Unit tested from cold tap water temp of 21c to the set temp of 37c and reached that in about 15 min. Temp dial is tested accurate and the safety limit sawitch circulator works great as well. Bath bay is very clean and has a drain installed for easy draining of the water. Drain will be removed but included to prevent damage during shipment. Thermometer not included. You will not be disappointed with this unit. This is large and heavy so please consider that when looking at the shipping. Unit not packed measures 30 1/2" x 16 1/2" x 17" tall.
