The center below the mirror is adorned with a textured glass surface reflecting a pale blue colour. Its Art deco lines, adorned with a lovely stripy grain veneer in a golden shade are accented by silver tone openwork handles. Small drawers offer space for accessories or make-up and it can easily fit on a night stand, chest or work top making it an very useable and versatile piece. It is in excellent overall condition for its age with no major damage. There are some slight bubbles in the veneer in a couple of places. And one small chip has been filled on the middle drawer. The attachment between the mirror and the stand is slightly wobbly on the left hand side, but stable. Vintage Sindy Bedroom - Bed, Dresser, Vanity, Accessories 1978 Doll Furniture
Offered here: Vintage 1978 Sindy bedroom furniture which fits all similar size dolls including Barbie. This auction includes: 1. Dresser with working drawers and stool which matches the blue bedspread. The flowers are included but I also found the original blue flowers and they are also included but not pictured. There is a very sweet yellow powder box with an S on it and a lotion bottle on the clean tray. 2. The bedside table has a built-in lamp which actually worked with a battery at one time and could possibly be made to work again. The original lightbulb is included and the lamp shade. 3. The wardrobe is also very detailed and offers lots of closet space with three working drawers and 4 hangers. The decorative trim on top and the mirror need to be glued. 4. Matching bedside breakfast tray has tiny dishes and original throw rug in white"shag" ... moreis also included. 5. Sindy's white bedroom slippers are hard in find but here they are-with some darkening at the glue but intact and glamorous all the same. 6. The bed has a comfy foam mattress with blue comforter and dust ruffle. The headboard has broken off and needs to be glued back on. An extra red and white bedspread and pillow are included. Please note that I have more Sindy items and they all have various spots of dark yellow/brown at glue sites which are almost always underneath and do not harm overall look. These very realistically detailed pieces were all made from plastic and are overall in good condition. You will note how many of the original accessories have been saved. I used a website featuring the Sindy Museum to learn which pieces belong where and I can see a mistake already. Everything is clean and from a nonsmoking environment but also shows age with the yellow spots and some soil/spots so please keep that in mind and check out all the pics and the other Sindy auctions. Up for auction is Mixed Lot of Doll House Furniture. There is a dresser which is about 4 and 1/4 inches in height garage is 2 and 3/4 x 2 and the table is about 2 inches in height and the top of the table is about 3 inches in diameter there is a spot on the table and it looks like it could have had the legs and top glued together. Maybe this is the right size for dolls. I am not sure if they are samples as they are marked with 2 different cities but have the same hardware and style. The markings found are as follows: the vanity is marked Dingman's Falls PA and the Dresser is marked Bemidji Minn. Condition Really nice condition. Mirror is free of cracks and or breaks. The wood is in nice shape with minor imperfections or scratches. The dresser has 2 drawers where the front facing corner is chipped. Up for auction is a small lot of doll house furniture made by Renwal. The pieces are as follows: A 6 drawer brown dresser with 2 working drawers& marked A Renwal Product/No. B-85/Made in the U.S.A. A nice playpen with 2 3 bead inset on opposing sides of the playpen with an‘R’ emblem underneath on a separate piece. A darker brown textured bottom and marked: A Renwal/Product No118/Pat. Pend.U. S. A. Canada/Made in U.S.A. and measures 3” square and 1 ¾” tall. A round table top without a base marked: A Renwal Product/No. L73/Pat. Pend.U. S. A.Canada/Made in U.S.A.L has been painted with green magic marker on top which I have tried to remove- A brown bench or small couch table marked: A Renwal Product/No. L- 75/Made in U.S.A. piece is 2” long by almost 1” wide by 1 ¼” tall and also has been painted on the textured top with green ... moremagic marker which I also tried to remove some of it. Non acetone nail polish remover takes a lot of the marker off, but not all, unless you keep working at it.
