Vintage antique baby pram carriage- stroller- buggy. It is missing the hood/canopy piece. Overall condition is very nice for the age- there are no rips. Tears, holes or major stains- needs a light cleaning. The pink mattress has no rips or tears in the pink plastic. There is a little paint loss here and there(nothing major) Rolls easily- plenty of wear left on the wheels. The carriage part measures 32" x 15 1/2" x 9" It collapses down to 15" very easily- bring the handle forward and it goes down for easy storage. Great way to display vintage dolls or bears. Vintage Welsh Baby Buggy Stroller Foldable Navy Blue Antique
This buggy has been stored in my grandmothers attic for a long time. She bought it in an antique store about 25 years ago. She added a yellow German knitted bag to the back like they used in Europe back then. The buggy is Navy Blue and white. It does have some rust, and the"bedding" is not with the buggy, although there is a sheet for the mattress and a pillow case that were in the buggy when she brought it over. The buggy leans to one side and needs some adjusting for that, it also has a hole about the size of a quarter in one of the corners of the bed part. vintage baby/ buggy blue with white wheels I think the handle and the bottom metal is Chrome but I am not sure.the metal is in very good condition no rust or corrosion. The hood or bonnet is plastic and has a few small holes in it. Some are the size of a pin hole. If you're in front of the buggy and you're looking at the right side the hood has a 2 inch split in it I took a picture of it. I will disassemble the handle at least for shipping. It's a good sturdy unit there's a few marks inside where the baby would lie. Please see photos for condition and ask any questions you may have before bidding thank you. Vintage (1984) Perego Buggy/Carriage/Stroller
Your bidding on a 1 owner Perego Buggy/Carriage/Stroller. Purchased new in 1984. The Buggy/Stroller combo is in reasonable shape for being 30 years old. But not perfect. Per pictures, there is fading of the main blue carriage to some of the main carriage cover pieces that went unused and have been boxed for some time. The carriage converts to a stroller as well. And. The carriage/buggy can be turned 180 degrees in the base unit, which allows for positioning a child either towards or away(stroller) from the buggy handle. The basket is on the unit and the brake system also is working. Finally, the buggy does have the original"mattress" with it. Snaps and tie downs all in place. A couple issues to note: 1) Fading(as noted) 2) The back piece that supports a child sitting in stroller position is bent/broken. As can be seen in the last ... morepicture posted. 3) One of wheel covers is missing(see picture also) 4) There are a couple other pictures where you can see some of the white vinyl coverings having small tears. VERY RARE ANTIQUE WOOD BABY CARRIAGE STROLLER BUGGY PRAM WITH CREST
Up for sale we have a very rare vintage baby carriage. It is estimated to be from the late 1800's or early 1900's. It has metal framing. Metal wheels, with a wooden body, there is a pad where the baby would normally lay. and if you lift it up there are springs underneath, it has a leather hood. This particular carriage carries a unique crest on the side. It also displays a great deal of what looks like hand carving/wood scallops on the sides of the carriage. I asked an antique dealer and he suggested this possibly belonged to a wealthy family. He also explained that the more decorative ones were often special ordered and made personally for certain wealthy families. This is a"rare baby carriage" that looks great for its age. I have had this carriage for many years. and I have yet to find one as exceptionally unique as this ... moreone. It has that"Creepy Cool" look that would add character to your antique collection or antique store. This piece is in relatively good condition. It has wear appropriate with age and use but is all original. There is some rips on the leather. Great look and patina! This piece has not been restored and I was told by the antique dealer it would ruin its value. This is an antique. Victorian, full size wicker pram. Pram made of metal and wicker. With canvas seat. Rolls smoothly. The wicker weave has loosened up a bit and may need to be re-attached at edges, rubber wheels have a few cracks, the curved area where the child's feet rest is coming loose, you can see the nails up above where it was attached to, and may need to be re-attached. I will be removing the handle for shipping and my husband said that the bolts will probably break when I remove them, so be aware that those 4 bolts may not be original, I don't know yet. CHECK THIS BARN FIND OUT. I just picked this up from an old closed up Co-Op here in the backwoods of northern Michigan. This cool wooden and metal baby carriage is OLD. I was just informed that this is actually a VERY OLD baby wheel chair) This stroller/wheel chair stands a proud 36 inches tall and is 26 inches front to back. There is one turned dowel on the front that is broken(I'll be happy to glue and clamp it if someone wants me to. See the picture) The backrest board is missing. This was nailed on so it looks to be quite easy to replace. The tires are very nice with only a few places where the outer edge is missing(see pictures) The wheels are beautiful spoke wheels that are 10 inches across with a dozen metal spokes. 6 on the inside and six on the outside of each wheel. Surface rust throughout makes the patina totally awesome. The ... moreback handle is also turned wood. The metal frame is made of flat steel that must have been forged to turn and go around the axles. Both of the wooden arm rests and the bottom seat are still very nice and solid. There are four old strings/cords that are hanging on it that I'll just leave well enough alone as I think they ad even more character to this little carriage/ baby buggy/ wheel chair. We're located a beautiful 5 hour drive north west of the Mackinaw Bridge. High bidder is responsible for all actual shipping fees. This wonderful Taylor Tot Stroller Walker is exactly as found. Stylish Art Deco design& function makes this an appealing baby stroller walker. The Taylor Tot was designed& constucted to last many years. It has dual use fuctionality. It is used as a stroller with a folding push handle. The handle folds down for convenient storage. The stroller can also convert to a baby walker. By easily removing the folding push handle& the floor pan. This stroller does show some wear, but it is very nice condition for its age. The tires& rubber guards on the bumpers are in great shape. There is a crack on the bumper behind the left front& left rear tire. Usually ... morethe bumper guards are cracked, with parts or the whole guard missing. The fenders are in excellent shape& they add to the desirability of this fantastic stroller. There is some surface rust in various spots but no rust through spots. The seat has been glued at some point in time. There is a stamp mark underneath, 5-52, which I believe is the date stamp for May 1952. The front& rear spring suspension is intact. This is a nice stroller that is 100% complete& original. Very cool antique baby stroller. Black; Victorian style; unknown age- I don't know how old this is but it looks rather Victorian- late 1800's or early 1900's? It's obviously seen its best days. But it's a survivor. Looks like it's all complete. Would look great as is or you could restore it. Wheels spin freely. The bonnet top opens and closes. But could use some oil. Obviously the bonnet top is in bad shape. But at least it's still there. Same for the interior. 36" high; 16" wide; 49" long. Adjustable back rest for baby to lie down or sit up. The padded back pad is in good condition. Notice the leather safety strap. Rubber tires on wire rims/spokes. The frame and bottom are in good condition for its age but the bonnet has suffered wear. This pram carriage buggy stroller is in very good conditon. It is very clean and the chrome is in really good shape for it's age. Still shiny! The aluminun plates on the bottom are a little stained. But everyone i have seen has this same issue. It still has it's hub caps. The inside is very white"see pictures" usually they yellow with age. It also comes with a toile pram blanket and covered mattress pad. The mattress pad can be removed to the original white if desired. It is also in good condition. As far as i know from research it is made by Babyhood and is a Wonda pram. You can take the top part off and make it a bassinet. You can also remove the chrome stand from the bassinet, and fold the handles down on the stroller base to make it easier to store or load in your vehicle. Up for sale. A large antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller- Carriage- Buggy. Stroller is earth brown color, made during the 1950s in Birmingham, England. The metal baby carrier can be removed off the chrome chassis. The bedding can be propped up. This is a very nice stroller. This stroller is a full size. It measures roughly 46" tall x 45" long with the handles open x 24" wide, from wheel to wheel. I don't know if the white bedding is original or not. Condition: Wear is expected of a baby carriage this old. Below I've listed everything that I see on the pram. 1) There are no tears or rips in the fabric. It looks very good. 2) On the fabric that covers the bed area. Which comes off, it seems like something was spilled on one area. 3) The rubber wheels and the break pad show the most wear. They are cracked and dry. ... more4) One of the two break pads is missing. 5) On all four sides of the metal carrier there are a few scratches. Noticable on close inspection. 6) The chrome chassis looks good with m inimal surface rust. Except around the spokes area on the wheels. 7) The metal logo on the front side has part of it loose and disconnected from the rest of the logo. Seen in the 4th photo. The logo looks intact. If left alone, the logo stays intact, but if you move the last 1/2" smaller right part of the logo, it moves, which could be super glued to keep it stayed together. Shipping note: Local pick up is available in the Washington DC area. Stroller is large and heavy. I'll mail the stroller in two boxes. The shipping cost will include insurance and tracking info. I could ship this via Greyhound. The cost would be less, but there is no insurance for it, and it would be transfered from bus to bus across country. A very nice and fully functional antique stroller circa late 1800's/early 1900's made of metal. Wood and wicker. Wheels roll easily and it is foldable/ collapsible. Nice age appropriate wear of the wood and patina to the metal. The handles appear to have been re-varnished in recent years. A piece of wicker threaded through the footrest is broken. There are a couple of small pieces of rubber from the wheels that have come off and two spokes are missing- does not impede or detract from the functionality of the piece. On the left handlebar there is a bracket/ mount that at one time might have held a bell( An excellent display for dolls or by itself. Given its age.
