Condition: Used Location: Waynesboro, United States Antique Federal style mirrored dresser or chest of drawers dating from the early 1900's. Stunning flame mahogany veneers grace the surfaces of this ... morepiece and are decorated with intricate contrasting inlay. An inlay medallion of a lamp has been placed atop the swivelling mirror. Two smaller locking drawers are aligned over four larged drawers. Providing ample storage space. All the drawers are made with high quality dovetail construction. The entire piece is raised off of the ground by short tapered square legs sitting on brass and wood casters. Overall. This piece is in very good condition. There are some drip marks along the top edge of the mirror(from glue or wood finish, see picture) but no cracks or other damage. The wood has some wear associated with age, including chips and minor breakage to the veneers or inlay. See pictures. There is also a chip out of the left side finial and the right top drawer is missing its lock. The wood is cracked around the lock hole on the inside of the drawer. The wheels of the casters do no turn easily and probably need to be oiled. No other breaks or repairs. The dresser stands 70 1/4" tall and is 40" wide and 21" deep. The mirror has maximum dimensions of 33" X 19" We do have other pieces that match this one available. Please check our other listings if you are interested. Both pieces have been refinished, but missing veneer work was not done, so, as you can see in pics 4& 8 there is slight edge veneer loss at the front side corners. In pic 5 you can barely see that the veneer has been re-glued. There are a few nicks here and there, and there are hardware circles around a couple of the drawer pulls, where the handles have been rotated and made a circle in the wood around. The hardware, as well as the design, makes this piece much more eye catching, with steel pulls and horizontal rosewood tips on each pull. This piece measures 54" x 32" x 18" deep. 1940-60 Antique Matching Head/Foot Boards & Dresser W/Mirror Tall Spindles Dark
This is an absolutely beautiful. Very well cared for, antique dark walnut( I believe) set of 7 drawer desk like dresser with mirror. The kind that you would put your makeup on in front of. There is a wonderful matching full size 57-59 inches. Might be a 3/4 bed. I am still doing more research. A matching headboard and footboard! So very pretty. Here are the measurements on the dresser. It is 29" tall to flat surface of the dresser. The length of the dresser is 48" long. The width of the dresser is 20" It has an opening for a chair/stool that is 19" wide and to the drawer is 21" high. The mirror is a really nice with wonderful decorative curves. Both the dresser and the headboard and footboard has beautiful spirals. The headboard stands 54" at the tallest point on the spindles.the length of the headboard is 59" ... morelong. So with the rails put in the mattress will have to be a couple inches less! The footboard spindles stand 48" high and again 59" long. I will be happy to answer any question and send any pictures thru eBay that is requested. I welcome any questions. I took a lot of pictures. There is a couple of fairly large scratches on the top. It is at least 50-70 years old too. It has been well taking care of and really is a beautiful set. This is made with dove tails in the drawers and even in the mirror you can see dovetails. This is a beautiful. Antique, all-wood, hand-constructed, tiger oak 5-drawer tall-boy dresser. The dimensions without the mirror mounted are: 46 inches high x 40 inches wide x 18 1/2 inches deep. With the mirror the total height of the dresser is 68 1/2 inches. The drawers are dove-tailed and have beautiful original iron work. Being an antique. The drawers stick a bit, there's a light water mark on the top in the back and there's a spot of black paint, but it's nothing that can't be easily fixed(see photos) It has never been refinished.

Set of two very unusual hand painted Bristol Glass Victorian bottles with stoppers. Excellent vintage condition. Some wear on gold, 11 6/8 inches tall with stoppers. Numbered 5 and 6 on bottom. No signature visible. Been in my family for more than 70 years and kept in a curio cabinet. Stoppers also numbered and are 4 1/16 inches tall outside of the bottles. Stoppers are beautifully hollowed in the center, 3.5" wide at widest part of bottles. Delicate bead pattern. Enamel paint for flowers, gold trim and banding. Some wear on banding, No chips cracks or repairs. I will double box this and pack well.

Here is a very old crystal vanity powder jar. It is in good condition for its age with some nicks. And it needs some powder cleaned off the top. I will leave that up to the new owner. This is likely over 100 years old. This jar would make a lovely addition to any period vanity or dresser display. It measures about 4 inches tall by about 1 3/4 inches at base.
