This auction is for a vintage 1950's Pleasure Chest cooler. Has the word Pal near the bottom. It is in good condition with some rust. Will make a great restoration project or just keep it like it is. It does have the opener. Lid, and handle. The seal is old but still seems to seal tight. The bottom is rusted some but a little sanding and enamal paint would fix that right up. Very had item to find and well worth the starting bid. Measures 18x12x9.

Oak Jewelry Treasure Chest Vintage Carved Wood Secret Compartment Cigar Box 1950
This is what I believe to be a vintage oak jewelry chest or perhaps it is an old cigar box. The inside of the lid has a"hidden" or secret compartmart(see pictures 1. 10, and 11) which could hold a small book or diary or other important items You can access to that compartment by simply moving the 4 carved leaves so that the wooden"cover" or panel which has additional carved leaves on it can be removed. Behind that panel is a lattice-effect storage area which could hold narrow items. Of course, this item could've been an old cigar box and the compartment might've served another purpose, or I am wrong on both counts and it held something else. I also don't know the age of this item but I would guess it is from mid century, perhaps the 1940s or 1950s. Chest has neat metal corner protectors as well as metal closure ... moreclasp and hinges; as you can see. The hinges look like piano hinges inside. This item is in good, vintage condition; check out the pictures. I tried to take shots from every angle. It measures approx. 11 3/4" wide x 9" deep x 4" tall. The opening to the secret compartment is 8 3/4" x 5 3/4" approx. Of course, this box can be used as a jewelry box or used for storage for any number of items.

This Steiff llama has a very impressive coat of long cream colored mohair dotted with brown and black spots. His fur is thick and undamaged everywhere except for one small spot on his tail where it has been worn(see photo) But the worn spot is barely visible. He is one of the rare vintage Steiff animals with Thoren’s music boxes built into them. The twist key to the music box is intact. Adding to the collectible value and charm of this piece. The key will turn. But the music box no longer plays. Llama has his chest tag. His ear button and a part of his yellow flag. No odors. Discoloration or stains. Antique/Vintage Assorted Prisms Telescope/Microscope Etc In Wooden Chest
Here is a collection of antique/vintage prisms. Some are for periscopes. Some are very complex and in all honesty I don't know what they are for. Some of the prisms in this box were part of WW1 Ross Dial Sight for a cannon, so it's quite likely some of them are for artillery sights, collimators etc. Or they may be for telescopes or wenhams for microscopes. Some were labelled, the three very small prisms are epe prisms. The largest is 6"x1.5"x1.5" the smallest are about 1cmx0.7cmx0.7cm. Some of the prisms are chipped and some of the mirror finish is tarnished, but most are in good condition and all are operational. The dovetailed box measures 8"x7"x5.5" I will post worldwide. This is a nice vintage military foot locker or trunk. This foot locker is wood painted green. It has an address on the top. It is in great condition. On inspection it shows vintage wear but no abuse. The trunk measures 13" tall. It is 31-1/2" wide and 16" deep. This trunk comes from a smoke free and pet free home. It is clean and ready to use. The trunk is quite large and shipping is $49.95. Vintage 1963 Coleman Picnic Cooler Ice Chest Green, Insulated w/ Handles w/ Tray
Vintage Coleman Cooler Vintage Coleman picnic cooler. Dated 6/63. This is a green insulated cooler with metal sides and top, metal handles(with white handle support) and white bottom. Inside is lined with white plastic and cooler has spout for easy emptying. Also included is the inside tray. Cooler is in very good condition. There are a few scratches and a little paint wear. One of the bottom corners is slightly damaged. There is a little cracking in this area. However, this does not effect the functionality of the cooler. There is some discoloration inside of the white liner. Cooler has no foul odors. Coleman logo/ sticker is in perfect condition. There are also a few small dents. Measrues approx 2.5" x 6" x 2.75" tall. Minitature. Nice velvet fabric lined. Really nice condition for age with some light scuffs and wear. Slight opening where hinged lid meets box; but since this is metal. You can likely work the hinge to get that to lay flat. This can have so many uses as a planter.
