Antique Style BRASS Tile HEAVY Fireplace Trim Architectural Salvage Restoration
I am not positive as to the age of this tile. But I believe it dates to the turn of the Century(circa 1900 to 1910) 5 1/2" Square; I believe it is made of brass. a magnet does NOT stick to it anywhere) The back also appears to be made of brass. The middle(viewed from the side) appears to be a metal color, but I could not get a magnet to stick to it. There are 2 lips, or edges, on opposite sides, so as to perhaps slide this into a track. In good condition; there are a few white marks that may be paint drips(another one that I have had wax dripped into it) I believe the function was trim around a fireplace, a mantel or perhaps in a kitchen. This is HEAVY. Was NOT used as a ceiling tile, I am fairly sure. Sold as is, no returns. interior design architecture remodeling

RARE OLD! 1936 Colonial Williamsburg Restoration Geddy Foundry brass candlestick
Superb very rare Colonial Williamsburg Restoration Governor's Palace brass candlestick. This is really old and there is a 36 stamped on the bottom(see photo) Which I believe is likely for the year 1936. In the very early days they only put the CW hallmark on their items. These items were generally used in the restored homes and not sold to the general public. Later they would add other hallmarks(in addition to the CW mark) for the metal smiths, such as Max Rieg and Berg, they would also add IG for James Geddy(the Geddy Foundry) This has the old CW hallmark on the bottom. It is of course Hand made. The circular piece of glass encases dried yellow and purple flowers. You manually spin the circle while looking through the eyepiece to see the different designs. One side of the glass has a beautiful flower pattern- I have never seen anything like it. Zoom on the 3rd pic. Antique 1891 ROYAL KEROSENE OIL Brass LAMP FONT with Burner PARTS OR RESTORATION
Offered for sale is this circa 1890's antique brass Royal Oil Lamp Font and Burner in good overall condition. It measures about 7 1/2" to the top of the flame spreader and has a 5" diameter base. The filler cap unscrews easily and the wick raiser works fine. The bottom of the base has a couple of old soldered repairs that hold just fine and the font does not leak fluid. The flame spreader has patent dates of Aug. 14 88. Aug. 26 90, Sept. 9 90, and Mch 24 91. The brass has an older patina and could use a good cleaning. It has scratches and dings as to be expected for the age but is overall a very straight font. This would make a great restoration candidate and was used in Hanging and Banquet and Parlor Lamps. Deco Cast Brass Wall Sconce Light Fixture, Needs Restoration
Great Deco cast brass wall fixture. Rescued from a barn! As-found and ready for your restoration. Main part of fixture is cast brass that was originally painted an off-white; paint has peeled off in some areas. Socket enclosure is chrome with some rusting on the inside. Fixture is about 9 inches tall. Round part of the back of the fixture is just under 4.5 inches in diameter. Originally this light had a glass shade but this was not with the lamp when I found it. This lamp would need a new socket and wiring.

V I N T A G E B R A S S B I R D C A G E C L O C K Measures: 4" x 2 7/8" x 4" high This is an unusual vintage bird cage clock with a small bird inside. The cage is brass with hand painted porcelain(or cloisonné) designs around the perimeter and on the bottom of the cage. It is in great cosmetic condition with some slight surface scratches on the solid metal areas and a bit of age related discoloration. THIS CLOCK IS NOT WORKING. IT IS IN NEED OF RESTORATION and probably needs a NEW MECHANISM. I think the bird moves to the seconds with the time being kept on the ball shaped dial(I am NOT POSITIVE ABOUT THIS) When fully restored mechanically I think you will have a very fine vintage or possibly antique piece ready for your collection.
