The tiles are probably Minton or Wedgwood. They are all hand fired and have a wonderful Aesthetic Look. The back is sealed so that we cannot see the maker. All the tiles are in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks nor restoration. The wood is hand carved and has a lovely Antique patina. The top does lift off for moving. The handles are all brass and have the original patina. There are some age cracks in just a couple of places in the wood. Antique Early/ Mid 1800's Walnut Dresser Vanity Shaving Mirror. It has a tilting mirror with wood screws and washers. The walnut wood has a beautiful rich patina and the mirror is very good condition. Contains a single drawer with hand dove-tailed corners and stands on(4) round carved feet. Measures approx. 21" high x 15" wide x 7" deep. In overall good used condition. A long crack runs across the top. Patina reflects the age of the piece. Wood washer with crack. Victorian walnut washstand vanity vessel sink late 1800's towel bars
This is very nice walnut dry sink or vanity with towel bars. It would also make a very nice vessel sink in a powder room. As far as we know it is all original. It is mostly walnut. But it appears that perhaps a piece of oak was used in the back support piece(see picture- wood grain appears oak in back view of piece) Very nice scalloped shelf at the bottom. The piece is in very good condition with exception of a minor repair of crack in one of the towel bars. It is not very noticeable and is solid. As you know. Any antique furniture will have minor nicks or imperfections. We have not tried to repair anything, but did apply a good furniture oil to the entire surface. The top has been re-sprayed to bring out the gorgeous grains of the burl walnut and cross banded top. The actual mirror part measures about 17¼" x 13¼" And the base is around 17¼" x 6" x ¾" The mirror can be adjusted by turning the two decorative screws on the sides. There are a few small age spots on the mirror itself but nothing serious. There are also some scrapes on the finish. Especially where the mirror meets the bottom board. I know this came from 1967 as I have the original paperwork from the full organ purchase dated 1967 as shown in the last picture. I will include this paperwork for proof of age. The bench does arrive with a Cushion pad that ties around the bench. This pad is used and shows ware and is a pretty aweful color but it does come along too. As for the bench~ this stands 22 1/4 inches tall, measures 28 inches long and is 14 inches wide. It has a music storage compartment. There are a few small scratches to the bench top or seat but nothing that is extensive. There are areas of the bench that are dusty so it will need a good cleaning but this has been well taken care of. Legs are detachable and will be removed for shipping. It still has the original old Conant Ball Label(barely readible) and is also incised with CB Logo(see close ups) It is in great used conditionI. Shows some minor wear to bottom areas of legs as expected with age, but overall great. it is strong and solid, cane is in great condition, no holes.
