$8.58 Shipping Condition: Used Location: Mount Prospect, United States Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- ... moreour photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Here is gorgeous antique cast iron table base or stand– it has a really great cross between Art Deco and Machine Age Industrial Steampunk designs. It also has some really fantastic old green paint on it. One side is marked MEDINA NY and the other side is marked BIGNALL CO. This stand or base stands 19 ¾” tall at the top rim and measures 8” across the bottom of the base. The circular top measures 13” across at the outside edges and 12 ½” across at the inside rim or shelf. One side of that inside shelf is marked 12 1/2. Each side has a graceful arched arm for supporting the top piece. The arches or support arms have a series of circular cutouts in graduated sizes. There is a small square nut sort of quick soldered or tacked in one of the smaller circles– it looks like it will pop right out with a bit of force and a screwdriver. But I left it there. The original owner must have modified it for some reason to suit his needs. It does not have anything to do with the structural integrity of the piece. The center post is attached to the stacked domed base. The top circular rim is attached with screws, nuts, and bolts- I took pictures of how the it is attached from underneath. There is no damage to this piece– no breaks. Cracks, or repairs. There is flaking and missing old green paint here and there with the original black paint showing through. The underside of the base has some rusting, but there are no areas of pitting or weakness in the metal. I gave this piece a quick wipe down with some warm water and a sponge and dried it completely– nothing else. This base will be a work of art– well, it already is. 1930s Deco Dress Clip Pair - rhinestone & red glass beads - large 2-1/8"
Striking pair of 1930s deco era Dress clips with loads of round rhinestones surrounding a center line of square cut rhinestones. Top edge has red glass bead at each end. Metal is silver tone. One needs some small rhinestones replaced. The clips are 2-1/8" long and 1-5/8" wide. Only marking is patent 1801128 on clip(1931 patent# One clip is in excellent condition with no missing stone- the second clip(one on right in images) has several of the small rhinestones missing and the end tip is turned up a bit. ~~~~~. 13 vtg. Victorian, Art Deco dress, fur clips, metal, some rs, Deco styles, etc.
Please check out my other listings because I am selling other lots of antique Victorian jewelry. The items I am selling here all have dress or fur clip hardware on them. The clips on the black grapes(bottom of last photo) and on the large silver flower clip(top of 3rd photo) are a little loose. The silver flower measures 1+5/8 by 2+1/2 inches and has a very patina'd finish. And it looks like there is pale lavender crystal missing on the upper left. The clip to its left with large faceted purple inset is in beautiful condition! The black grapes previously mentioned have some chips on the finish on a couple of grapes. The beige grape clip above it is the same style and size. In better condition.even the ornate leaf design at the top is not quite as patina'd. Both items measure 1+7/8 by 2 inches. On the right in the 2nd photo is a very ... moreinteresting and RARE dangling clip with an obvious Deco design. Offered is a fabulous vintage genuine carved shell cameo clamper bracelet. The bracelet is silvertone with a nice snakeskin like embossed texture to it. The clamping mechanism is tight and in excellent working order. This bracelet features a gorgeous nice sized carved shell cameo of a Deco period lady. Her hair is adorned with flowers and a comb. And she wears drop earrings and a beaded necklace. The carving is excellent and crisp, with nice 3-d relief. This bracelet is in almost mint condition. Up for auction is this Outstanding Art Deco Ladies wristwatch made with a sterling silver case adorned with Marcasite's. This watch has a fabulous art deco geometrical design to it and is in very good vintage shape. It runs good and has one marcasite missing. The watch part, not including the band is 2 1/8 inches long and 7/16 wide( almost 1/2 inch wide) The total inside to inside measurement is 6 inches and it weighs altogether 14.6 grams. This piece is marked LS in a rectangle, an A in a square and is marked 925 in an oval shape, it has one more mark that I cannot make out. The band can be changed if it does not fit you. Chief Flying Eagle Oklahoma Indian Print Copyright 1947 Art Deco
This auction is for a very nice vintage high quality print by the well known Native American Indian Artist Chief Flying Eagle. The print is in excellent condition and is housed in what looks like the original frame from the late 1940’s. You can see. Very faintly, on the print“ copyright 1947” The print is just under 6 x 8. The frame is just under 12 x 15. Note the staining of the mat on the right side which does not come in contact with the print and as well the discoloration at the top of the print which touches the print matt but not the print. Well packed to protect the print in the glass frame the box will weigh 5 lbs. Happy to combine shipping but please wait for me to invoice you if you purchase more than one item. Description: Stunning antique Art Deco tennis bracelet circa 1930s in sterling silver with prong-set crystal stones or possibly rhinestones. The detailing on the sides and back of each setting is just beautiful. This bracelet measures 1/4 inch wide. The wearable length is 6-1/2 inches. It weighs 8.9 grams. The closure is a male-female clasp and there is also a safety chain. To open the clasp there is a groove in the button and you simply put your fingernail in the groove and push down. 1920's Great Gatsby Women's "Elaine" Deco Wrist Watch - $350. Value!
I wish I could tell you the story of this watch. But sadly I cannot. I bought it on Ebay a month ago, but decided it was not something I wanted to keep. I did take it to a vintage watch repair shop(Mosley's Jewelers) to get an idea of the condition and an estimate on repairs. They opened up the watch and did a complete evaluation. Sorry, no picture of inside serial number) They said it was made in 1923/24 and appeared to have all original parts( except for the band) Outer casing is silver colored metal. Not sure of the metal type. The watch face is gold colored and is in great condition. The crystal and back plate ha ve some scratches. The watch does work. But it is need of a good cleaning and the spring needs to be rewound. It was suggested not to try and wind the watch until it is cleaned. Repair cost was estimated at $125-$150.
