Has new springs on sides(2 on each) All the end springs ... moreat the foot and head are original and the other frame springs are original but stretched and will probably need replaced. One of the 8 frame bolts is replaced(4th photo) Measurements for this bed are 80 1/2" long(including corner posts) 66 1/4" high. The bottom spring frame sits 17 1/4" from ground and the top is 56 1/4" high. The width is 30 1/2" U.S. is stamped in the wood in 6 places. At the end of each spring frame and each headboard and foot board. There are 2 stickers on the bed seen in the 11th photo, easily removed I'm sure. I saw one small piece of wood, under the spring frame where end bolt attaches spring frame to headboard, that is chipped off. It does not effect the integrity of the bunk and is solid at that joint. There is of coarse indents and some wear and shellac loss to wood but no serious scratches etc. to mention. In my opinion this bed could be used but my intention is to offer to a collector. This item is a vet bring back. The man was in WW2 but I do not know the exact date of bed. Available for purchase is a remarkable piece- an A nti que(circa late 19th Century) Campaign Chest. It appears to be made of teak wood and it is t wo(2) stacked but separate pieces. Th e top drawe r ac tually folds down into a desk with a green leather inset. The desk has multiple compa rtments and drawe rs. Below this fold- out/down desk drawer there are three over two smaller draw ers complet ing the first(t op) piece. The second(bottom) pi ece is made of two larger dr awers- the same size as the desk drawer. Original fl ush brass milit ary handles and accents(corners) and brass c arrying handles o n its sides. Vintage WWII Army Military Folding Cot Telescope Folding Furniture Co
This is a Vintage Folding Canvas and wood frame Army Cot made by The Telescope Folding Furniture Company of Granville. New York. The cot is in great condition with a small stain and minor fraying to stitching, see Picture) complete with original end pieces and no repairs to wood or metal, works well, I weigh about 180 and it held me fine. This cot measures 76" long, 24-1/2" wide, 17" high, folded it measures 8"x 5"x 37" and weighs about 15lbs. UHL Steel Toledo Furniture Steampunk Industrial Military Office Stool
This Toledo UHL metal office stool has a wood seat and back. The seat is approx 16" wide. The leg section measures approx 23" tall. The seat height is adjustable. There is a U.S.M. tag on the base and the UHL label is still intact. Condition is used. No restoration has been done to it. It is a very sturdy stool. VINTAGE WWII COT A Real Nice World War II Cot. Very sturdy! Wood or oak frame with heavy orange canvas. It measures 76" long. 16 1/2" high, and 27" across. The string for tying has broken off and some spotting on the canvas. There are not any holes. One seam area has some green stitching, which I believe was for a name label-see photos.
