Below are all the 15 swords I have on eBay now. Which you can check out individually, so you know exactly what each one looks like, and can easily bid on the ones you want. I never sell early. STYLISH ANTIQUE LARGE ROUND WALL CLOCK, JAPANESE, TAISHO PERIOD, EARLY 1900's
This beautiful round wood Japanese antique clock. Probably dating from between the 1910's and early 30's boasts a richly colored solid wood frame with brass trimmings and a cream colored face that brings out the amazingly stylish retro font of the big black numbers and minute-marking circular border. There is no brand name that I can find but the face says"MADE IN JAPAN" at the bottom, and there is an engraved fish symbol/logo on the inside mechanics. Except from some minor expected chipping of paint on the face and very light wear and tear it appears in excellent condition. I don't have a key to wind it so can't confirm whether it works or not. And I don't know much about the working of clocks, but aside from some dust the inside also looks to me to be in very good condition. I am relisting my Imari Jar with cover. I withdrew it because the company listed below have just sold an identicall one only a lot smaller for $2,900, their one did not have a lid or a base. Their one was undamaged. But nowhere near as impressive as mine. So my new starting price has increased but is very low considering the piece. The neck has been stapled with 6 staples and it appears a very clean repair which would restore I think quite easily. The lid has internal staple repair but they dont appear on the outside and look to be there for hairline repair. Overall a very Impresive Piece. I dont know if the base is for it but it looks very good on it. IT WILL HAVE TO BE FOR COLLECTION ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SIZE AND WEIGHT.

Vintage Japanese Gretsch copy 1960's?
Vintage(1960's? Japanese"stencil" kit(shell pack) of 4 drums in lagoon blue sparkle. I have shown the leaflet by Star which seems to show this kit- they call it"Drum Mate" see right hand side of pic) The one on offer here is the 4-drum(3 tom) version but in the dk blue sparkle. Certainly the fittings etc look the same. Apparently. The Japanese started exporting these copy kits based roughly on the best-selling Gretsch& Slingerland brands to USA at this time as they found a ready market for affordable drums. This one is of mahogany ply and even the shells have a grey painted interior! I added my own(tongue-in-cheek) touch by sourcing some lookalike badges and fitted some internal dampeners(top only) as well. Has lovely consolette fitting for the toms. And is pretty-well original as regards no extra holes or being ... morerewrapped etc. The wrap seams are good- better than some expensive Ludwig or Gretsch's! On-stage pic(3-drum set up) show the lovely vintage vibe it has. Sadly in broad daylight you can see some marks small scrapes. Scratches, etc. but. hey, it's about 50yrs old! Still. This is a woodblock print entitled Bird on Magnolia. And is by Japanese artist Seitei(Shotei) Watanabe(1851-1918) It is from the 1930's and has a deep saturation of color and excellent impression. The distributor is Shima Art Company, whose red seal is on the lower right. Above the seal, is the signature for Seitei. It has a clean verso, with a"MADE IN JAPAN" stamped on the verso. This is a small print, measuring approximately 7"x 5" but it is lovely, with beautiful detail. Other than a very slight mark on the lower left side, the print is in excellent condition. Description: Vintage Not Under Command/ Anchor light made of Brass and Copper Large Glass Fresnel Lens with Red Glass Insert would make a great lamp. Brought from Japan in 50's. Made in Japan by the famous Nippon Sento CO 1957. Stands 22 inches tall. Diameter 10 inches and weighs 15 lbs. This lantern did not have the'cage' or protective outer ring an d bars w hich also serves to hold it together. These have been recently fabricated from brass& copper. The fresh welds are clearly visible. The internal o il lantern is not present. We tried an inexpensive LED battery operated light and it lasted for 2 months and looked great.
