Vintage Art Deco Dresser Painted in Annie Sloan Beautiful vintage welsh dresser made from oak and lovingly hand painted in Annie Sloan- French Linen. A fabulous solid piece with some wonderful detailing. It has been distressed in areas of natural wear as we think t his adds an extra dimension to the piece and highlights the pieces unique features. It has then been finished with natural wax to increase durability. A wonderful piece with all the attributed you'd expect. The bottom is made up of two cupboards each with a single door opening. The right cupboard also has a single shelf. The dresser top ha s been finished in a tongue and groove style and has two generous shelves each with a rebated trough making them ideal for displaying plates. There is an unusual sweet feature in that there is a small decorative bracket in the centre under ... moreeach of the shelves. The very top of the dresser has an extra deep canopy with a waved edge and subtle carved detailing. The waved edge of the canopy is continued on the side pillars. T he edge of the work top has a smooth beveled edge and there is a vertical rebated stripe detail in the central panel between the doors. The doors themselves have been decorated with a deep frame with quarter circles. Dots and rebated stripe designs. The piece sits on chunky square legs with beveled edges and a sturdy cross bar in the centre between the legs. Offered here this outstanding Early Curly Maple dresser top Shaving Mirror with two drawers. This is a beautiful survivor period piece with gorgeous on fire curly maple throughout. Measures 18 3/8" across the top and is 19 3/4" tall. Two nice bow front drawers that have handcut dovetails on front and back and hand turned posts border the mirror. Circa 1840 to 1860 which has yielded rich creamy patination. No damage to this piece with the small exception of tiny piece of veneer missing on back corner and one drawer has some ink stains inside drawer and small age split on side(see pic) Other than that just normal wear from 160-170 years of use. The tiny ogee feet are scrumptious and all there. This early piece has everything going for it and I know lucky buyer will be pleased. Here up for auction is an antique vanity/ make-up table I found in an estate sale here in our Great Smokey Mountains of North Carolina. It measures 45 inches wide and 18 inches front to back. It has a desk top 31 inches tall with all the room for the chair you will have to have. It also has the original mirror that is a three piece. It measures 31 inches wide and 35 inches tall. The mirror has the original tarnish that most antiques have. It could be replaced but the original has the personality that matches the desk. Here again I will not change it so not to take any value out of the piece. It's missing one leg and with all antiques I will not replace it so not to take any value out of the piece so if you want to find one you can go from there with that. There however are still 7 solid legs so it still stands firm without wobbles. It's ... morestained a dark color and has all the real scratches and dings that it has come across over the years also. Antique Tiger Oak dresser with a bow front. 4 drawers, glass knobs, original metal caster wheels. The lady that I bought it from said it was from the late 1800's- early 1900's. She was in her mid 60's and her grandfather had built it. Great solid heavy dresser. Measures 44" x 21" x 34" tall. Drawers slide well. Metal key holes missing from a couple drawers but can easily be replaced. No scratches, mars, chips, etc. in the wood.

Antique Baumritter (pre-Ethan Allen) 6 Drawer Solid Maple Wood Dresser
I am pleased to offer this antique authentic Baumritter 6 drawer dresser. Circa 1952. And manufactured Beecher Falls, Vermont, U.S.A. it actually pre-dates Ethan Allen. This dresser is the real deal. 100% original. All solid Maple construction in a nutmeg finish with all of the original hardware. It measures 46" tall X 33 5/8" wide X 18 1/2" deep. It features beveled/rounded edging on both the top and each drawer face. This dresser was built by Baumritter New York just prior to being acquired by Ethan Allen. Of note in the styling is the elevated stance with scalloped lower/base edging. Once acquired by Ethan Allen, the CRP line continued through the 1950's with similar construction; but the pieces were produced with a flat base that sat flush upon the floor. The craftsmanship and quality of materials used on these pieces ... morewas exceptional. All 4 corners of each drawer are dovetailed. Each drawer slides using a central guide bar and groove; all of which is precise Maple wood construction. The top 2 drawers are also sectioned. Those drawers have a face width of 4 1/2" and a usable depth of 3 1/2" The lower 4 drawers are not sectioned. Each of those 4 have a usable depth of 5" This piece is absolutely authentic. The original brass Baumritter New York plaquard with company crest is still affixed to the side wall of the second drawer. In same drawer. On the floor, is literally heat branded"Made in Vermont" over"Beecher Falls" within a Maple leaf(to represent the wood and its' regional origin) Look closely at the photos and you can see the blackened/burnished patina from the heat used in branding. Furthermore. On the backside of this piece is twice stamped, Inspected" over"April 28,1952" over"Inspector No. 1" Apparently they did it twice as the first stamp was not wholly clear. In any event, circa and origin authenticating doesn't get more precise than that. At center of the backside is also"209" and"NUTMEG" Struct

This professionally refinished oak washstand has a rounded front and 2 full width dovetailed drawers with 2 doors underneath. It has applied carving on the towel bar and underneath the doors. It has graceful curved arms on the towel bar(which easily remove from the washstand by unscrewing) with fancy matching cast brass pulls and knobs. It has removable original rolling castors on the feet. It is from the 1890's and in excellent pristine condition. This piece was built to last a lifetime! I am willing to package. Insure, and ship this item, but you would need to contact me for prices. I used this piece for my winter gloves and hats, and two open baskets will fit underneath the drawers to organize or store larger items. This is a high quality item and was appraised for more than the asking price. We are a smoke free home.

Oak Highboy Dresser Curved Front
This auction is for a Oak Highboy Dresser with curved front drawers. I bought this from my brother in 1978. He refinished it and added the drawer pulls. There are some nicks. Scratches and chips. The drawer bottoms need to be glued. Also, the dresser is a bit wobbly when moving via it's wheels. One of the drawer pull's handle is missing. Overall, the dresser looks good. ANTIQUE VINTAGE ? WASH BASIN AND CHAMBER POT STAND WITH BOWL AND WATER PITCHER
I have put two separate pieces together here to come up with an amazing listing. I acquired the chamber bowl and water pitcher at an estate auction. It was listed as an 1896 Maddock& Sons chamber pitcher and bowl. The markings on both the bowl and pitcher are the same. John Maddock& Sons, Royal Vitreous, England. What I question is the 1896 as both the pitcher and bowl are in beautiful condition. I do not see any crazing and there are not cracks or chips. There are scuff marks on the bowl from the bottom of the pitcher but that is to be expected. The stand is structurally sound with one small issue with a crack in the wood on the towel rack. I have included a picture to show the damage. The stand also has some errant painting spills, although they are small they needed to be identified. Another pictures show these spots. White paint ... moreon the candle holder and inside the towel rack with some purple on the base where the chamber pot is placed I did have to replace the cracked mirror which looked as if it had been previously replaced before. The piece is easy to ship as it comes apart and assemblies without any tools. I will include a few pictures to ad in the assembly. For sale is this gorgeous mahogany dresser with matching mirror. The 8 drawers make it the perfect size for a dresser. The dresser itself is 34 inches tall. 20 inches deep and 54 inches long. The mirror is 41 1/4 inches tall. 49 inches wide and 1 inch deep. It is also removable for easy moving. Overall height of the dresser plus mirror is 75 1/4 inches(6 feet. 3 1/4 inches) The piece is in great shape. With only a few scratches on the top and around some of the drawers. The dresser also includes a glass top, which protects the wood counter from scratches. The drawers are all in great shape and have their original pulls. Judging by the style. I believe it is a Drexel made piece but I am not sure. Antique Federal Style Bureau Set with Matching Mirror (Local Pickup)
You know what your bedroom needs? These two bureaus and the matching mirror! Not only are they beautiful. With a rich wood flame and stunning drawer pulls, but they are spacious and in great condition! And at $400 for all three, it's a deal and a half bargain! The five-drawer bureau is 50.5" high. And about 24.5" deep. It is 37" at its widest point, which is the curve of the feet in the front. At the top it is about 36" wide. The top drawer is divided into three parts and one of the larger bottom drawers is divided into two parts to help keep your stuff organized. The top has a small stain from I don't even know what, but it can be easily covered and doesn't detract from the piece's overall attractiveness. The three-drawer bureau is 35.5" high and 23" deep. And about 50" wide from one tip ... moreof the curved foot to the other, making it about 49" across the top. The top drawer of this bureau is also divided into three parts. The other two drawers are just roomy as can be so you can get all your stuff off the floor and/or treadmill and into them. The top of this bureau has some markings on it, one from where a lamp sat on it forever and some scratches from general use over the last, oh, I don't know at least 30 years, which is just how long it has been in my family. The mirror is a wall hanging mirror 24.5" wide by 28" inches high. It has the same lovely flame pattern as the bureaus. Plus some open woodwork at the top. The mirror itself is cloudy in some places but nowhere that it counts. You can still use it to check your looks and be confident that you look great when you leave the house. The only reason we are looking for a new home for them is that they no longer really fit into our house anymore since our renovation. We've tried to find a place for them. But we just can't. Please.
