There is also a 45 3/4" long x 1/4" wide slot, 1/4" from the back edge of the top which I assume is for a back splash(not included) The side and front edges have an ogee detail, it is drilled out for an 8" center faucet(not included) and the oval sink cutout measures 18 1/8" wide x 14 1/2" deep. The counter top is marked on the bottom" ID SURFACE? and THIS SIDE DOWN" When you look at the bottom you can see the color goes all the way through. The sink is an under mount, American Standard in white, measures about 23" wide x 18" front to back, and is 7 1/2" deep to bottom of drain. This comes with the mounting screws and brackets shown, no drain hook-ups, see pictures for detail, there is a chip out of the under side of the sink but is not noticeable from the top nor does it effect the stability of the unit. The sink and counter top weigh aver 60#s. The legs are a polished cast brass and come with the screws for mounting it to the under side of the console. They weig h about 13#s apiece. These have some scuffing and will need to be polished out. The apron is in great c ondition. It isn't as scuffed as the legs. This part weighs nearly 6#s. See all pictures for condition detail. The front apron measure 25 7/8" long x 3 3/4" high. this also has the 4 mounting screws. A beautiful focal point piece for any new build or remodeling project. Unusual M. Dupont Antique Brass Flugelhorn Pre 1900 For Restoration
Here is an interesting old brass horn. I have called it a Flugelhorn but an not sure if that is the correct name. It is quite large and measures 21" long. Only markings are"M Dupont" on the bell which was a Sears name for instruments imported from France. Completely unrestored and recently out of a local small town Nebraska estate. Valves function. Some dents, one joint popped from the solder but goes back in. Great project. Careful packing.

It is a desk fan perhaps in name only it has huge brass fans that measure 16 inches from tip to tip and its heavy cast iron base makes it weigh in at over 25 pounds un-boxed. The fan is a shining example of Art Deco design and looks awesome especially the patina on the blades. The Hunter company started producing oscillating desk fans in the 1920's and in the 1930's changed the name of the company. Given these facts I'd place the date of this fan in that decade. The fan would look even better when it is fully restored. With manual movement all the parts seemingly work(it pivots ... moreup and down and locks, it has free left to right movement, and the selector switch clicks, but this is all I can test on my own, I leave this in the hands of the professionals. This is an Antique Jewelry box. It measures 7 5/8" x 5" x 3" It is made of wood covered by leather but most of the leather has come off from age or drying out. The top of the box has a couple splits in the wood also. The inside lining has some wear from age but no rips. The jewelry tray also has wear. Mostly from age. All the brass hardware is very ornate with, I think it's called tooling. The handle on the top of the box is very unusual looking. I do not have the key for the lock. Handsome Antique Unknown Grandfather Clock With Brass Movement for Parts/Repair- Nice size! Nice antique condition but not in working condition! The face is painted metal and has some fading of the paint. What a beautiful face! The clock face also has a place for the calendar as well as a place for the movement of seconds. The face and clockworks are a bit cockeyed inside the hood and needs TLC! The glass is missing on the left side if the cabinet but is included on the right side. The front of the hood is a bit loose and will need to be re-secured it is presently being held in place by Tape. Not sure how old the clock is– could be 18th-century not sure– most likely 19th-century. A tinkerer or restorer could probably get this up and running with little effort– not sure what the issue is! The ornate design features nude dancing figures in the center area surrounding a figure carrying a container on his head. The metal is either brass or bronze and shows some discoloration and a few small green spots. This chandelier is extremely heavy and will be quite beautiful once restored. It needs to be cleaned. Completely rewired, and the brass band that the arms attach to needs to be tapped down to be even. The light sockets are missing so new ones are needed.
