There are no tears or bends in the blotters, but there is some discoloration on some due to their age. I tried to find more information about Piper's, but could only find old postcards. A transparent dark green popular in the early 1990s. The vase has handpainted vine flowers that Fenton referred to as the"Vining Garden" decoration. The vase is in good. Factory condition. No chips or cracks. It has the Fenton logo on the bottom as you can see in the second to last picture.
