This is a wonderful triple curved glass tiger sawn oak china closet that dates from the 1900-05 era. And that features four plate ... moreglass shelves and a full mirrored back. In its original dark oak stain finish, the case comes down into empire curl feet. The finish has darkened into a beautiful patina over the years. Overall, this closet is in great condition. The mirrors show a bit of age on some sections, the glass shelves have tiny little dings where glasses have been put in an taken out over the years, and there is also a tiny little crack on the wood top of the cabinet itself, but it doesn't go all the way through, nor does it affect the integrity of the piece. The condition is otherwise great. The overall size is 34 inches wide across the back, 14 inches deep from back to front, and 59 inches high. The heights to the shelves are 12, 20, 30, and 40 inches from the floor. Antique Oak Medicine Chest Cabinet Wall Mount Primitive Old Paint Mirror Door
Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Here is a really fantastic antique medicine cabinet with tons of character and original paint left on it. This is a perfect salvage medicine chest– not often you come across a nice primitive oak piece like this. Especially with the original mirror in place and damage free. This old thing is heavy– weighing in at 25lbs before packaging. But since shipping is free, that is not your worry. The cabinet measures 23 1/4” across the front and stands 26” tall. The medicine door measures 22” x 16 1/8” And the mirror is 10 1/2” x 15 3/4” The primitive latch on the door works great and the mirror is securely ... morein place. The mirror shows no damage– no surface marks or scratches and no poisoning, cloudiness, or silver paint loss to the back(it has been protected by a piece of wood all these years) There are three removable shelves inside. They all measure 15 3/4” x 4 1/2” are are about 3/8” thick. They are also all painted a light tan color. The shelves are held in place by 2 tiny. But sturdy, nails on each side. They are spaced evenly and the wood is strong enough to hold heavy items. The front. The inside, and around the side has all old paint, several layers, in fact– pink, white, tannish yellow. Some of the paint is still peeling off in places. The back of the cabinet has no backing. The frame measures 23 1/4” x 17 1/2” and each piece of oak is 7/8” thick. You can choose to keep it backless and use the wall as the background. Or cover it with another piece of wood and paint it to match. This piece is full of little nicks and dings. But there are no cracks or breaks in the wood. This is a sturdy piece of salvage furniture worthy of your next project. Antique Tiger Oak Dresser W/ Beveled Mirror 4 drawers PALMDALE CA PICKUP ONLY
This is a tiger oak antique dresser that I've had for years. It's time to sell so my loss is your gain! Mirror has lovely carvings at the top and bottom but also some dark areas. Please see photos. Also has beveled edges and is marked 1908 on the back. Honestly, it could be 1906, I can't pull it away from the wall as yet. In good antique condition with one small hole(see pix#11) that my husband made to attach wire to secure it to the wall. We live in earthquake country. Dresser looks great. No obvious scratches. There is 3 or 4 small chips on the bottom of the front(see pix#12) I'm sure the back is rough though, as was the custom way back then. It has 4 good sized drawers. The handles may be reproduction, the screws look new. The locks look old though. Dovetailed corners show it was once painted green, but has been stripped ... moreback to its original finish. Back piece of drawers slide into place. The legs have small wheel casters on the bottom. Dresser measures 42 inches across the widest point. 22 1/2 inches deep. Dresser is 35 inches tall and the mirror adds another 40 inches. Mirror frame is 38 inches wide at the bottom. Antique beveled glass mirror with solid 1"X7/8" oak frame. And solid oak three piece paneled back. Inside has a silver stamp British Silvered Glass PB with a 15. And a 2 stamped next to it. This mirror has been mounted, and re-mounted a few times, and the metal hanger I do not believe is original to the piece. However it does have what I believe to be the original small slot headed(common) brass screws holding the back panels on. The mirror itself is in amazing condition with only one small area that has spidering, and cannot really be seen unless you are close up. Tha frame is in great condition with only minor warping in one corner. The ends have dimples and hardware holes where an original bracket may have been so that it could swivel, or flip on its mounts in a horizontal, or vertical position on a dresser, or table. Description This is a nice piece that was salvaged from a New Jersey Victorian Home. It originally sat on top of a fireplace mantel. It is made of oak and is partially painted. There is an oval beveled mirror in the middle with a small shelf at the top. To either side are raised panels trimmed in beaded molding. There are small shelves above each panel. It measures 55.5 inches wide by 25.75 inches tall and is 3.5 inches deep. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. The mirror has some silver loss. Antique Chippy White Paint Bathroom Medicine Wall Cabinet W/ Beveled Mirror~Oak
This is an old original antique oak wall medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror. There is a carved design at the top. It came form an estate sale at an original South Dakota Centenial Homestead that was settled in the late1800's. It is found in the exact condition that I purchased it in. There was an old wasp nest on the top edge. But I removed that. I didn't want to try and wash it or clean it all and ruin the finish. Under the chippy ivory white paint, the cabinet is solid oak. The bottom edge has been modified. One side of a towel bar holder was removed. You could easily remove the other side or have a piece made to match and restore it. The latch and hinges work fine. When I saved old ink wells and antique books it was set up as a victorian desk and bookcase complete with inkwell and quill pen. When I wanted to use it(as it is shown) to display my green depression glass, the glass shelves displayed that beautifully. It is a solid oak piece with all the original hardware and original beveled mirror. We did add the glass shelves. They were missing when we purchased this piece many years ago. It has a drop leave desk that hides all the little cubbies and small drawer. There is a storage closet and a larger drawer under the drop leave desk. We have the original key and it still works. It works fine on the glass door that encloses the glass shelves and it also works fine on the drawer under the desk top. The mechanism is missing to lock the large door under the desk top. The piece is numbered with"172" carved into the wood inside the large storage area under the desk top. 1890's Oak Sideboard Buffet w/Barley Twist pillars and carved bevelled mirror
Beautiful. Functional buffet with carved beveled mirror. This piece is in very good condition. One of the smaller drawers is missing half of it's bottom, but has not been repaired because of inability to locate proper replacement material. Four of the original pulls are missing. The mirror does have one blemish. And the front edge of the base top has small dents, indicating use. This was a gently used and functional piece that has been said to come from one of the homes of Brigham Young, though we have not been able to verify that claim, yet.

This wonderful solid oak sideboard has bun feet and a lovely carved bonnet on top and is overall just a striking piece in a tall but workable size. This sideboard stands 73 1/2 inches tall by 48 inches wide by 18 1/2 inches front to back overall, but travels in two pieces- the base 40 inches tall by 48 inches wide by 18 1/2 inches front to back; and the top section- 33 1/2 inches tall by 45 inches wide by 9 3/4 inches front to back. Antique Larkin Oak Mirror with Hooks
Late 1800s Larkin unsigned hall mirror with hooks. Oak has been refinished to a beautiful golden oak finish. The hooks may have been painted gold a long time ago. Or maybe that is the way the were originally, not sure. The mirror is original and has a few very minor spots and cloudiness to it, but hardly noticeable and gives off a great reflection. Mirror measures 10 inches square and overall mirror and frame is 16 inches square. Hooks can be removed(or not) for shipping. Mirror will be well packed and insured.

A great antique barley twist solid oak shaving mirror. Victorian most likely and possibly English. Came out of an antique shop upstate NY almost twenty years ago. Just never had the right place for it so I must sell. This is a real classic and though you will see variations. It is doubtful that you will come across the same piece. They are getting harder and harder to find and some are trying to sell similar examples for a few hundred on ebay. Oak appears to be in very good condition. ANTIQUE OAK WOOD VANITY/ WALL MIRROR WITH DROP DOWN SHELF This is a late 19th century oak wood wall mirror with a drop down shelf. It measures 23-3/4" tall x 14" wide with a 3-3/4" deep drop down shelf. The mirror is 13-3/8" x 9-3/8" It features a scalloped frame. A drop down shelf supported by double looped chains and brass hinges, applied carved decoration with gold gilt around the top and bottom of the mirror and the outer edges of the shelf, the original finish on the oak wood, and the original mirror. It remains in good condition just showing wear on the edges of the frame and some missing decoration on the left side of the drop down shelf. The mirror is clear and gives a good bright reflection. Vintage Oak Framed Beveled Mirror Heavy 15.5" x 18.5"
This vintage beveled mirror is in good condition except some of the silvering is eroded as I tried to show in photo 3. I belive it is an oak frame. With a few"dings" along the edge- still a beautiful piece. No hardware for hanging, although that would be an option for oyu to add. Would look good leaning against wall on top of your perfect piece of furniture! Measures approximately 18.5 x 15.5 inches, and is almost 9 pounds alone. No reserve. Insurance required in S& H. This is a Victorian Beveled Silverback Mirror with Oak Carved Fan& Scroll Frame. 31.5 inches tall x 32 inches long. Item is in overall good condition with some silver back spotting in a few places and some light streaking. Mirror still displays well and shouldn't be problem for most. Top left corner back looks to have a parkay piece missing or a production flaw. Puzzling why it's like that on that side. The hanger and hardware attached are very sturdy and secure. Mirror weighs 27 lbs. and will be well packed for it's shipment. Ample insurance will be included at no additional cost. Local pick up will be accepted if able. I'm in the city of Highland.
