Antique Victorian Adjustable Dresser Mirror - Will Take Reasonable Offer
We are selling our vintage wood carved dresser mirror because we recently moved from an 1898 Victorian home in Pennsylvania to a much smaller home in Louisiana. So we had to downsize much of our furniture. THE CRACKS SHOWING IN THE ONE OF THE IMAGES IS THE REFLECTION OF THE GROUND IN FRONT OF IT, not cracks in the mirror. Although this was commonly placed on top of a dresser(it swivels front and back to get the angle that you'd prefer) We actually had it hung on a wall in our entry way over an antique blanket chest and it looked GREAT! Consider using it for a wall hanging. You can see by the images that it is a beautifully wood carved mirror. The mirror has begun to show aging by browning a little. But it still has a beautifully reflective surface. I did some research on it and it is circa late 1800s to early 1900s. Scarce Antique Victorian 3 Piece Black Blown Bristol Glass Dresser Set
Striking set from a VT estate. It is in really good condition with no cracks. There is some loss to the gold trim and paint loss to the center of one daisy.The largest piece is 10 1/4" tall, the stopper sits a bit out of kilter. It has slight scratching and the tiniest of rim flakes. Some pieces have old numbers written on them. The 2 piece hair receiver is 9 1/4" tall and the other piece is 7 1/8" tall. Vintage Antique Victorian C. F. Monroe Wave Crest Floral Trinket Dresser Box
This Wavecrest box is in good condition with no chips or cracks and measures approx. 3 1/4" wide by 2 1/2" tall and has hand painted blue flowers on the top as can be seen in the photos. This is an old Victorian era celluloid top and celluloid sided glove box from old estate. BEAUTIFUL rich color in deep blue.It is 12 1/8" by 4" by 2 1/2 tall" and features a print of a horse drawn carriage with two ladies in the carriage. They are escorted by four men and there is their faithful dog accompanying them. There is a lady off to the edge of the wooded area sitting sideways on her horse also. There is a couple spots of discolorations on the top nothing that is distracting. Celluloid has a couple pieces missing or loose.SEE PHOTOS. I don't see any crazing to this piece. Offered here is a gorgeous. Antique solid sterling silver dresser jar made by fine American silver maker, Gorham, circa 1894. The entire exterior is covered with beautiful, high relief floral repousse. The dresser jar measures 2 5/8" tall and has a diameter of 3 1/8" There is a monogram. But I can't make it out. The bottom of the jar is clearly marked"STERLING 845" with the Gorham hallmarks and the date mark symbol for 1894. The lid fits perfectly and is original to the jar. The jar is in overall excellent condition aside from some expected dings on the bottom surface of the jar. There is also one ding on the top edge of the lid. There are no splits. Antique Hexagon Porcelain Dresser Jewelry Trinket Box, Victorian Scene, Hinged
An antique blue porcelain dresser/jewelry/trinket box in a hexagonal shape. It has a hinged lid. Which closes very securely.The hinge on the back wiggles a little. But it's delicate. It has an applied Victorian scene of a gentleman courting two ladies on top. There are also applied floral designs inside on white on top and bottom. The gold guild floral design on the blue, has a little wear in places, but over all is in good condition. The style of the box is similar to those made by Wave Crest. It has San Francisco written on the top with a light blue paint and 1938 written on the front. I don't know if this was a souvenir or if someone wrote it themselves. The marks"MADE IN JAPAN" or"JAPAN" were used to sign porcelain from 1921-1941. This is stamped"MADE IN JAPAN" in gold paint on the bottom. It is pre-owned ... morefrom an estate. This is an antique Victorian valet jewelry box for the dresser with a mirror. The box is 9 inches long by 8 inches wide and 2 and 1/4 inches high. Made of wood and glass the box features a remarque print under the glass top and a glass bottom interior with three compartments. The glass is all intact with no cracks or chips. The lid is hinged and one of the hinge nails has been replaced with a modern finishing nail. Offered here is a gorgeous. Antique sterling silver dresser jar, circa 1905. The sterling silver lid is beautifully designed with high relief daisies. There is an original down puff that is included with the jar. The dresser jar measures 2 7/8" tall and has a diameter of 3 5/8" There is no monogram. The top of the lid is clearly marked"STERLING" The jar is in overall great condition. There are a couple of expected dings on the side of the lid. But there are no pin holes. Splits, noticeable dings, or repairs. The lid is a little bit loose, so it may not be original to the crystal portion. The crystal portion of the jar is in excellent condition as well with no cracks. C1890 Antique Victorian celluloid dresser box with a pretty girl surrounded by a wreath of flowers. It measures 7" by 5" and is 3" tall. This is a sweet little box with a pink fabric lining It has its original hinges and brass hardware. The top is celluloid. And the sides are painted black. Overall the condition is good. There are a few small pieces of celluloid missing along the very edges of the top. And a few very minor cracks in the celluloid on her dress. Found recently here in Maine. Guaranteed as described.
