Antique Victorian wicker doll baby buggy or pram. The buggy is in very good condition. The wicker is intact along with the pie shaped celluloid windows on each side of the buggy. It measures 29 inches long, 13 1/2 inches wide and 30 inches tall. The inside of the buggy measures 9 inches wide and 20 1/2 inches long. The brake mechanism is in working order. It has a steel frame, steel springs, a wooden handle, and steel foot brake. Also a reclining back. The rubber on the wheels has oxidized and is very hard. The rubber on one of wheel has broken off. RARE Vintage Cadillac Prototype Baby Buggy/Carriage/Pram/Stroller from late 40's-early 50's. This is a rare one. Folks. Can't find another one eBay or on the internet anywhere. Had this appraised. And all parts appear to be original and in excellent condition for its age. Original wheels. Springs, body, handle, shade, paint, brake, etc. The appraiser was able to tell me that car companies such as Cadillac and Mercedes made prototype baby carriages during this time period. But due to copywright infringement laws, the logo could not be made"exactly" the same so you will see it is slightly different from the traditional Cadillac logo. I cannot find another example of this on the internet to compare it to. There are no rips or tears in the fabric shade; and the body appears to be made of tin/metal with wood trim under the ... morechrome at the top. Some small spots of rust on the chrome as shown in the pictures that look like they can be removed and some natural yellowing of the wheels and handle. There is a smudge of the paint on one side; shown in the picture. The inside of the carriage is white and clean throughout. The springs are still very bouncy. No obvious dents or major dings. In excellent condition for its age. This would make a classy addition to your doll collection or to add some vintage"pizazz" to a room. See pics for details. If you have any questions. Vintage Baby Pram Stroller Carriage. Navy Blue & Cream. Mid-Century 1960's.
Travel back in time with this vintage baby pram. It is probably 50 years old but still in good working order. It is collapsible and will fit in a car trunk(we drive a 1994 Ford Taurus and it fits in our trunk) It collapses down to about 39" long. 23" wide, and 20" high. We have one just like it(but green) and have gotten so many compliments and comments on it! People LOVE these old prams/carriages. There are a couple of small tears in the vinyl, particularly in the white/cream hood(see photo) but it is really in very good condition for the age. The shock absorbers are quite effective. 30'S F. A. WHITNEY CARRIAGE COMPANY SHIRLEY TEMPLE DOLL/BABY CARRIAGE/PRAM
This Shirley Temple carriage is museum quality. It's tires are flat on one side from sitting and one side has a 1/8" paint scuff mark. The body is made from wood and I have taken photo's of the Shirley Temple emblem and there is a picture of her with this style of carriage. The hubcabs are marked Shirley Temple and the hood knob the same. It has black eyelets in the hood for air venting. It has a pouch to store small items in the front with a twist knob to open and close. The inside padding comes out and the carriage has brakes. All chrome parts are sturdy and not bent, dented or damaged ... morein anyway. Cloth cover is in great condition except for the scuff mentioned above. Vinyl mattress is very clean and appears unused. Antique Vintage Pram Baby Carriage Danish, Gingham design from Denmark-RARE EUC
Great add to any collection or display/use. This is old so it has some inherent issues expected with age. Besides being characteristically flimsy and probably not the safest thing to push a baby around in. It would still be a great add to décor or occasional use: Chrome trim is bent in some places. Hole(at least 2 of them like the one pictured Original mattress stained(needs dry cleaned) Not perfect metal but I cleaned up some with 000 steel wool and the rust comes off for the most part. Top lifts off so it can be carried like a bassinet. Measures around 40" tall. 44" in overall length and 20" wide. Not sure of age but appears to be made in Denmark many years ago. Vintage Italian made Giordani pram in excellent condition. Very nice blue velvet material and cream vinyl interior. Still works great very sturdy foot pedal brake on the back wheels for parking. Pushes like a dream. Kind of rocks front and back when you push down on the handle bar so you can sooth your baby. We used the top as a bassinet by our bedside when our baby was newborn because it has the unique feature of detaching from the base. The hood also collapses and can fold the opposite direction. Antique O.W. Siebert Wicker Perambulator, Baby Carriage, Large Doll Size Pram
This auction is for an antique large doll size pram made by the"O.W. Siebert Co" of Gardner. Massachusetts. It is in good working condition however there is some damage to the wicker on the front of the pram(as seen in photos)and the inside shows signs of age but it is all original. The rubber tires with wood spoked wheels roll easily and the hood and footwell adjust as designed. Even the brake/wheel lock still operates correctly. Over the years we have used this lovely piece as an end table. Plant stand, a display for antique dolls and even as a baby carriage for our daughter as she was quite small. It could be restored if desired be we have always enjoyed it as is and believe it makes a more authentic statement in all it's original glory. Please see photos for further description. This is a Beautiful Antique Museum Quality. VERY RARE Pram from the 1800's. This Pram(other than one piece) is ALL original and is like new. The wheels and sleds are all original and in their original condition! The cushioning of the carriage is all original with no scratches or flaws at all in the fabric. There are no stains and it looks like it did when it was brand new! The parasol is intact and vibrant with no staining.Tears or snags. The ONLY piece of the pram which is NOT original is the piece holding the parasol in place. The pram includes the original sled pieces which were used so that the baby could be taken for a walk even in inclement weather in the winter. It is nearly Impossible to find the sleds intact. Beautiful piece for display or use. These models notoriously collapse when used unless being pushed and stand up on their own with side locks when standing without movement. Also fold down very nicely. Chrome is in exceptional shape. The only flaws are shown in the photos including a slightly slipping seam(pictures on the corner hardly able to see it at all) and the stitching that came undone on the corner of the canopy. EXCELLENT SHAPE. At first I thought it was a replica but when I looked closer. It was clearly the original. White wheels, no issues. Antique Victorian Wicker Baby Carriage w/ Parasol. Pram Style Buggie, Early 1890 This baby carriage is from the Victorian period and in nice working condition. A wonderful display for photography. Displaying a doll collection, or pushing your little angel around town. The material looks to all be original and complete with both sides. Bottom and back. The buggy measures 35" inches tall without the adjustable& folding parasol. The length with the footrest to the handle is 42" inches long and the width is widest part of the back wheels which measures 22 1/4" inches wide. The footrest is free and adjustable back support allows for the seat to lay down for a bed. The carriage rolls freely and easily and is a black steel frame. And the carriage has a foot brake that holds firm. The frame of the parasol is complete without any ... moredamage and a unique folding design. A true survivor and a beautiful piece of American history and one sure to get all the right attention. Condition is great with just two minor repairs besides the parasol cover and lace with will need repairing or replacing. The reattaching the wicker side foot panel(or leave it off) And there is a little bow to the one foot rest sides from the side panel being off. The material on the parasol is aged with some staining and the lace is damaged. But an easy repair for someone that sews. The only damage on the wicker is at the footrest where one of the sides have come off and these two pieces are included in the sale for reattaching. It appears the wicker was painted or maybe this is the original paint. Not sure. I could deliver this carriage if within reason of my area in Michigan. And the carriage can be also picked up. Up for sale. A large antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller- Carriage- Buggy. Stroller is earth brown color, made during the 1950s in Birmingham, England. The metal baby carrier can be removed off the chrome chassis. The bedding can be propped up. This is a very nice stroller. This stroller is a full size. It measures roughly 46" tall x 45" long with the handles open x 24" wide, from wheel to wheel. I don't know if the white bedding is original or not. Condition: Wear is expected of a baby carriage this old. Below I've listed everything that I see on the pram. 1) There are no tears or rips in the fabric. It looks very good. 2) On the fabric that covers the bed area. Which comes off, liguid was spilled on one area. 3) The rubber wheels and the break pad show the most wear. They are cracked and dry. 4) One of the two ... morebreak pads is missing. 5) On all four sides of the metal carrier there are a few scratches. Noticable on close inspection. 6) The chrome chassis looks good with m inimal surface rust. Except around the spokes area on the wheels. 7) T he ribbed black handle has a little white mark. Removable with the right cleaner. 8) The metal logo on the front side has part of it loose and disconnected from the rest of the logo. Seen in the 4th photo. The logo looks intact. If left alone, the logo stays intact, but if you move the last 1/2" smaller right part of the logo, it moves, which could be super glued to keep it stayed together. It converts to a stroller, both flat and with head elevated and dropped footrest. Although not without some flaws. It is in amazing condition for its age! I find no broken wicker. The wheels and fenders give it a real"Cadillac Elegance" look. The wheels are 7 1/2" diameter and have the original Westland rubber tires. The wheels HAVE been painted on the outside surface, but this is the only"restoration" I find. The wooden surfaces had all been originally painted yellow, and this paint is flakiing off.A LOT! The steel handle easily disconnects from the buggy for storage. And is rubber-coated across the top. The hood also easily disconnects. The worst flaw I find is that there is a wooden support bar across the hood. And this is broken. It lies between the wicker and the plastic lining, so to repair it would require removing the lining. You can't see it, and it does not alter the look of the buggy except for where the lining is drooping somewhat in that area where it was attched to the bar. The steel hub caps and fenders have suffered some corrosion over the years. Some places worse than others. As can be seen in the 10th picture. There is an expandable pouch at the foot of the buggy for storage(diapers, bottles, etc. The rest of the pictures show the underside. This comes with the original straw-filled mattress. And original ticking, although I doubt you would want to use it for a baby! One side is in fine shape. The other side has a hole in the tickiing, and also shows staining. This particular pram was manufactured by Coronet. This fantastic baby doll pram is a jewel. The outside of the bed is a colonial blue with white design trimming and accents. The inside of the bed is white. The hood is the same blue as the bed and white. On both sides of the bed is a royal silver emblem that has a crown in the center flanked on either side by protective mystical creatures. A very regal emblem. The base support is metal and all four wheels are metal and rubber. The pushing handle bar is silver metal. The bed of this pram has spring hooks so that if you remove them allows you to take the bed part of the pram off so you can set it down on any flat surface. The stroller itself measures approx. 28" tall x 34" long x 17" wide. The wheels are all metal and rubber. There are four of them. They measure approx. 7" in diameter. Overall this Pram is in good vintage condition. There are no large visible rips or tears to the material. There are a few areas on the hood and bed where the material has worn and has very small tears over the material where it is being pulled taught by the metal. There is some light rusting on the metal. The buggy seems to all be intact. On the hood of the carriage the middle metal bar is bent. It looks to be easily fixable by bending it back. This item would make a great addition to any baby doll Pram collection. Antique? Vintage Wicker and Metal Baby Carriage Stroller Pram Heavy Duty
Vintage Wicker Pram Welcome! This pram is at least 40 years old. The owner received it for her child that long ago and said it was old then so perhaps it is antique. The make is unknown as it is unmarked. The removable red and blue padded seat cover that comes with it has the German label"die Storchenmuhle" on it. The owner says it is as old as the pram is. All components on the pram work well-no parts are missing from it. No splints are in the wicker. It operates very well mechanically. Glides and turns smoothly, etc. It is very sturdy and was well made and will collapse for easy storage. It has a very faint smell of smoke to it from having been stored in a smoker's home; otherwise it is very clean. Since I have acquired it, I have noticed much of the odor has dissipated. It is completely convertible to a stroller as you can see from the pictures- the top comes off and you have an old-fashioned buggy. It comes with its original mattress and a cool umbrella that screws onto the handle. The handle flips up for storage ease.
