Quiltmann of Newgate Street. London. This machine uses a standard Singer needle, making it easy to aquire new needles. Unlike the Singer of the same period this machine has a forward and reverse. It was also considered a SInger 28 clone but with more features. You can use any singer accessories on this machine. This mahcine was refered to as the"NAKED LADY" because of the sphynx decal on the head. This sewing machine is in good condition. The porcelain hand crank turns smoothly with power and ease. Antique Frister & Rossmann sewing machine from 1902 with the gold Leaf decals
Frister& Rossmann was established in 1864 close to Berlin. In the 1880's the Company was awarded Medals at various International Exhibitions including Sydney. Crystal Palace, Amsterdam, London, Edinburgh, Adalaide, Melbourne, and Berlin. Frister& Rossmann became Germanys largest sewing machine manufacturer a position it held until 1902. In 1925 the Company was taken over by Gritzner who continued to produce machines under the Frister and Rossmann name. The Company started exporting sewing machines to England circa 1870 appointing an Agent in London to act as Wholesaler. However it wasn't until Hermann Loog took over the Agency from I. Nasch in 1876 that sales started to improve. Loog remained the Companys Agent until c1896, he was replaced by S. Loewe c1896 to 1901, followed by W. Pierssene 1901 to 1914 and finally O. Originally supplied by O. Quitmann of London. This sewing machine is in good condition. The porcelain hand crank turns smoothly with power and ease. The decal set is in good condition with light wear. The paint is in good condition with with a few spots of light"crazing" on base of the machine. The walnut case for this machine is in good condition with only light wear and has a fully functional lock and key. There is an inlayed ruler running the length of the base. Singer Sewing Machine For your consideration I have a hand cranked sewing machine with Vincendora red. Green and gold decals. It comes with the coffin lid and key. There are several attachments that are pictured. Also included are 14 bobbins and 6 extra needles. The serial number is hard to read but it starts with a G dating the machine to the 1920s. The decals on this machine are very pretty and vibrant. See pictures. The hand crank is not original to this the machine but fits great. The bobbin shuttle is present and looks good. I can not get the needle to move up and down so it will need some work. The screws that hold the machine to the wood base are missing. 1923 Singer Model 128 Sewing Machine, La Vencedora Decals, Original, Excellent!
This exceptional antique Singer sewing machine is fresh from a Saginaw. Michigan estate. It is being offered in ORIGINAL, estate-fresh condition. The condition of the enameling and decals is so amazing that I should probably keep this machine, however will pass it along to you for a reasonable price. It is a model 128 and the serial number G0151841 dates it from 1923. The decals, known as"La Vencedora, are in wonderful condition with very minimal wear. Any white spots are from my camera flash, not wear. The original nickel-plated parts are still bright and shiny with no rust. While I have not tested the motor, it appears to be in good condition…the balance wheel turns easily. It is housed in the original walnut bentwood case, which has age-appropriate scuffs and scratches, but no chips or damaged veneer. Included are the original"Singer"marked ... moremotor, motor-controller, and"Singerlight. The wiring is either in excellent condition or has been replaced. Also included are many accessories: Singer"marked screwdriver, six bobbins, shuttle, original key, thread snips, tin oiling can, an early tube of Singer motor lubricant(hardened) and ten additional needles! This is a Vintage Singer Sewing Machine Round Bobbin Winder. It came from a 1950's Singer 99 with Eye decals. But will also match Prism decals. It also fits a Singer model 66. The black paint has some shine with some scratches and wear. The decals have some wear. The chrome pieces are good with some discoloration. It comes with a mounting screw. It is a most amazing looking machine. I don't sew, but Emma says she used this up until she could no longer see what she was doing, about two years ago. I plugged it in and it fired right up and the light works as well(you'll have to get a new belt) It comes with all the attachments you see as well as the motor controller(which I neglected to picture) The serial number is GO336185 and it has patent dates of Oct. 10, 1911 and June 14, 190 on it. Franklin Sewing Machine. Treadle head. It's in need of some TLC so I'm listing it as a parts machine. Spins freely by hand and the timing seems correct. 1 slide plate is missing as is the bobbin but otherwise appears complete. Decals are actually quite nice with an Egyptian motif. If anything the dirt on the machine has preserved them, as shown where I swiped a little off in the last pic. Still, pricing it to move for someone to cannibalize. This early Singer model 27 comes straight from my personal collection and is in very nice condition! The serial number N372213 dates this machine to 1900. I merely wiped the dust off this machine with a little Singer oil.it is being offered in original. Unrestored condition. Everything moves freely as it should and the feed dogs are sharp and intact.this machine should sew with ease(though I have never tested it) The gold color on the bobbin winder and lower mechanism is from old, dried oil, not rust. The nickel-plating on this machine should polish well. The decals, as shown in the photos, are in quite nice condition, with minimal wear.better than what is usually found. There are areas with some loss to the gilding, revealing a more silver tone. Included are both original slide plates, shuttle, and one bobbin. The serial number K1207409 dates this machine to 1903. The decal set is known as"Pheasant. While the decals do show some wear. Especially to the border along the back edge and on the back of the pillar, they are still in above-average condition. They are certainly better than what is more commonly found on ebay. The black japanning does have some pits and wear, especially along the front edge, just where you would expect to find it. The nickel plating on this machine is the superstar.original, untouched, clean condition! The bobbin-winding mechanism, both slide plates, the shuttle, all face plates, and even the balance/band wheel retain superb nickel plating! Darling German Mueller Vintage Toy Sewing Machine With Deco Decals Mint RARE
This beautiful vintage child's sewing machine is from the renowned German toy company. Muller(also sold as Mueller) where we found, in our research, that each of the early pieces like this one. Were painted by hand, by one of 12 artists. As you can see. This wonderful tin sewing machine is covered in colorful Art-Deco style handpainting. We cannot imagine how revolutionary it must have been when the first sewing machine was invented by Isaac Merritt Singer in 1851. Founded in 1910. Muller would become one of the best-selling toy makers of the 20th century. Their children's sewing machines were often later characterized by whimsical embellishment. As this was technically considered a"learning" machine for young ladies new to the domestic arts. It features a lot of fun details that wouldn't normally be seen on a full-sized ... moresewing machine. The black. Tin plated body of the machine is covered in vibrant hand-painted imagery. You can see that both sides of the upright"arm" are decorated with a floral design which features classic Art Deco linear patterns. The colors range from red and green to a highly-reflective gold. The paint has not been worn. And is in beautiful condition with the exception of 4 scratches to the gold line on the back plate. Which we are told can be restored, but could decrease the value if done improperly, so we left them alone. The"table" or bottom part shows smaller flowery decoration at each corner. Impressed marks on the silver-tone"needle-plate" include the iconic Muller Stamp. With the Model Number inscribed. The base features the"Made in Germany" Painted into the artwork While we don't recommend over-handling the piece. It still works well. The silver-tone needle-plate and wheel exhibit some very light spotting. While other metallic components show some very slight discoloration tiny rust-spots. Singer 9W sewing machines are fairly hard to find in any condition. However in this condition they are very scarce indeed! This machine comes from my personal collection and was my"keeper" example. The decals are known as"Celtic Knot" and are in exceptional condition.especially on the bedplate! While the decals are not mint, they are pretty darn close! What little wear they do show, is primarily around the"Singer" logo on the arm.both front and back.where needles were likely pinned at one time. The machine is very clean and shiny with excellent original japanning and lacquer.truly for the advanced collector. It is missing the foot plate. However, does have the light and foot pedal. There are some scrapes on the case. The machine looks very nice and the"Redeye" decals are very bright and beautiful. The case does not latch. The motor and foot pedal wiring appear to have been replaced with newer wiring, however the wiring for the light is old and cracked.
