This is one of the later examples(late 1960s) with the drawers being in white plastic(all original and one flocked along its interior bottom) The shelf and drawers have 7 height adjustments(2 3/8" increments) or can be removed all together, so you have many size options for your storage. Cool circular teak pull handles are integrated into the doors themselves and the credenza is finished off with solid turned legs. 1950's/1960's Beautiful Curved Bar/Cocktail Sideboard. It is made by the English Furniture Company"Beautility Furniture LTD. in Edmonton. England. It is Oak construction. It measures 54" wide by 20-3/4" deep by 34-1/2" Tall. As you pull the center door open, part of the top slides back to reveal the Gold Striped Deco Mirror. Lots of storage space with 2 curved doors on either side and 2 curved drawers below. It has a unique curved base and nice carving detail along the sides, This piece works very nice as a Bar, Sideboard, Server or Buffet. Original glass is present. Original light and cord are there but needs a new plug. There is a Patent No. 710157 inside on the glass. On the Back is the companies trademark and below it says 1960, Licence No. 2151. G Plan. England Corner Unit. Its 57 inch's tall X 18 inch's deep at the deepest point and in good structural condition with no structural damage only minor use marks consentient with its age. One of the shelves does have a small dent which I have pictured. Doors work well and the handles are in great shape. The corner base could be used with or without the top. Its 21 inch's tall. It is fitted with a light in the top but would need to be changed as its a 220-240 volt fixture.This piece has been with me for sometime. We used it in England then Shipped to New Zealand and finally to the U.S. We have a smaller home here and no room for it. This style of G Plan was made in the 60"s 70's by E.
