The center below the mirror is adorned with a textured glass surface reflecting a pale blue colour. Its Art deco lines, adorned with a lovely stripy grain veneer in a golden shade are accented by silver tone openwork handles. Small drawers offer space for accessories or make-up and it can easily fit on a night stand, chest or work top making it an very useable and versatile piece. It is in excellent overall condition for its age with no major damage. There are some slight bubbles in the veneer in a couple of places. And one small chip has been filled on the middle drawer. This listing is for a cute little vintage sterling silver picture frame. Styled after a swivel dresser(or full-length floor dressing) mirror. Oddly. There are no maker's marks on this fine piece. It is stamped STERLING, both on the back of the frame and on the base. It stands just 2 3/4" high. And the base is 2" across by 5/8" deep. One end of the frame is slotted to allow insertion of a photograph. And there is a piece of mylar in the frame to cover a photo. The frame measures 1 3/8" wide by 2 1/4" high. VTG 3 pc 50'S Black Art Deco Wood Bedroom Furniture Set Chest Dresser Mirror I remember these pieces in my aunt's bedroom many years ago. Pretty sure they are from the 50's. She always had"modern" taste back then. No idea who the manufacturer was but back of the dresser reads"WMB 8862 8864 T. DR. and then"90 Blue Mink" Pieces are heavy and seem to be made of oak. The grain is visible with a shiny black stain on it. Which sort of gives it a blackish, blue color. The handles are gold metal, but not sure what kind. There is a routing line around several drawers that are filled in with a gold finish. It has been used so there are some nicks here and there, but she was pretty careful with her things because at that time they needed to last a life time. There is s faint line around the top where she must have ... morehad some sort of cover over it to protect the top. Both pieces are slightly more narrow at the top and then get wider at the bottom-pretty neat with interesting lines, modern lines. Legs are attached at an angle. Drawers are dovetailed and made of what I think is oak. Description: Chest-45" tall; 20" deep; 40" long with 5 drawers- Note on the back there is a surface nick on one leg. But does not impact the piece. Dresser-32" tall; 60" long; 21" deep with 3 sets of 3 drawers(the 3 large ones are in the center) Mirror attaches to the top with screws in the back. Mirror-50 1/2" long by 33" tall(including 1 3/4" wood piece at bottom) Beveled(some clouding& some slight silver loss typical for it's age) Attached to wood which then sits on top of the dresser and bolted to 3 pieces of wood in the back. PLEASE NOTE THE GOLD TOPS AT THE TOP OF THE MIRROR. I have kept these pieces for several years hoping to use them. But after retiring find that I am definitely downsizing. An art deco silver. Guilloche enamel and glass trinket box or dresser pot. Hallmarked London 1933 and makers C bros. With typical art deco sunburst to the lid Condition there is some wear to the edges of the enamel it looks as though the enamel has not quite run to the edge.I have shown this in close up on pic 3 and 4, the centre of the enamel is good, the silver rim is a little wavy in the area where the hallmark is see pic 5 The white looking area around 7 o'clock on pic 2 is reflection The glass in good condition. The lid has a thread to it and the base does not, so probably not the correct base, but it does fasten on securely and you can pick it up by the base and it does not drop off. A triangular lid sits on a quadruple rimmed body that balances back to a triangle and a base that fans out in yet again a triangle pattern. There are not any lines in the glass that would indicate that this was a mass production from a mould and the glass itself is pristine with a great clarity in color that represents an astounding quality of glass. In the heaviest angles there is a glow in the glass when lighted with a black light. Purpose ~ this piece strikes me as a dresser jar but I honestly don’t know what its original purpose was. The piece bears the"SEVRES" MANUFACTURE NATIONALE" FRANCE" mark in use from 1926 until 1942. The base also bears the"DORE A SEVRES" red circle mark. The box has an elegant Art Deco design with classically inspired curvilinear lines. The thin walled base and lid are done in bright white porcelain with crisp mold. The exterior is finished in a deep cobalt glaze with gloss finish highlighted with fine gold enamel blossoms. The white interior is decorated with the same finely detailed florals. The box measures 3 ½" in diameter and 2" high. This is a vintage Art Deco blue glass dresser or vanity tray with 2 handles attached with silver-tone. It has 4 rubber feet on the bottom. It is 9" by 12" Condition is very good but it has a very small chip on the sides of 2 corners as seen in the last 2 photos that are not noticable unless in the light. There are also some surface scratches or mars as some seen in the 8th photo. There is some wear to the silvertone handles. The bottom of the glass has some smears or whatever you call it as seen as the 7th photo. It probably sounds terrible but when just sitting there or in use these flaws are not really seen. McCoy Art Deco Roaring Black Lion Dresser Caddy McCoy made this wonderful art deco Lion for Swank and it is was manufactured in limited numbers making it difficult to find one. Many times McCoy did not mark many of the items when they made them for other companies as is the item made for Swank men’s wear. This is a great example of the fine items that were made in the USA by McCoy Pottery. Measures 11 inches long 4 ½ inches wide and 6 inches long. Has red velvet insert in the middle to place your heavier treasures on. Seems to be a chip in the corner were the insert goes. I did not notice it until I was cleaning the item. Some crazing in the front trays. Still a great piece of McCoy history.

Up for auction is a lovely vintage plastic/celluloid/bakelite dish. It measures 3.75" x 5.25. I think this item was originally intended as a soap dish. But would look great on a dresser/vanity/bathroom. It is a very pretty mottled bright yellow and creme. It has 4 attached brass ball feet on the bottom. It appears to be made of Bakelite. I come to this conclusion, because it has obvious polished surfaces with the bottom being rough, which is indicative of Bakelite. The edge has an Ogee profile and would go with many styles. Description: Vintage Art Deco bakelite dresser box with a deep-relief design of a leaping stag and horse. The color of the box is an espresso color. A brown that is so dark that it almost looks black. When you look closely you can see that the color is brown with black mottling going through it, really attractive. The exterior of this box measures 4-1/2 inches long X 3-1/8 inches wide X 2 inches high. The interior space measures 4-1/4 inches long X 2-7/8 inches wide X 1-3/4 inches high. This box weighs 119.8 grams. On the bottom of the box it says in raised lettering MADE IN U.S.A. On the interior of the lid, there is the Hickok crest logo and beneath that it says HICKOK. On the interior of the box there is one circular mark where something sat for years, and you can remove this by polishing it with Simichrome or another silver or metal polish. ... moreThere are some tiny flakes off the rim of the inner lip of the bottom section of the box, and you do not see this when the lid is on since the lid fits over the lip. This is just normal wear for a very old bakelite box of this type, and not anything dramatic or obvious- I only saw it on closeup inspection. Otherwise, there are no chips, cracks, or hairlines of any kind, and this box is in excellent condition. The exterior still has its beautiful sheen. It is either quartz or alabaster, regardless, it is really great looking! Really nice condition with some light dings. Mainly on edges. Clock weighs approx 2 1/2 pounds. 5" high by 6 3/8" wide from foot to foot. Approx 2" thick. Clock has been gone through by my expert clock repairman and runs nicely. Clock shows evidence of being polished at some time(thus the white residue in the relief areas) Repolish, or leave it just the way it looks, as it looks good the way it is in my opinion. The headboard and footboard are original but I think the steel rails replaced wooded one that probably came with the original set. This set has the chest of drawers and vanity with all matching pulls with bakelight accents. Some of the bakelite edges are scuffed or chipped. For its age this set is in remarkable condition. Antique Art Deco Glass Dresser Cotton Jar w/ Gold Accent Inlay& Etching Hello Everyone. I have this Outstanding Open Top Glass Cotton Ball Dresser Jar Today. Beautiful gold colored accents with etched flower and stem design. This piece would be a great addition to any collection. Really nice relief on the gold. Condition is very good. The bottom of the jar has 2 chips on the rim and the lid also has 2 chips on the lower rim. They are very small and hardly noticable but clearly pictured below. There are a couple spots where the gold trim line has removed. Very few places but I want to be clear. It's only the pin line paint. Diameter of the jar is 5 inches and it's 3.25 inches tall. VINTAGE Bakelite ART DECO Vanity Dresser Hand MIRROR Marked AGALIN
I believe this hand mirror to be bakelite however. I am not a professional. It measures 8.5" long and 5" wide. Rather heavy. It is marked Agalin along with a diamond symbol and trade mark. It's in good vintage condition. Free from chips or cracks. There are some areas of wear from usage and age, so please examine the pictures closely. It measures 6" high by about 3" wide in diameter at the cylinder opening. The bottom of the base is 4 1/4" wide across. Great piece for any collectors!
