The mirror is made to swivel when in place, and fits into the yoke securely, with the original hardware intact. The yoke has two glove boxes, one on each side. We have resprayed it in satin sheen lacquer, but it could use a good sanding and a rub finish to bring out the luster finish. It is all soldi black walnut with Eastlake carvings throughout. It has burl panel accents trims on the mirror, doors, drawers, bed and headboard are awesome. It came out of a home on the east coast. The overall size of the bed on the outside is 57 inches wide, 37 inches high on the footboard and 78 inches high on the headboard.

Condition: Used Location: Perkasie, United States American Black Painted Bowback Antique Windsor Chair Early 19th Century Item# 100008WPN02 This is a fine American Black Painted Antique Windsor Bowback ... moreSide Chair. Crafted during the first years of the 19th Century. It has a wonderful black paint over another layer of reddish orange, probably also a layer over the original and currently unknown color. The back of the chair has a graceful bow, carefully grasping each through-tenoned splinted spindle before diving through the single solid plank pine seat. The seat is heavily patinated, with deep grooves and wear from decades of active use. The entire chair sits over four splayed bamboo carved legs, all four of which tenon through the plank seat before being secured with a splint, each held firmly and perfectly in place with a bamboo carved H-stretcher. This is a most charming chair, in excellent condition with wonderful patina and character throughout- the early painted surfaces are probably not the original layers, but seem to protect earlier layers beneath, these quite possibly the earliest surfaces. A wonderful find for those that are passionate about fine windsor chairs. Measurements: Seat 13.5" wide x 14.5" deep. The seat sits 16" from the ground and the back of the seat is 33.5" high. Condition Report: Paint worn throughout. Probably not the original surfaces. Deep groves and losses in the plank seat. Chips and abrasions throughout. One nail, appears to be modern, on side of chair stabalizing hoop back. Plank seat split with a butterfly joint securing seat from beneath and two screws locking it in place. Chair is structurally strong, but could possibly be too weak to use functionally as a chair. Please review the images in the slideshow for a full overview of condition.

This is an old Victorian era celluloid top and velvet dresser box from estate. It features a Victorian lady playing a flute. The celluloid on top is in very good condition. The box is 13 1/2" by 7" by 3" tall. The celluloid base on front has three small 3/8" or less craze lines. See closeup. This is not worth noting. Three of the base corners have tiny corner chips also not note worthy. The velvet has normal wear for its age. The dresser set inside is not all present. The lining is original. Here for auction we have a good Victorian mahogany sideboard of inverted breakfront form dating to the latter part of the 19th century. This well proportioned sideboard has a moulded edge top over a single frieze drawer and recessed cupboard flanked by further fielded panel cupboard doors and is raised on a plinth base. Nice Ornate NB & IW Antique Brass Victorian 4x6 Table Dresser Top Picture Frame
This is a beautiful antique National Brass& Iron Works(NB&IW) marked picture frame. Numbered 2172, that holds a picture measuring 4" x 6" It is a heavy cast iron with an excellent polished brass finish that has a slightly darkened, aged patina, with a little loss of finish on the back side, mainly on the hinged stand. There is a replacement piece of glass and corrugated cardboard held snugly in place by three clasps that turn 360 degrees so a picture can be easily added. Outer dimensions of the frame are 8" L x 4 1/2" W(with the stand swung outward) x 12" H.

Offered for sale is this lot of 4 antique Victorian or Art Nouveau brass Drawer Pulls in very good overall condition. These very ornate pulls are rather large measuring about 7" across and have screw holes that are about 3" apart. One pull has been cleaned up but the other 3 need cleaning as the pictures show. The pulls have no cracks. Chips or repairs on any of them. I cannot find any makers marks. They are all mounted on a pine board and the screws unscrew easily for removal. This is an antique Victorian. I believe Webb Glass pink diamond optic dresser jar with a silver plated lid which is original. The jar is not marked. It measures 5 1/4" tall to the top of the handle x 4" wide and 3 1/2" in diameter at the base. It has a polished pontil on the bottom. It is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repair. The plating does have wear, but is otherwise in very good condition. It is listed in my store. If it sells for full price, I will ship it for free. Some pressed plate) and two small complete brass pulls. The first photo shows everything except one of the complete pulls- see last two photos for that one. If you enlarge the first photo, I believe you can see that two of the pressed plate backplates are broken- one missing part and the other that could be bent back into place(top right) The worst one is also shown in the 7th photo, far right. This dresser has two top drawers and two lower drawers in the base. Plus two small drawers atop the base. It has a center mirror and two side, arched mirrors making it quite distinctive. The mirrors are beveled and show signs of aging. The veneer has wear, which is age appropriate. The hardware all appears to be original. The four legs have castors, which also appear to be original. VTG Antique Victorian Irish Rose Crochet Dresser Scraf Fragment
Some very nice Irish crochet trimming on this scarf fragment. As found. I show both pieces in the first picture and the bottom one is bunched up so it would all fit in the picture. Very ornate trim with the raised rose in the middle. The width of the trim is a little better than 1.5 inches. The scarf shows spots and the trim also has some but mostly looks like dirt to me. Looks like the lace is hand sewn in place so would not be to hard to remove. There are some stuffed squares on the scarf with cutwork that might be useful if you like the very antique patina. There are two pieces of the scarf. One is cut at and angle and the the other in a rectangular shape. The angle shaped one has about 17 inches of lace to recover along the bottom and the wide end has about a 5 inch piece of lace. Rare Antique Victorian Renaissance Revival Cottage vanity dresser
Up for auction is a beautiful Victorian Renaissance Revival Cottage dresser. Very old and cool. Pictures don't do it justice. Its 81 inches tall, 38 and 1/2 across and 17 and 1/4 out from the wall. Has four big drawers and two glove boxes on top, along with two candle shelves that are on either side of the mirror. The mirror glass was replaced in the 1970s but it tilts and is adjustable. Has worn spots but thats to be expected after over a hundred years. There is a little bit of water marking on the bottom of one of the sides but barely noticeable and easily fixed. Mirror is newer and in good shape but could be secure in place more as it rattles in place a bit with strong movement. I put a small piece of cardboard behind original wood strap and thats easily stopped it. I think it was refinished long ago and is a nice looking piece. This is a really nice piece. It measures only 14 3/4" tall, 7 1/2" across the widest, and 5 3/8" deep. There is handwriting in pencil on the back of the mirror, I cannot make it out, though. There are 2 drawers, and a real mirror, which shows some discoloration. On the right side of the mirror, it was either made this way, or the piece was broke off years ago, since it is stained. Offered without reserve is a fancy old antique hinged dresser trinket box or powder jar from an estate. I think this would date back into the Victorian/ Art Nouvea era. It is an absolutely lovely, very high quality piece with hand painted floral and vine designs that are glaze fired on to the translucent white glass or porcelain. I think that the the flower is a red Poppy. The fired glaze painting has a raised feel, I have a feeling that this piece may be French. It measures approx. 4 1/4" wide by 3" tall. Many years ago it was converted into a Sewing Box, maybe by the little girl ... moreown original owned it, as she grew up. On either side of this dresser are velvet-covered pin cushions and the two drawers would be used to hold your other notions. The velvet is original, however the piece that would be across the top, between the two pin-cushions, has been cut. The wood finish and the white porcelain knobs are original. As you can see in our photographs, there are some restorable problems to the top crest of this miniature bureau. The original thin mirror has some discoloration around the edges and the frame does have some gesso chips. A past owner has poorly re-glued the top of the crest back in place and there is an old break to the bottom left hand side of the crest. There are also added screws where this crest was once reattached. I know that this sounds like a lot of problems, but this is still a sweet little piece of Victoriana and to make sure that this miniature Dresser Sewing Box sells, it has been listed without any reserve! This auction is for a scarce antique Victorian Novelty White Opaque Milk Glass Horseshoe Covered Dish or Dresser Box. It is believed to be made by Sandwich. The lid has a large Horseshoe framing the portrait of a high relief detailed Stallion. The box has embossed interlocking horseshoes on the front and embossed Florals on the sides with a Whip and Military Bugle. Overall in very good condition. The bottom box piece just has a couple tiny nicks to rim. Nothing worth pointing out. The lid has a chips on the underside of front corner and couple nicks on the other corner(photos 10 and 11) The lid was not made perfectly flat at the factory and has a hump in it(photo 12) There are a few spotty remnants of the original painted decoration which I did not remove. Very clean inside. It measures 3 1/2" x 3 3/16" across lid, 3 7/16" ... morex 3 1/4" at the base, 1 3/4" tall to most of lid(2" tall to highest point) and 1 1/2" tall to box rim. This is a lovely vintage or antique porcelain vanity or dresser hand mirror with a Victorian couple pictured on back. I believe it is hand-painted since you can see marks raised above the surface- as with the lady's buttons. I don't know for sure if the metal is brass. But it is(as you can see) very ornate with an intricate design. It measures about 11 1/2" x 4 3/4" The backing finish of the glass has imperfections leaving a pitted look. This is a gorgeous hand-decorated dresser/vanity set which includes 12 pieces in all. It features an ivy pattern trimmed in gold on a background of white and pink/peach colors. The ivy is vividly colored with a bold design. This set includes: a tray(12" x 8" a perfume/cologne bottle with cork stopper(6" tall) two candlesticks(5-1/5" tall) with handles; one round covered trinket box with lid(3-1/4" tall x 3-1/2" wide) two smaller round covered trinket boxes(2-1/2" tall x 2-1/2" wide) and a ring holder(1-1/4" tall x 4-1/2" wide) There is some wear to the gold trim.
