Condition: Used Location: Hatfield, United States Mid Century Danish Modern LANE Walnut& Cane Credenza/Sideboard& 2 Matching Mirrors Measurements: 74"L) x 18"D) x 31"H) Mirrors: ... more45"H) x 21"W) Description: This credenza has 9 total drawers. The cane on the front of the door panels and the tops of the mirrors are in excellent condition. The top of the credenza is gorgeous barely showing any signs of use except for some very light mild surface scratches. There are some scuffs and dings mostly to the legs which is expected from age and use. There are a few on the drawers where you pull to open as well but nothing major. The last picture shows where a small piece of the veneer in the front right corner has chipped. It can easily be fixed or left as is. We have all of the brackets that hold on both of the mirrors. Overall this piece is stunning with some inlay on the top of the credenza as well. It is very heavy and sturdy. Please keep in mind all of my items are vintage and will show appropriate wear for its age. I will do my best to picture and mention any flaws I notice. However. Condition can be different for each person. So please make sure to look at all pictures as they are part of the description and ask questions prior to bidding. The front of the drawers have a walnut veneer that adds beautiful contrast to the piece. It has beautiful carved claw legs(over balls) One of the drawers is missing a small part of it's veneer. There is a stress crack across the top and down one side. It was purchased this way. And does not impact the structural integrity of the piece. Gorgeous Waterfall Dresser Sideboard Bakelite Handles Floral Veneer Solid Wood
This is a beautiful waterfall dresser. It has three drawers. The top drawer has three sections and looks like it once held a box in the middle section that is no longer there. All drawers are dovetailed. The veneer is in generally excellent condition. There are some scuffs to the finish especially on the top left corner along the side-see close-up photo for details. There is also a small amount of white paint splatter at the bottom middle. There are random small dents and marks. But they are not noticeable. There is also a locking mechanism that you can see on the side of it, but I do not have the key. It is missing one piece of the Bakelite in the drawer pull. One wheel underneath has been sheared off but I do have the wheel if you wish to repair it. You can still move it across the floor on the other three wheels. I have not touched-up ... morethe finish since I got it. The top drawer is straight across. And the middle and bottom drawers curve out in the middle(but are set deeper into the dresser than the top drawer) This makes yet another visually interesting layer! You can use this as a dresser or a sideboard. It measures 22 inches deep. 36.5 inches tall, and 50 inches across. It is a beautiful, substantial piece. The floral veneer in the middle is amazing. There are no chips and it is in perfect condition. Then it looks likes sunburst rays coming out of it. Spreading over onto the top. The woodgrain on the side is also nicely done.
