Sewing Machine was sold with one of these accessory boxes. Box is clearly stamped with the patent date— February 19. 1889 and contained the attachments for the Singer Sewing Machine. This fingerjoined box has a wonderful bright honey color. It’s 6 1/2” long x 3 1/4” tall x 3 1/3” deep. Easy to close, it just rolls up, snaps shut, and is lined with its original burgundy velvet. Velvet is in excellent condition but needs some dusting or however one cleans 100 year old velvet— color is strong and there are no splits or tears. This 1955 Singer 128K 3/4 size Hand Crank Sewing Machine with serial number#EK507472 is in fantastic condition and was manufactured at the Singer plant in Scotland. This machine has the"ROCOCO" decal set which was used by Singer from 1912 to 1961 and can be found the 28 and 128 models. This machine is in fantastic. I rarely come across them in this condition and I doubt this machine was used very much at all. This Singer sewing machine is in fantastic condition. The hand crank turns smoothly with power and ease. The decal set, ROCOCO, is in good condition with hardly any wear. The paint is in good condition with hardly any wear. The bentwood style top is in good condition with a fully functional lock and key. Very sturdy, capable of sewing through much thicker fabric than modern machines, ideal for general sewing and quilting. This machine has the very pretty Victorian decals which are mostly in good condition apart from wear along the front edge. Generally the machine looks good. Especially considering it's age. The paintwork has been polished with good quality car polish to help protect it. The chrome face plate is plain. The inspection plate is decorated the same as the rest of the machine. Welcome to my auction for a beautiful vintage singer sewing machine model no 12.the much sought after fiddle base new family. ~ serial number 4861722/ 1155922~ This machine is in working order.Its quite stiff and definitely needs oiling but everything moves as it should including the bobbin winder and stitch adjustment knob.The bullet shuttle is included and in good condition also comes with 2 bobbins. As you can see by the photos the decals are missing in places but overall fairly complete especially considering its age.I often see singers half the age of this in similar condition. It looks like it has been well oiled over the years and has a layer of dry oil build up over most of the machine-the orangey yellowish tinge over most of the base-see pics.this scratches off with a fingernail however I have left it Im sure you could remove this ... morewith kerosene or similar but I haven't tried for fear of damaging the decals. Serviced Antique 1910 Singer 66 Red Eye Treadle Only Sewing Machine WORKS Video
This is an Antique Singer Treadle Sewing Machine Head. Model 66-1 with Red Eye decals. This has the rear clamping foot. This is a treadle only machine. Which means there is no hub to mount a motor or handcrank. The bobbin winder has a special ribbed wheel that rides the treadle cord. It can only be mounted in a treadle cabinet. The machine also has a different spoked balance wheel. It has only 6 spokes compared to the normal 9 spokes. Serial number G57618* dates this machine to June 22. 1910. The last number on the serial number was removed for some reason a long time ago. It should read G followed by 6 numbers. This machine has been properly cleaned and oiled. The timing was checked and it sews very well. Please see the picture of the stitch. I even took the bobbin case a part and cleaned it so it has smooth thread draw. It sewed 6 layers ... moreof denim with ease. The stitch is equal on both sides. Here is HD video of this actual machine working. The bobbin winder has been tested and works. Overall. This machine has a semi-flat appearance with wear on the deck. The paint and decals on the deck have wear. There are some moderate scratches on deck. The front edge of the base is chipped and worn. The decals are good on the rest of the machine. The decals are slightly darker on the backside. All chrome pieces have an aged appearance. Some parts like balance wheel release knob and bobbin winder are darker than others. The nose and round plates are dark in the grooves. The round plate has a spot of rust. The bobbin and throat plates have scratches. The bobbin cover is dated 1903. There is no manual. Antique 1917 Singer 66-1 Red Eye Treadle Sewing Machine all Original with Case
All Original- Antique Singer Treadle Sewing Machine includes Original Case Model 66-1 with Red Eye decals. This has the rear clamping foot. This sewing machine works Great! This Antique Singer Sewing machine comes on its Original stand that supports the sewing machine and holds some sewing items. There are 2 small strips of black tape on the cords. I removed the black tape and the only reason it was placed there is to cover a wire that is showing. The cord and wires are all in tact and in working condition. There is no hand crank on the wheel. The light even works on this antique sewing machine. This same make and model sewing machine just sold on 11/19 for $192.50. But it was missing the hand crank and it did not have the stand the sewing machine came on. Posted with

1902 Singer Treadle Sewing machine Sphinx with case
1902 Singer Sphinx sewing machine with old wooden case. The stenciling looks goo for the most part the back has some wear on the stenciling as shown. I turned the inner knob and the needler goes up and down. I am not an expert on this machine but it looks in good clean condition. It does have a serial number on it that I researched on a Singer site to come up with the date. If you have any questions let me know and I will do my best to answer them. The case has a lock mechanism on each side that keeps the bottom and top together. Some of the paper is peeling off the side.
