This server features a flip top serving surface with black melamine plastic and one adjustable shelf behind the doors. The single drawer has a pacific cloth drawer lining for silver protection. It is finished on all sides and has casters for easy mobility. The server is item#11-6237 and can be found on page#361 in the 80th edition of the Ethan Allen Treasury of American Traditional Interiors. Ethan Allen describes their Georgian Court line as having. The sideboard has two cupboard doors with string inlay flanking a drawer with felt lining above a recessed front drawer raised on square tapering legs ending in spade feet. It also features solid brass hardware and retains its three original keys. The sideboard was fabricated in 1984. The sideboard has normal age-appropriate wear with some surface scratches. I have attempted to show the worst of these scratches on the top of the sideboard(Image 12) After cleaning the furniture with Howard Orange Oil Furniture Polish. There are 4 drawers- the top is divided and lined in felt for utensils. There are 2 sections with doors and 1 adjustable shelf; 1 section without the door(damaged- see photo 12) with adjustable shelf. The sideboard measures 6' 3.5" across by 31.5" high by 17.5" deep.
