Antique Dresser All Oak. White Marble Excellent Condition Beveled Mirrors Offered is a beautiful oak dresser or vanity. The outstanding feature is the white marble top and it is in mint condition. This is remarkable considering it's age. The dresser has 3 parts- the mirror assembly. The marble mid-section, and the oak base cabinet. The mirror is attached with 2 wooden rear slats which extend to the base cabinet& screws that hold it rigid. The marble rests on the base. It is solid and sturdy. It stands evenly on the floor. The buyer can take this dresser home& use it, guaranteed to have a major effect on a room when it comes to decorating. Guaranteed antique- not a reproduction. This will retain value- about 100 years old, perhaps more. DESCRIPTION: The dresser has a 3section mirrored top consisting of a frame with arching top ... moremolding with a carved horizontal over 1/4 round fluted side columns. The center miror is stationary with side mirrors that are hinged& swing out almost 180 degrees. All mirrors have wide bevels. Excellent silvering without blemishes. The marble section is white with a thin grey lines from the stone. It is not composit or manufactured stone. It is clean, no chips, no repairs. The mirror rests on the rear of the top shelf which is over a marble galleried backsplash and opposing side sections. The flat top surface is clean& smooth white marble, all marble is matching and original to the piece. The base cabinet has 2 pull out drawers over 2 swing out doors which open to a large interior with a center horizontal shelf. The base has 1/4 round fluted columns which match the mirror and a center vertical with carving and a burled oval decoration. The pulls are brass, the locks work, a key is provided. The dresser is clean inside, the drawers are not stained, there are no odors, was not stored in a damp location(it's in our house) the drawers slide easily, locks work, this is a nice piece of furniture. Monumental Tiger Quartersawn Oak Mantel, Refinished with Original Mirror
Monumental tiger oak/ quartersawn mantel. The orignal beveled glass mirror is included but not pictured. This has been stripped and refinished which is a real plus when dealing with these old mantels because that process is usually more expensive than the purchase price of one that is in need of it. Everything about this mantel is substantial; oversize base. Round columns, beefy shelf, and intricate details. Photos seven and eight were taken inside to give you an idea of the finish color. The other photos were taken outside. The condition of the base wood is great. There are no corners that are tore up or smashed, which tends to be typical when these are removed from houses, moved around and stored. With careful examination you will be able to find a few nicks and dents that have been finshed over. The most notable issues are the upper left ... morescroll decoration having a peice broken off and missing and some chips to the leaf corbels under the shelf. Photo nine shows the very top which would be well over head height. The back boards extend and there is obviously no shelf cap. Our suggestion would be to cut the excess off of the uprights and install a flat top shelf. This would not be able to be seen unless you are on a ladder. Dimensions are more or less accurate but if you have a critical requirement you should ask to have it rechecked: 62" overall width. Height 86" from bottom to top corner of shelf frame, 94" tall if you measure the uprights to the end. ~12" projection from wall, 10" projection from fire box, center shelf is 43" wide x 10" deep, mirror is 40" x 17" top shelf frame is 58"x 11" fire box opening ~41.5" x 44.5" tall, ~6" diameter round columns, ~7" square legs This will we listed as local pickup only. This beautiful late nineteenth to early twentieth century quartersawn oak sideboard has beautiful carvings including g riffins on top. Carved lion feet, a large beveled mirror with candle stands and long display shelf above as well as a lovely server surface, drawers and open cabinet space behind decorative doors below. The wood grains on this pieces are gorgeous, the front edge has a slight serpentine front and the detailed carvings including applique and trip work are spectacular and appear to be intact. This piece is on it's original casters so it can be moved easily. I show the casters in close up behind the decorative front carved lion's foot. This large sideboard stands 79 inches tall and measures 47 1/2 inches wide by 22 inches deep. Front to back. It travels safely and easily in two parts. The base is 38 inches tall and includes ... moretwo small drawers, each 18 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches front to back and 4 inches deep, one of which is a buffet drawer, lined in old maroon felt. Below them is another large drawer, 38 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches front to back ans 5 1/4 inches deep. Below the drawers behind the two lovely doors with the beautiful wood applique is open cabinet space 42 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches front to back and 14 inches tall. The top section of this sideboard measures 41 inches tall. The candle stands are 8 inches above the top work surface and the display shelf that runs the width of the piece is 26 inches above this top server surface, which is also the top of the base. The wonderful carved columns add even further to the beauty of this spectacular old sideboard which was purchased through an old Charleston family estate sale, so I can not be sure if it is English or American made, but it is a terrific cabinet and will make an excellent addition to your home or place of business. Fantastic Antique Victorian Tiger Oak Wall Hat Rack Mirror
This is a beautiful Victorian hat rack with a mirror and three hooks with two large and two small hangers each. It is in excellent condition and looks like it may have been refinished at some point. The wood has a beautiful dark grain and a slightly glossy luster. The mirror looks very good with just a few tiny black age spots on it that are barely noticeable. This piece is from England and is a very nice piece. The wooden frame is in good condtion with no breaks or repairs and just normal surface wear for a piece this age. The frame is good and tight and sturdy and there is a wooden back on the mirror as well. It is octagonal in shape. The mirror itself is beveled. The mirror is not perfect. It does have a fair amount of black speckling to it where the silvering is slightly damaged. So the mirror itself is definately not in mint condition but is in ok condition for it's age. If you are looking for a perfect mirror this one will not work. However. I do think this mirror is still very nice and you really can't notice the issued with ... morethe mirror unless you are looking at it from close up. I tried my best to photograph the surface of the mirror but that is difficult to do. The mirror measures 21 inches across from one side to it's adjacent side. Beveled Golden Oak Mirror with Hooks for Hanging Things, 17.5 by 17.5 inches
Rectangular beveled mirror which is hung on a wall like a diamond. Made of golden oak wood. Overall size is by 17.5 by 17. 5 inches. Size of mirror is 11.5 by 11.5 inches. The three large hooks are cast iron or steel. The two small hooks are brass. My guess is that it was made in the early 1900's. It is heavy so check the shipping cost. It also includes insurance.

Fancy Oak& Chestnut Victorian Marble Top Dresser with Ornate Carved Wishbone Mirror circa 1880's Being offered for sale is this superb Victorian Fancy Oak& Chestnut highly carved marble top dresser that features a detailed. Very ornate carved wishbone mirror, fancy carved key escutcheons on the drawer fronts and the original wood pulls on the drawers with dove-tailed joinery on the drawer ends. This fine 19th century dresser measures 77 inches in height to the top of the carved crest on the mirror. Height to the marble at the front measures 33 3/4 inches, width measures 40 inches and depth front to back is 19 1/4 inches and this dresser weighs approximately 150 lbs. The actual mirror portion measures 24 inches high by 12 3/4 inches wide. This dresser does dis-assemble into 4 separate pieces for easier handling during shipping ... moreand moving. This dresser is solid and tight and the mirror portion rests sturdy and straight. The framed mirror does pivot front to back to adjust viewing. All the locks are intact on the drawers except the top left, but we do not have the key. The original beveled edge marble top is in beautiful antique condition with no chips or cracks. Circa 1910 Antique Golden Oak Wood Frame Beveled Glass Hall Mirror w Hooks
This golden oak hall mirror is in very good condition.It has its original bevel glass mirror and hooks. It has a dark oxidized finish that can be lightened up by removing the old finish with varnish remover. The bottom piece of wood looks to have been added to the frame many years ago. The stain/finish on that piece of wood is more reddish in color. The wood can be removed or can be stripped and stain with a dark brown stain. I have no doubt that this mirror was once the top part of a hall seat. It was removed and hung on the wall as a decorative and functional piece of furniture. The frame measures 28" tall x 24" wide. The surface of the mirror has some areas of cloudy spots with a black spot up by the flower design. Picture shows this well. As soon can see from pictures reflection is good in mirror. The chest is made of wood. We do not know what type it is but it could be oak. The wood looks good on all sides and the back. This is a beautiful quarter-sawn oak dresser with four drawers and mirror. Age is unknown. But the unusual dovetail joints should hold a clue. Carved design at bottom of mirror, at dresser bottom and around each drawer front. Dresser measures 19" x 42" and is 31" high at the top of the dresser, 59" at the top of the mirror. Mirror has beveled edges. The silvering behind the bevels appears to be damaged: appears scratched. Paneled ends. Dust separators are in good condition. Dresser appears to have been re-finished. High Point, NC" Measures 40 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 34 inches tall at front and 78 inches tall at back to top of mirror. Does have expected scratches and wear due to age.
