Comprised of rosewood and rosewood veneer over real wood(no mdf) The piece features two sliding doors that open to reveal a divided interior storage space with a single adjustable height shelf on the right side and three height adjustable slide out drawers on the left. This is one of the later examples(late 1960s) with the drawers being in white plastic(all original and one flocked along its interior bottom) The shelf and drawers have 7 height adjustments(2 3/8" increments) or can be removed all together, so you have many size options for your storage. Cool circular teak pull handles are integrated into the doors themselves and the credenza is finished off with solid turned legs. Legs will remove for more compact shipping. measurements Overall 33 3/4" wide by 17 7/8" deep by 29 5/8" high. Right Interior side has an overall space of just under 22" wide by 16 3/8" deep by 18 1/4" high. Left interior side is 10" wide by 16 3/8" by 18 1/4" Drawer interiors are each 9 3/8" wide by 15 3/8" deep with a side height of 2" though you could easily stack contents higher depending on the height you place them. condition Overall very good and ready to use. There is also an extra set of holes(4 on each side) at the upper interior. There was likely once a full depth shelf here which you could so easily make if so desired. It is very well made with lovely attention to detail and GORGEOUS wood grain. The size is just perfect for most any room. Not too small and not overbearingly large. The piece features double sliding doors that open to reveal two large storage areas. Each with a single height adjustable/ removable shelf. In the middle are 4 drawers for additional storage. Top two drawer is felt lined and has a removable wood segmented divider. measurements Overall 67" long by 16 3/4" deep by 29" high. Drawer interiors are each 20 1/2" wide by 12 3/4" deep by just over 3" ... morehigh. Each cabinet interior is 21 1/2" wide by 15 1/2" deep by just under 16 1/2" high. condition Overall excellent and very clean example. Doors and drawers slide smooth as silk. There is some minor light finish wear areas on the top that were near impossible to photograph. Its only to the clear coat finish. So we tried manipulating the light to make them stand out. It's the same way in person, so depending on the viewing angle and lighting the top can look perfect. There is literally zero footprint on the floor and its narrow depth allows placement in tight areas where most credenzas of this length would never work. Beautifully made of both solid teak and teak veneer over wood. It features a very wide open storage shelf space with two long sliding doors flanked on either side by 6 pull out drawers. Drawers are all felt lined and have lovely integrated teak ill handles. Up for auction is a fine and rare bar cart/ tea trolley designed by Bodil Kjaer for E. Pedersen. Denmark, 1963. She is recognized as one of the leading Danish architects and designers from the 1950's and 1960's. This amazing and versatile piece is made of solid rosewood with steel glides and blue laminates. The top tray slides forward. the middle tray slides to the right and the bottom tray slides to the left. All trays slide smoothly and effortlessly. This is a very well made piece. Long low design, very solid, heavy, and well made with nice attention to detail. NOTE: Before we get into the description. We are often asked on sideboards like this if the drawers are lighter colored then the doors. They are not. They appear this way due to the drawers wood grain being horizontal and the doors grain being vertical. Light falls upon the wood and reflects differently depending on the orientation of the grain. Have a look at the picture below where I took the drawers out and stand them vertical. You will see the color tone is the same as the doors. The piece features double sliding doors that open to reveal two open storage areas. Each with a single height adjustable shelf. At the middle are 4 spacious drawers for a ton of additional storage. Top two drawers are lined in green felt for those more precious items. The doors and drawers all have matching pretty integrated teak pull handles adding a nice touch of elegance.
