There three noticeable scratches on the top that I show in the photos. There is also a scratch on the front top ridge you will see in the photos. Otherwise light wear around the bottom of legs and inconspicuous wear to be expected with its age. The buffet looks great and from two feet the only damage that draws the eye is the scratch in front. Secondly the damaged area on the top left if you are looking it over. The scratches need inspection to notice, they blend in well. 52 1/2" wide or long. 19" deep. 31" tall. The credenza has a slight serpentine shape, and paneled doors on each end with an attractive curving style. The crendenza has five (5) drawers, one of which has dividers built-in for flatware, and two (2) doors, that each open into large storage compartments with plenty of space and adjustable shelves in each. The crendenza has short curved legs. There are some small areas of veneer loss on the front of the piece, and these areas can be seen in the photos. There are some stains inside the drawers, which have dovetail joints. I am unsure of its age or manufacture of the piece.

This is a wonderful. Vintage Mid-Century 1960's Marble Top Hollywood Regency Style Credenza/Sideboard/Buffet. There is an original label on the back from the J.L. Metz Furniture Company, New York, and metal disks on the inside of one drawer from the NAFM(National Association of Furniture Makers. This credenza has three drawers across the entire width of the piece. Each one is separated into compartments for flatware and serving pieces. There are four doors at the base which open to reveal two separate compartments, the one on the right has a drawer at the top and the left side compartment has a shelf. This can be seen clearly in the photos provided. All original hardware. The credenza has a muted green painted, distressed finish, the word"PARCHMENT" is ink stamped on the back of the piece near the paper label from J.L. Vintage Ello Cabinet/Credenza/Sideboard. 6 drawers and 1 large central cabinet area with 2 hinged doors. Good vintage condition. Some mercury loss on the edges of mirrors. And minor dings on the chrome but that's to be excepted/desired in an original mirrored piece. The center and bottom drawers are missing the little pulls. But those are easily replaceable, and it's never really bothered me so I didn't get around to it. The feet are adjustable for easy levelling. Tons of storage. This is an absolutely wonderful MCM walnut dining server. It is the Facade line made by Mt Airy. It is sturdy. Made of solid wood with two dove-tailed drawers, one that is felt lined and divided into three sections. All four sides of the server are finished so it looks great from any angle even though the finish is somewhat uneven. The drawer knobs and wheel fenders are solid brass.
