It has rolled sides and so me scrolls. It is in as-found condition and could use a bit of restoration or you could leave it just as is and it would make a wonderful display stroller for old bisque dolls or old teddy bears. Could use some glue on the back rest but the wicker itself is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and having n e ver been painted. The cushions are old and filled with excelsior. Obvioiusly. This old buggy is not perfect so please buy it as shown. It is really quite impressive in person and quite large. Rough measurements are about 45" long. 20" wide, 35" to top of handle. The back wheels are a big 22" in diame ter and the front wheels are 14" The wheels roll freely and smoothly. Mid century vintage baby carriage. All metal construction with vinyl or rubberized canvas sides and hard rubber wheels. It folds up for storage. In very good condition with just some small holes on each side of the sun shade that have been repaired with black gorilla tape. The wheels had a few small cracks in the tires. They have been filled in with epoxy and painted to match. Rolls freely and comes with a parking brake. Would be great for displaying a large vintage doll. It is even clean and good enough to use as intended in my opinion. Probably not modern"child safe" though. How did we ever survive childhood back then? $24.99 for UPS shipping in the US only.

Antique 1940's-50's Bilt Rite Baby Carriage Buggy Stroller in Brown. Bilt Rite was once the top of the line company for the production of baby buggies. Non-restored. These buggies can run about $450 and restored, upwards $950-$1000. As far as I can tell this one has not been restored but everything is in working order. Features spring suspension, adjustable canopy, and working brakes. Inside measures 31 inches long by 14 inches wide with a 7 inch depth to mattress top. Outside measure 48 inches long by 48 inches tall. Wheels are 12 inches in diameter. Condition is quite good for its age. This item is from an old 3 generation farm estate sale. See photos item is as shown. There is some rust, wheels have minor cracks, and there is some rust on the metal under frame. The hood on the buggy folds down and the handle can fold up over the ... moretop lowering the bed down to rest right on top of the wheels. But it can not be folded up any more than that. Okay so here's the story my fellow ebayers! I am a self described seeker of relics(and other things) But Italian made buggies are not things I come across everyday. My daughter actually found this buggy at a flea market auction in rather sad shape. The original plan was to fix it up and she was going to use it for her child who has yet to make his appearance. After finding out she is having a boy, she decided this stroller would no longer suite her needs! So after weeks of work and restoring this nice relic, I find myself stuck with a stroller that I have no use for. I realize this one is not as ornate as some of the ones selling on Ebay, but she sure did clean up rather nicely. however, there are some cosmetic issues that I included in the pictures. The vinyl inside the buggy has two small tears. The metal can be seen on one side of ... morethe buggy cover(also in the pictures) and some smalls stains in the top shade portion that I am not sure how to safely clean out. She sure has been a labor of love and I fear I will not get out what's been invested.but I don't have a choice but to try and sell it. The stroller wheels around perfectly and the chrome shines like a brand new penny. I am not certain of the year as I really do not know much about them. A local antique store owner nearby believes that it is probably early 60's possibly late 50's, but that was his best estimation. At any rate, I am partial to her! I think she is a beauty. Large Antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller Carriage Buggy 1950s WASHINGTON DC
Up for sale. A large antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller- Carriage- Buggy. Stroller is earth brown color, made during the 1950s in Birmingham, England. The metal baby carrier can be removed off the chrome chassis. The bedding can be propped up. This is a very nice stroller. This stroller is a full size. It measures roughly 46" tall x 45" long with the handles open x 24" wide, from wheel to wheel. I don't know if the white bedding is original or not. Condition: Wear is expected of a baby carriage this old. Below I've listed everything that I see on the pram. 1) There are no tears or rips in the fabric. It looks very good. 2) On the fabric that covers the bed area. Which comes off, liguid was spilled on one area. 3) The rubber wheels and the break pad show the most wear. They are cracked and dry. 4) One of the two ... morebreak pads is missing. 5) On all four sides of the metal carrier there are a few scratches. Noticable on close inspection. 6) The chrome chassis looks good with m inimal surface rust. Except around the spokes area on the wheels. 7) T he ribbed black handle has a little white mark. Removable with the right cleaner. 8) The metal logo on the front side has part of it loose and disconnected from the rest of the logo. Seen in the 4th photo. The logo looks intact. If left alone, the logo stays intact, but if you move the last 1/2" smaller right part of the logo, it moves, which could be super glued to keep it stayed together. Shipping note: Local pick up is available in the Washington DC area. Stroller is large and heavy. I'll mail the stroller in two boxes. The shipping cost will include insurance and tracking info. I could ship this via Greyhound. The cost would be less, but there is no insurance for it, and it would be transfered from bus to bus across country. International buyers. 1910-20s Beige German/English Baby/Doll Art Deco Buggy/Carriage/Pram
This Vintage/Antique buggy is unique because of the ART DECO design. It is probably German. Possibly English 1910-1920s. The height is 28 1/4" to the top of the handle and 25" long. The wheel is about 5 1/2- 6" diameter. I am not sure how the hood fits on but there is intact apparatus. The hub caps look like they are aluminum which increases the value! There is a thin grooved plastic or rubber fitting on the handle. There is a little pocket in the front holding leather straps. This is local pick up Southern CA but if you live out of the area. Vintage Baby Stroller Pram This is a wonderful Baby Stroller with a Burgundy Fabric cover and Floral interior. The Baby"basket" is removable and easily releases with handles on the sides. There is a wheel locking brake and hooks on the main handle to hang a purse or storage bag. The bonnet raises and retracts and locks into place. There is also a metal basket beneath the bonnet area that also may be removed if desired. The entire unit folds up easily for travel. Vintage 1920s Beige Wicker Baby/Doll Carriage/Buggy/Stroller/Pram
This charming Buggy is unique because of the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the wicker. Iron wheels, pretty cotton lining and even a little hubcap. This carriage is 26" tall to the top of the hood. The carriage is 19" long, 32" long total. The wheels are 7 1/2 inches diameter and have a'G' on them. There is some damage to the top hood and the plastic windows are cracked. The grip of the handlebars is wrapped in tape but it almost appears to be made this way. I have several Carriages and can show you all of them and will accept the lower price for the larger purchase. This is local pick up from Orange County. California. Has original paint and pinstripes. The body and wheels are good. The wheels are wooden with metal rings. The top is in good condition with fringe. Does have a small tear. This listing is for a beautiful Antique Victorian Wicker B aby C arriage/ Pram. It was manufactured by the Heywood Brothers.The model is known as"The Heywood" it has a plack on the floor of the carriage) Its measurem ents are: 54"L from tip to tip. 24" W and 43"H from ground to its highest poin t. The carriage is in great condition. It will need some minor restoration, the floor cushion is missing, but it is still very displayable. Fortunately. All the wicker is great condition and there is no visible damage to it. The umbrella is missing, the attaching rod lock is still in place. The padding is a little faded. The burgundy pink color is in good condition, no tears, or rips or stains, just need a carriage floor cushion, one could be made easily. It is approximately from the 19 00's- 1910 Era so it is very old ... morebut it rolls so smooth and easy. It has wonderful shocks. This would be a great. For a nursery or maternity shop, it truely would make a lovely addition to your decor. The Heywood brand was considered the Cadillac of carriages and this one is a great example. Carriage body very good, light wear. Some wear to canopy, inside light wear. Chrome needs shined up has light surface rust. Wheels original slight to little wear white rubber type on outside. Frame sturdy and very good condition. Has a brake for secure stop. About 42" tall to top of canopy. 35" tall to push bar total length 36" long, with handle about 43" long. Inside about 33" long, width outer edge left side of handle to right side of handle about 20" wide. Inside boards show discoloration due to age.
