It has rolled sides and so me scrolls. It is in as-found condition and could use a bit of restoration or you could leave it just as is and it would make a wonderful display stroller for old bisque dolls or old teddy bears. Could use some glue on the back rest but the wicker itself is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and having n e ver been painted. The cushions are old and filled with excelsior. Obvioiusly. This old buggy is not perfect so please buy it as shown. It is really quite impressive in person and quite large. Rough measurements are about 45" long. 20" wide, 35" to top of handle. The back wheels are a big 22" in diame ter and the front wheels are 14" The wheels roll freely and smoothly. USA from the colors and the lithography. It measures approx. 9.5" long from end to end. It has white metal wheels and a wonderful red/yellow vintage diamond-checkered pattern with sweet lithography images of a baby. Cats, and dogs, as pictured. The handlebar has a red rubber/plastic grip. It looks like there was probably a canopy with this buggy at one time. But it is no longer in place. At some time in it's life, someone made a little mattress insert for it which is pictured and included. Measurements: 5" tall x 9.5" long. From our research: We could find no markings. But we believe this toy was most likely manufactured in the USA by All Metal Products Co. Wyandotte, Michigan, USA. sometime in the 1930's-1940's. Condition: Nice graphics! Very sweet vintage"played with" used condition. Especially considering its age! It shows agewear and playwear, including wear on metal tires, dings, spotting, litho wear, rust/darkened metal spots, scuffs, rubs, and surface scratches, as pictured. Still, overall, it's"flaws" make this piece interesting and it has its own wonderful antique charm and character, and would be a fun unique addition to any collection! We are not sure, but this buggy may have had a canopy bonnet attached at one time, but is missing on this piece. It comes"as is" and"as pictured" It still has its red rubber/plastic carraige handle grip and metal tires that roll easily. Comes with an old white linen covered doll mattress insert. As pictured.
