Wicker measures about 13 inches across from side to side top and about 11 inches deep. 13 inches tall from the floor to the center back of the wicker top. Wheels are about 8 inches round with the little back wheels to help prevent tipping are 1.5 inches round Pull handle extends about 22 inches long when it is placed to be straight. Fold back into the seat at about 16 inches for the baby to hold. I cannot find any types of"maker markings" No chips with some edge rubbings here and there. Wicker shows some pull with a few strips popped out a bit. Little pillow seat included. Not sure if it is an original but it sure matches the style with little tastles along the bottom in an off white, cream color showing a few age spots. This darling items deserves a loving home! It has rolled sides and so me scrolls. It is in as-found condition and could use a bit of restoration or you could leave it just as is and it would make a wonderful display stroller for old bisque dolls or old teddy bears. Could use some glue on the back rest but the wicker itself is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and having n e ver been painted. The cushions are old and filled with excelsior. Obvioiusly. This old buggy is not perfect so please buy it as shown. It is really quite impressive in person and quite large. Rough measurements are about 45" long. 20" wide, 35" to top of handle. The back wheels are a big 22" in diame ter and the front wheels are 14" The wheels roll freely and smoothly. This item was bougth at an Estate Auction where i bought several items from the lat 1800s. I give you several pictures even one of my 3 year grandson pushing it. Probaly hate me later for it but damn tell me he's not a good looking boy. The Carriage is made of wicker. The top piece folds forward and back again for the sun or wind. The headrest rises up and down. It measures 22" long with out the handle, 27" with the handle, it is 23" from bottom of wheel to top of sun blocker, it leans to the right alittle if you behind it, that can be ajusted. Baby Carriage 1800 to early 1900 era wicker
Considering its age this baby/toddler carriage stroller it is in good condition. The wicker has a few blemishes but is in great shape. The cloth and batting on the arms and back is original and in fairly good condition except for the arm rest one side is a little rougher than the other side. The material in between the arms and the back of the seat are in bad shape with one torn in half and the other side holding together. The back of the seat flips down to laying position and the foot rest folds up and down. The bottom foot rest needs to be nailed back to the frame. With a little work it can be repaired. The frame is in great condition with barely any rust and original paint has patinated. Wheels are wood spokes they look and roll fine. The rubber on the wheel looks original. Vintage 6.5" Boyds Bears & 12" Wicker Wood Pram Baby Doll Stroller Carriage Set
I am listing some items from my aunts estate. I have very little knowledge of them so I will do the best I can with photos and descriptions. Most of the items were stored and have very little or no signs of wear. They come from a smoke free home. I removed this set from the packaging box to take the photos that I needed to take for this auction. From what I can tell this is a vintage pram doll stroller made of wood and iron. It looks like it had once had beading and satin added. The wood on the doll carriage has no cracks. Handle is firm. There is no names on either bear or carriage. Carriage wooden and wicker with rolling wheels. It is 12" high x 11" long. The posable Bear is 6.5" long. Looks like a Boyds Bears. But there is no clothing or tags, so I can't guarantee. 1926 Wicker Baby Carriage
This is a baby carriage that was made in Baltimore. Md. in 1926. There is a tag on the material in the carriage with this date on it. This baby carriage was bought at an auction in Pennsylvania by my wife and myself about 18 years ago. We have enjoyed owning it and showing it off. Believe it or not,we are the second owners of it. We actually talked with the 87 year old gentleman at the auction who said he had pictures of himself and his siblings in the carriage as babes. This carriage is the"Cadillac" of it's time.The carriage swivels so one could keep the sun out. It has a locking break,wood spoke wheels with hard rubber tires. The canopy has opera windows. The interior can be adjusted from flat down to a sit up position. The wicker is in super good shape. The only problem is there is some metal fatigue on the frame. Antique Wicker Baby Carriage Pram Buggy 1940s Original From Germany
This is a vintage wicker baby carriage/ pram/ stroller that is convertible! As you can see in the pictures. It converts to a stroller, both flat and with head elevated and dropped footrest. It is in great condition for its age. The steel handle easily disconnects from the buggy for storage. And is rubber-coated across the top. The handle can be undone and repositioned so as to stroll the baby from either direction. The hood also easily disconnects. The steel hub caps and fenders have some rust issues as you can see from the photographs. This comes with the original straw-filled mattress. And original ticking. Mattress measures 26" x 14" Measurements are: 36" from front to back; hood measures 18" wide. Height is 32" to top of hood. Local Pickup only or arrange for your own shipping at your own cost.

The buggy has a solid iron frame that is in good shape, a lined wicker basket with an adjustable cover and iron wheels with hard rubber tires. There is one panel on the end that lays down flat so you can get the baby in and out easily or lay them down flat to change a diaper. This is a great antique piece that would be a fun restoration ... moreproject and would make a great"rustic" decor piece as it sits now! Condition: This piece is antique and used with some wear. We picked this out of an old farmhouse and it's in"farm fresh" condition. So it is definitely not pristine. The iron frame has some pitting and oxidation throughout. The wicker basket has some wear with a some loose spots and some holes on the cover and near the edges. The interior liner has a lot of wear. The wheels have wear but are in good working condition. Antique Wicker Baby Carriage; Hedstrom Union 1920s
Up for auction is a lovely wicker doll carriage manufactured by the Hedstrom Union Co. This"doll buggy" belonged to my mother when she was a little girl; she was born in 1921 so my guess is that this dates to about 1925"ish" The Hedstrom company joined with Union in 1922 so that makes sense. It's in great condition. I remember it just lived in the attic when I was a little girl and that's kind of where it has been for 80+ years! The wicker is in very nice condition. The rubber on the wheels is very hard. Understandably, but no huge chunks missing. The metal framework shows age in terms of paint condition, but no broken spokes or bent frame. The top pivots back and forth and there are small"windows" on each side. Neither of my daughters is interested in keeping this and I'm trying to downsize so I'm ... moreready to let it go. I thought about using it as a planter outside, but it would just get ruined. Perhaps the right person can use it for a display or a prop. ANTIQUE(1920-30s) HEDSTROM UNION CO. WICKER BABY CARRIAGE W/ WINDOWS This item is a wonderful early baby carriage. Made by Hedstrom Union Company. Research suggests that it is from the early 1900s. The company was formed(see info. below) in 1915, and merged with the Union Company in 1922. It still has a partial label on the bottom of the seat, as well as a decal on the frame. It will make a great display piece, as is, or an excellent restoration project. The carriage is a Cadillac of the times.It has a wicker basket, with two windows, and also features levered brakes, seat and foot adjusters, spring"shocks" adjustable cover, and lined inside. There is no mattress or cushion. The label on the seat bottom is partially torn. But Hedstrom can be clearly seen, along with the number 211, which could be a model. The decal on the frame ... moreis complete and reads- Hedstrom Union Co. Garner Mass USA. The carriage measures 23" wide x 40" long x 39" tall. And weighs approximately 35 lbs. We also have a pillow/liner to support the baby; it is filled with dacron and features a larger section for the head/shoulders/back and a long, lower section for the legs and feet; this pillow/liner is for small babies that cannot sit up. Assembly: The undercarriage needs to be screwed onto the bottom of the basket section; we have predrilled the holes and screws are included. Then. The wheels need to be put on: unscrew the end cap on axle end, put the wheel on, rescrew end cap and then use the cotter pin to secure the end cap so it won’t unscrew when rolled. Antique Gendron Toledo Ohio Large Wicker Baby Carriage 56" Long x 40.5" Tall
This is an Antique"Gendron" of Toledo Ohio. A very Large Wicker Baby Carriage. It measures 56" Long x 40.5" Tall x 20.5" wide at the wheels. The basket area measures 22" x 45" x 20" It is in amazing condition considering the age. There are a few wicker issues, at one side, near the top in a spot(see pic) and the upright supports that attach to the wood base are separate in areas(see pic) The original rubber on the wheels has rotted away and a rubber replacement was added at some point in the past and electrical tape was used to hold it on(see pic) This comes from an old old estate, a 90 year old gentleman who had a photography studio. The new owner can keep the dated cover and bedding(vintage embroidery) or have it restored to pristine condition. There are a few stains on the cover that show its age, but it is a wonderful piece! I used this buggy with my last two children. I believe this is a Heywood Wakefield wicker baby carriage. There are no tags.The wicker. is in great condition and all the mechanical pieces work good brakes, bed recliner, etc. There is a neat hidden compartment under the mattress on the inside of the carriage and the sliding door on it looks to be original as well. The handle is wooden and the wheels are all in tact and move freely there is no rush sorry to say it's missing the hood but otherwise everything is in great working condition nice condition for it's age. Approx 29in tall(top of hood) by 29in long vintage wicker doll carriage. Original finish and does require some wicker repair to bring it to perfect condition. Though it is quite usable as is. Thr top of thhood is unraveled and a small portion in back is undone. Has been in my family for many generations and it is time to rehome. Perfect for antique dolls or Teddy's. This is an antique. Victorian, full size wicker pram. Pram made of metal and wicker. With canvas seat. Rolls smoothly. The wicker weave has loosened up a bit and may need to be re-attached at edges, rubber wheels have a few cracks, the curved area where the child's feet rest is coming loose, you can see the nails up above where it was attached to, and may need to be re-attached. I will be removing the handle for shipping and my husband said that the bolts will probably break when I remove them, so be aware that those 4 bolts may not be original, I don't know yet. Please keep in mind that I don't know a lot about this type of item. But I have tried to describe it accurately. It is approx 28" long, 21" wide and 28" tall not including the handle. Not sure it is original. Netting. Again, not sure if it is original. This item would hold a baby for a stroll or be a nice decorator piece.

The back left wheel is somewhat bent, but still in tact. There isn't any damage to this piece that I noticed anywhere. Measures 11" tall. 5" wide and 10" long. These are approximate measurments. VINTAGE or ANTIQUE DOLL BABY CARRIAGE ~ VICTORIAN STYLE ~ METAL. WICKER, WOOD, FABRIC Up for sale at Dutch-Fun-Stuff is this antique or vintage doll baby carriage in Victorian style. The wheels and frame is made of metal; the handle is wood; the carriage is stained wicker; the bedding is blue flowered cotton fabric over soft stuffing; the hood is metal with heavy black fabric. The cover can fold and unfold; the wheels can move round and round. It is very sturdy. But a bit dusty. It came from an estate sale. I don't see any problems with the wicker. The bedding is not removable. It is a bit heavy and even though a small doll could take a ride in this carriage or buggy, I think it is more of a display item.
