The smaller shelf which is painted wood shows edge wear but has NO dings or major damage. This great little stand measures 25" tall and the top is 23 1/2" in diameter. Amazing All Original Art Deco Farber Bros. Krome Kraft Chrome Oval Server with Cambridge Cobalt Blue Glass Insert& Monroe Silver Company Fork. Size. Style and design of the fork suggest it is original. It fits perfectly into this serving set. The overall size is 6-5/8" in width, 4-3/4" in depth and 4-3/4" in height for the server. It is 6-1/2" to the top of the fork handle. Marked on the bottom of the Chrome piece. Near Mint Condition! A couple of light marks on the edge of the chrome but pretty much perfect! Great Set! COOL Vintage Art Deco Era Arvin Space Heater Noblitt Sparks Ind Traveling Heater This is one of my favotites this week- it just has the BEST look- and it works. Too! What I have is a very art deco Noblitt Sparks Industries ARVIN brand space heater. Now, from my research about the company, I learned that they named their heater after Richard"Hood" Arvin who was a traveling salesman who invented the heater. It became an immediate hit- selling to new car owners as the automobiles back then were not heated. This is an early deco piece. The company opened in 1919 and changed it's name from Noblitt Sparks to ARVIN in 1950. The heater is made of steel, and measures 9 1/2" wide, 6" deep and 10" tall. It weighs a hefty 6 1/2 lbs. I'm showing you that it has its original tag on the bottom- it's worn, but not so ... moremuch that I couldn't make out the company name. The heater comes right on when plugged in- the coils on the inside turning immediately bright red and the fan blowing the air out the front. The cord and plug appear to be in excellent condition although I'm showing in one of my close ups how the cord is tied in a loose knot on the underside of the heater- not sure why, and I've left it as I found it because I couldn't untie it if I wanted to- I think it may have originally been that way? The plug does not have a cap- as I'm showing in a close up- I'm assuming that it did originally. The finish on the heater is gold, but I do think it may have been a deco green color originally, as that is what I see at the finish wear spots- and there's plenty of them. You can see scratches, scrapes and chips to the paint, and light surface rust where the metal is exposed. That being said, the body of the heater is in excellent condition- no dents or major issues that I can find- and don't you LOVE the art deco design- very empire state building, don't you think? 1936 ART DECO SEEBURG SYMPHONOLA D
This is a rare 1936 Seeburg Symphonola D jukebox. This model is extreamly difficult to find and when found are almost always missing many parts and this one is complete and all original. The jukebox has been completely restored. This is certainly one of. If not the most Art Deco jukebox ever made. The wood veneers that Seeburg used are incredible! This 12 selection jukebox was the top of Seeburgs jukebox line for 1936. The interior mechanism was completely gone through.The exterior retains 99.9% of the original veneer and it has been fully restored with only one small area on the curved side that has a defect in the original veneer. I felt it would be better to leave small defect rather than replace the side with an inferior, non matching piece of veneer. This jukebox plays perfect and the two speaker sound system was way ahead of it's ... moretime. It is the best sounding 30's jukebox I've owned or heard. The front glass is original and has an etched pattern. The interior looks beautiful when lit in a dark room as the scalloped back reflects the green and red interior lights in an sunburst pattern. Electric Alarm Clock by Westclox This 1930's art deco clock is identified by" Pittsfield" on the back. It is in good running condition and 100 percent original. The bakelite number ring. Dial, and hands are in very good shape. There are no cracks or dents. The brass trim and base are very good. The AC cord shows no sign of age. The only flaw is the back which could use repainting. Once repainted it would be suitable for the show case. It's one of the best seen on Ebay at an attractive opening bid. Look at the pictures and decide. Offered for sale is a beautiful pink and black ceramic planter or low vase. Made by Royal Copley, U.S.A. It has an oval pillow shape, with a glossy salmon pink glaze, and a black twig or branch with leaves in raised relief on the front. The inside has a smooth ivory-colored glaze, and the twig pattern appears on one side only. It's 5 inches(12.7cm) long. 3 1/2 inches(8.9cm) wide, and stands 3 3/4 inches(9.5cm) tall. A U.S. quarter is shown in the pictures, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance. There are no chips. Cracks or scratches on this planter- it's super clean and in great condition.
