Here is a set of 4 already matching that have the traditional"Rabbit Ear" design with a top stretcher. Six turned spindles create the back and fit into the second rail that is also pressed. The spindles are flat on the side that faces your back so that its nice and comfy. Seats were recanned 7 years ago but have been used since then and have wear where they need to be recanned. All have the bent wood Hip Huggers to strengthen that back joint. It's a superior design for longevity. These are antique chairs and have been used and have signs of wear and character. You will only have to recane them.

Here is an absolutely gorgeous early to mid-twentieth century crotch mahogany mirrored dresser or"vanity" with a lovely very similar Queen Anne style stool with tapestry seat I've put with it. The dresser has overall dimensions of 59 inches tall by 45 inches wide and 19 inches deep. Front to back and with a surface height of 30 inches. The tri-fold removable mirror top measures 32 inches wide and 32 inches tall at it's widest points and is a quality piece with a layer of glass secured over each of the three sections of the mirror. The vanity has a large center drawer 19 1/2 inches wide by 13 inches front to back by 3 inches deep. below it measuring 4 1/2 inches deep. On each side there are two drawers each 9 1/4 inches wide by 14 inches front to back, with the top drawer on each side measuring 3 1/2 inches deep and the drawer. ... moreIn addition to the gorgeous mahogany veneer on all sides but the back and the fabulous crotch mahogany on top, the terrific old metal hardware drawer pulls really help make this dresser special. I invite you to consider this Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser and helping my family become more debt free at the same time! A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely ... moreBeveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed in a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Beveled Mirror attached well and swivels up or down. The Drawers feature the Grand Serpentine style. The drawers all lock and of course the original skeleton key is included. I am not sure however if the dresser’s knobs are original or not. The Dresser features the rare and beautiful Tiger Oak Construction. Quarter Sawn) The drawers are all in pretty fine condition. One drawer seems to want to go in further than it should but could be easily remedied. There is also a chip in the front edge of one of the left drawers. Nice vintage 1930s 1940s art deco style waterfall vanity/dresser with round mirror. It appears to have been fairly recently refinished except for the mirror. The knobs and handles have been painted. The veneer appears to have been replaced. It has dovetail joinings of the drawers. It is in fair condition-even though it has been refinished. It has some areas that need work. The veneer has some spots where it is not smooth and somewhat uneven and there are some depressions in it. There is a small gap between the middle dresser top and where the mirror attaches. The mirror has places around the edges where the silver is rubbing off. It has other various nicks, dents, and scratches consistent with its age. Antique Highboy Dresser w Vanity Mirror Top, 6 Drawers & Wood Caster Wheels, 70"
This is an Antique Hard Wood& Paneling. Dresser with Tabletop Vanity Mirror that Swivels, 70 inches tall. Made in USA. Has 6 dovetail drawers without the key to the locks. Top drawers have original porcelain knobs. The other drawer pulls are newer reproductions. Some of the dovetail corners were glued and set with masking tape(old repair holding fine) Mirror frame has a small crack in the back that doesn't show from the front. Should be an easy repair. Siverback mirror was very blotchy and replaced with a new mirror. Dresser sides are constructed with wood panels and have some general wear. Finish is still smooth. Wheels are original wood caster and working. Back was left untouched with remnants of the original white wash paint. Estimate age is 1920's- 30's. This beautiful antique dresser has its approximate circa in the 1940's. It is very unique. And one must stand in awe of its beauty and craftsmanship. A beautiful emblem(unidentified, but which appears to be somewhat of a royal cup) is displayed on the face of the first large drawer. Beautiful Circa 1945 Waterfall Dresser with Mirror
This stunner was painted a ghastly brown when we found her. But look at her now! We believe this beauty was made by the Vaughn Bassett Furniture Company in Mount Airy. NC in 1945. The mirror was made by Galax Glass Co. The dresser has all the original hardware, the metal portions of which were stripped(yep, they were painted brown too) and repainted. The celluloid portions are in great original condition. The dresser is 42 1/2" wide, 20" deep and 34" high without the mirror. 67" with the mirror attached. Whoever painted this did not paint the mirror section so it still has the great little"inlaid" detailing. The refinished dresser matches the mirror perfectly. The top drawer features a 10" valet tray in the center. The drawers are dovetailed, fit great and open smoothly. The second drawer had a small amount ... moreof damage to the veneer, upper left side. This area was filled before staining so be sure to look at the photos. That's the biggest flaw. There are a couple very minor, less than perfect areas shown in the last two photos but this is in wonderful condition and the veneer looks great. This is available for pick up near Hershey, PA.
