Drexel is a manufacture of high quality solid wood furniture. Please check the pictures for a better look at some of the wear on the vanity top and towards the bottom. It is still in great solid. Sturdy condition and the drawers are all dovetailed and clean. There is some finish rubbed off in areas toward the bottom front of legs(pictured) main wear is on left very bottom side(pictured) but there are other areas in the front that have finish rubbed off from age/use. There is some staining on the very right side top of vanity(pictured) This can be easily lightly refinished to make perfect. There may be some normal wear from age and use such as dings, scratches, rubs. Main areas of concern is pictured. It has dainty brass handle hardware which I am not sure are original. The keyhole escutcheon are the big round medallions. The candle shelves have heavy incise carved burl front shelf supports, burl walnut trim going up the mirror and the big crest on top with a doorbell looking medallion on the top. The mirror is bevel glass, which is normally straight glass. The drawers are all hand cut dove tail. The overall size is 48 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 90 inches high overall.

Vintage Mahogany Dresser Mirror Potthast Bros. Federal Style Beautiful! LQQK!
This is a Vintage Mahogany Dresser Mirror. Also referred to as a Shaving Mirror or Shaving Stand, hand made by Potthast Brothers in the 1930's. As is typical Potthast, the details on this piece are exquisitely done. The mahogany wood grain is wonderfully rich and the turnings are a masterpiece. There are 3 drawers, and the dovetails on the drawers are cut by hand. The knobs are delicately turned. The mirror is held in place by solid brass thumb pieces carefully inlaid into the posts. The top of the cabinet section is inset and the sides are framed by short turned columns which add an interesting touch and create balance. It measures 24 inches wide by 25 1/4 inches tall to the top of the spindle posts by 9 inches deep. The mirror itself in it's frame is 20 inches by 16 inches. This piece would make a handsome and functional addition ... moresitting on top of a dresser. I took the photos outdoors so the lighting would show the condition of this piece and the beautiful wood grain. There are some small dings and scratches to the finish which. I believe add to the character of the piece. There is some color fading from sunlight on the surface behind the mirror. The Potthast Brothers Furniture Company was founded in 1892 by brothers Vincent. John, Theodore and William who came to Baltimore from Westphalia, Germany. A fifth brother remained in Germany and was also a furniture maker. The business and showroom was located in the prestigious building at 964 N Charles Street in Baltimore. We had the pleasure of spending time with Theodore and his wife who lived a shore distance from our home when we lived in Baltimore. In 1996. Antique Completely Restored Oak Hotel Washstand with Mirror Chest Dresser No Res
You are bidding on a hotel washstand that has been completely restored by a professional refinisher. It is in more or less perfect condition now. It is finished in a medium oak color with minwax provential stain. Finished with several coats of Sherwin Williams sand& sealer and two coats of Sherwin Williams top coat water proof lacquer. The entire piece of furniture has been sprayed and sealed good, including drawer bottoms, back and bottom of the piece. The solid brass has been cleaned and lightly polished with jewelers rough. The finish is hand-rubbed and it looks like it has just be waxed. The bevel mirror is original, has some distortation because of age. The towel bar including the bar itself is all original. The base comes apart from the towel bar and mirror for easy transport. As you can see the back looks just about as good as ... morethe front. There is some wood missing on the side of the wood frame of the mirror covering the swivel hinge screw as shown in the picture. There are some scratches. Dings and woods cracks as to be expected in something this old but it is in good condition. There are some age spots and streaking in the mirror as expected with the age of the piece. The center below the mirror is adorned with a textured glass surface reflecting a pale blue colour. Its Art deco lines, adorned with a lovely stripy grain veneer in a golden shade are accented by silver tone openwork handles. Large Antique Cast Iron Dresser Mirror Ivy Store Displ
For you consideration is this wonderful old cast iron mirror. I`m not sure if it`s a victorian dresser mirror or a display mirror for a ladies store. Either way it is stunning. This measures 26 3/4" tall. By 13 3/4" across the back. It does tilt and the mirror slides out of the base. The old gold painted finish has turned dark and but the lower right hand side is slightly copper colored. Maybe an old paint touch up. This very ornate mirror is definately from the turn of the century and is heavy cast iron. The mirror does look to have been replaced and you can see the lower edge between the leaves. Offered for sale is a circa 1940-1950 bench made childs toy dresser or doll dresser. Nice diminutive size. Made of solid cherry wood. With an interior of pine. You can see the bottoms of the drawers have been chamfered, just like an original from the 1800s. An old piece of glass was added to the mirror. Which is a nice look. Antique Federal style mirrored dresser or chest of drawers dating from the early 1900's. Stunning flame mahogany veneers grace the surfaces of this piece and are decorated with intricate contrasting inlay. An inlay medallion of a lamp has been placed atop the swivelling mirror. Two smaller locking drawers are aligned over four larged drawers. Providing ample storage space. All the drawers are made with high quality dovetail construction. The entire piece is raised off of the ground by short tapered square legs sitting on brass and wood casters. Overall. This piece is in very good condition. There are some drip marks along the top edge of the mirror(from glue or wood finish, see picture) but no cracks or other damage. The wood has some wear associated with age, including chips and minor breakage to the veneers or inlay. See pictures. Victorian Eastlake Dresser Mirror Spoon Carved Walnut For sale is(1) antique 1880’s Eastlake style dresser and mirror done in walnut with chip carved detail The dresser measures 76 inches high overall x 38.5 inches wide x 18 inches deep. The height of the dresser chest is 34 inches The three drawers are 7 inches deep on the inside and each has the original lock mechanism with brass keyhole insert. Each drawer has the traditional Eastlake chip carving detail. All the drawers are dovetailed and have the original bottoms. The hardware is the classic brass teardrop and I believe these are not original but correct for the period. There are 4 wooded casters on the bottom and appear to be replacements. The swivel mirror measures 27 inches wide x 21 inches high and has the original mirror. The pictures show a sheet to cut down on the reflection. ... moreA carved detail on the center top of the mirror section matches the lower carvings. The color of the dresser is a medium dark brown walnut. The finish is original and the finish on top of the dresser is quite excellent and hand rubbed.
