Designed by Milo Baughman, first released in 1955 these models are from the first year's production lines. Dog Bone" handles. Ample space, silver Elm wood, they are great looking. The top of the Buffet was refinished though there is still faint indications of a deep scratch. Minor scuffs here and there and the hutch has some discoloration on one side which I have seen occur in other products produced from Elm. Overall very very acceptable and very clean with no stains in the drawers or on the two shelves. This is a very hard piece to come by and is sought after. This piece features brass trim on doors. Super cool piece we found out of a great estate! It has 2 silverware drawers on the right side and plenty of storage space inside. Truely a unique piece you will never find another one like it. The wood grain just glows and has amazing lines. The color is a rich mahogany and resembles Rosewood. This was a blemished piece so used as a floor model. The flawed damage is on the back part of the side. There are also scratches and marks on the top. There is a small hole cut thru on the back. It has a ding on the top left that has been repaired. There three noticeable scratches on the top that I show in the photos. There is also a scratch on the front top ridge you will see in the photos. Otherwise light wear around the bottom of legs and inconspicuous wear to be expected with its age. The buffet looks great and from two feet the only damage that draws the eye is the scratch in front. FANTASTIC vintage credenza beautifully made of both solid and teak veneer. Long low design with dramatic drawer handles that really finish of the piece beautifully. The piece features double sliding doors that open to reveal two spacious open storage areas with a single height adjustable shelf that can be used on either side. At the middle are 4 spacious drawers for a ton of additional storage. Top drawer is lined in green felt for those more precious items. The piece can really take on different looks depending on how you place the doors. If you slide both together off to one side.
