This is a very nice WWI to early WWII era British Union Jack. This was certainly made in Japan. See my other auctions for the Italian one I have listed too. The quality is extremely good. It's made from thick cotton and has real leather corner tabs to reinforce the ties. This is a much nicer quality than the cheaply made flags that were used to celebrate visits from foreign ships and etc. It measures approx. 16 inches x 13 inches. Note how nice and square it lays, not stretched out of shape. It's in wonderful condition too, just minor soiling. If you need a very nice original vintage Union Jack, this will work for you. It's absolutely guaranteed original WWII era or earlier.

The reverse of the Olympic Handover £2 Two Pound Gold Proof coin is designed by the Royal Mint Engraving Team and bears the Olympic Flag and London 2012 logo. Surrounding the central design are the words Beijing 2008 and London 2012 along its outer ring. Set against a backdrop of lines reminiscent of an athletic track.
