Listed is an original L. H. Everts atlas of Licking County Ohio done in 1875. It shows drawings of all the people. Great homes, farms, livestock, businesses and township maps within the county in 1875. At nearly 140 years old it does show use. The front and back covers are loose and there are pages that are torn here and there. But. All in all its invaluable as a research tool for that period of time in Ohio. Its a large 14"x18" in size. Early Randolph County Plat Book with fold out county map. 36 page plat is in good to very good for it's age. Pages are intact and clean. There is slight varmit chew. See photo, but it does not effect the contents. As for the date I can only guess that it is from the 20's early 30's judging by the ads. C. Map comes from the New Historical ATLAS of Washtenaw County Michigan 1874. Illustrated by Everts& Stewart. This is a rare book. Map is ANN ARBOR Township and is hand colored. The back side of the map shows various homes from the area. My full photo's make the map look a bit fuzzy. So I have taken a close up to show the clarity of the map The size is 14 1/2 x 17. Some staining an minor tears. The holes on the right side are where it was attached in the book. I consider this to be very good condition for being"139 years old" Would look Great Matted and Framed! Take a close look and decide the condition for yourself. This is an original map. Not a reproduction. I will be listing 20 maps total from Washtenaw County Map will be shipped rolled in a tube. 1971 Tuttle copy of Beers Atlas of Washington County, Vermont
In 1971. The Charles E. Tuttle Company of Rutland, Vermont published copies of several Beers Atlases of Vermont Counties. This is Washington County. Size is the same as the original: 16" by 12.5" Unlike the original, only the Vermont map is colored. The United States and town maps are not colored. There is a little wear on the bottom edges of the covers. No stains, tears or marks. I will probably ship this between 2 sheets of cardboard and wrapped in brown wrapping paper(I will reinforce the edges of the paper with packing tape. I have not been able to find an appropriate box. I try to ship within 1 day of clearing of payment or the weekend. I do combine shipping based on size and weight of the package.

1907 Oneida County in New York State Atlas by Century Map Co. Atlas has maps of the towns. Cities and villages in Oneida County. There is also pages 141-160 of Financial, Professional, Commercial and Industrial Interests. There are pages 161- 180 with a record of some of the most Valuable and productive Farms in the county. Some of the Maps take 2 pages, some 1 page and some of the smaller villages are 2 on a page. The maps are generally all in good condition. There was also a map of the whole county that is included. For the age of the atlas it is in quite good condition, with little or no problems throughout. In this atlas some of the maps are on the back side of others.
