The mirror would rather“float” ... morebetween the iron frame. It has two decorative hinge type connectors that would secure the mirror. I am not a very“handy” type person and I cannot get the mirror inside this frame. It seems too wide. But I know that is just because I do not know how to secure it. This mirror definitely goes with this frame, so it has to fit. I know a“handy” type person could get it secured. If you are"unhandy. like me, you get 2 cool separate pieces! The frame is a cast iron or wrought iron black metal piece in very good condition– no rust– very good condition. The metal has a twisted ribbon like look. I have yet to find any maker’s mark on this piece. But it could be that I do not know where to look. Due to the design– a maker’s mark could be hidden. The mirror has a thick rough or scalloped type beveled edge. I was going to say no chips. But on closer I think there may possibly be a chip in one of the scallops. Rather hard to tell due to the decorative cut at the edges of the mirror. Also. As you can see, the silver or mercury backing has worn off in several places. It is an old piece. Exact age unknown– I do not know if this is an older vintage piece– I assume collectors can tell by the mirror cut and the frame style- Size: The metal frame measures approx 12 3/4ths inches in length. The center cut-out measures approx 6 1/4 by 4 1/8th inches. The mirror measures approx 5 3/4ths by 3 5/8ths inches. It is approx 1/4 inch thick at the edges. Condition: The cast iron frame still looks very good. As you can see. The back of the mirror shows much wear. As stated above, the mirror has a thick rough beveled edge and it is difficult to tell, but there may be a chip on one of the scalloped edges. Rather hard to tell due to the decorative cut at the edges of the mirror. Well packaged. This rather unique old vintage or antique primitive mirror will weigh over 1 pound, but

You'd say"Fauteuil" They were probably manufactured after the second world war, and are made of solid walnut. The upholstery is fairly new, clean and no pet or smoking odors. The seats have springs are nicely firm. The backs have a slight"crunch" to them, which makes me think they have horsehair in there somewhere. Nice old school materials. The pieces have all the curves and cabriolets of this particular style, and have bits of floral-motif hand carving on the crest, the knees of the front legs, and the center of the skirt. They are solid and sturdy- I can see one joint that looks like it may have been re-glued. There are no repaired splits. Vintage Chest of Drawers with Ornate Framed Beveled Mirror. The size is approximately 73 1/4" tall x 36" wide x 19 1/4" deep with the mirror. There are 3 full length drawers with 2 half length drawers below and a door on the bottom right. It has a dark reddish brown finish. Possibly mahogany? There is a waved front on the drawers. The mirror frame has a yoke attached to the chest and could be removed if desired. The mirror is beveled and in good shape. The frame around the mirror is very ornate with a shell in the center with carved features. It has all of the handles. It is a wire type handles on the drawers and a knob on the door. This is a match to a dresser in our listing that is being sold separately.

Vintage Shabby Chic Doll Dresser / Vanity Oval Aged Mirror
I purchased this at an antique mall in Washington State about 12 years ago. It has been packed away. I thought it would make a great piece to mount on the wall for a unique display. It measures approx. 19" tall. 12 3/4" wide and 6" deep, has 3 working drawers, hand-painted blue flowers in several areas. The mirror is aged and it does swivel. One of the small drawers looks like it has melted crayon in it. I have taken pics of both.

Birds-eye Maple Vanity and Oval Beveled Mirror
For sale is a birds-eye maple vanity with an oval beveled glass mirror. The vanity has been with me for many years and through many events. I no longer need the vanity and would like to find a new- good home for it. I have tried to describe it to the best of my ability. The vanity measures 36 inches wide by 20 inches from front to back. The front legs are Queen Ann style while the back legs are straight up and down. The vanity has some small chips on the two left corners(not bad) please see pictures. The vanity measures just a hair less than 36 inches high without the mirror. When the mirror is added. The height is about 53 inches. Each drawer measures 15 1/2 inches wide and 17 1/2 inches long. Each drawer has chips on bottom corners(as the birds-eye maple has been laminated on the front of the drawers)please see pictures. The entire mirror with frame measures 34 inches across and 23 1/4 inches high. The beveled mirror by itself measures 21 1/4 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches high. Circa late 1920's.spectacular solid maple Shaker/Craftsman style chest of drawers It was love at first sight when I saw this wonderful classic chest of drawers at an estate sale. It was in need of much love and attention! I knew it had the makings for greatness. This is a first class dresser all the way. It is made from solid maple. Not veneers.The solid maple knobs are fantastic as you can easily see, they are all original other than 1 which was missing, I had a master wood turner make an exact replica of an existing knob. the detailed turnings are rare& beautiful. The back panel on the chest is new.The chest has 2 upper drawers and 4 lower drawers.I restored each drawer by taking them apart. Then regluing and clamping.I custom made many drawer glides and runners. The drawers feature dovetail joinery at all four corners.The drawer ... moresides are made of solid maple 9/16" thick, that is virtually unheard of quality in a dresser made today. One of the finest features of this dresser is the beautiful maple with all of its beauty marks and lovely natural grains including some birdseye. Tiger graining and other beautiful figuring.There are also some darker brown areas which add to the look and character. There are some age related shrinkage cracks(non-structural) in the lower portion of the side panels.approx, 4-5" long. I think they add great aged character to the piece. The maple pegs in the top and on the lower front skirt trim are an awesome quality detail. This"diamond in the rough" was hidden under a very worn opaque finish. It had a brown tinted laquer finish(popular in its day) which hid all of the lovely grain you see now.I chose to showcase the natural maple wood and pegs.I hand rubbed many. Many coats of varnish on this dresser giving it a wonderful look, bringing out the lovely wood grains, providing wonderful depth and protecting the wood. Of course like any fine antique. This may be your Antiques Roadshow Hidden Treasure. Innis. Pearce& Co. Dresser with two top drawers and 3 sliding tray drawers inside the cabinet. 38" wide x 20" deep x 46" high standing on 10.5" legs. It could be shortened to 35.5" by cutting off the legs which might make it into a great changing table for an infant. We believe it is made of hardwood but don't know for sure. The secondary woods in the drawers appear to be poplar. Innis, Pearce& Company was organized in 1883 and operated until the depression, making high quality bedroom suites.
