King 5B 2105F. Manufactured at the King Musical Instrument Company in Eastlake, OH, vintage 1981-1985, making this a pre-UMI trombone. SN 989513. The bell is larger than standard 9.25" rose brass bell, probably a custom-ordered trombone and one of a kind(standard bell is 9" yellow brass) Bore is 0.547" featuring nickel silver outer slide tubes. Spring bumper is seated in the cork barrel to cushion return to first position. The horn was restored to original condition at a local shop in Northeast Ohio by former H.N. White and King factory employees. The horn has been completely replated and relaquered. The chrome plating on the inner slide tubes is in excellent condition. I attempted to capture the color of the bell in photos. But it is more apparent viewed naturally. The rose brass bell provides a warmer tone than yellow brass. ... moreThe overall finish is excellent and there are no dents. The slide action is smooth and compression is excellent. The King F attachment assembly is unique with two tuning slides: the longer slide can be pulled to E to allow playing low Eb and D in normal 3rd and 4th positions with the valve. And one can add a pedal B natural that isn't possible with a conventional F attachment. The original King case is included. Which is in very good condition and clean. I can provide a large shank mouthpiece if you should require one. The horn works well as a small bass trombone with a 1 1/2C mouthpiece, up to perhaps a 6 1/2AL for solo or symphonic work. For those familiar with King. This is a unique and remarkable exemplar of what the Eastlake factory was capable of prior to being subsumed into UMI. I have owned the horn for two years but have played it minimally. The horn is clean and will be carefully packed for shipping. I am an avid amateur and my eBay record is perfect.

Antique Brass Acorn Finials Vintage Hardware Restoration Supplies 7 Pieces
5 acorn finials approx. 2.5" tall and a little over 2" across. 2 smaller finials about 1.5" tall. The acorns appear to be hollow. They are tarnished and a couple of them have dings in them as you can see in the pictures. The smaller ones have grooves all the way around and just a little rust.
