The bottom drawer is constructed of 2" thick from mahogany wood. The small pulls are solid brass. The sides of the chest have matchbook veneer. The marble top is in very good condition, no cracks. The drawer bottoms and sides are mahogany. Quality piece! The chest measures about 36" long x 19" deep x 29 1/4" tall. Overall I would say the chest is in very good condition for age and use.
