For sale a scarce 1863 hand colored map from a Johnson& Ward atlas depicting the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. Overall condition is good with normal aging as found on a map over 150 years old. Generous margins for matting small split at fold bottom of map small area at bottom is folded back not missing, tear at top as shown. Actual image measures about 23 3/4 x 17 1/4 inches, a nice American map of two southern states, printed during the Civil War.
