I could not find any markers markings but I am guessing from other items in the house of this estate sale it is Danish and probably from the 60's or 70’s. It is of smaller proportions making it ideal for a smaller room. The approx. measurements are: 3’ 6½” tall/ 2’ 11” across the front and is 1’ 5¼” wide. Up for auction is a Beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Lead Crystal Vanity/Dresser Set Hair Tidy/Receiver Jar. It has a Sterling silver lid that's hallmarked sterling 925 R with what appears to be a lion facing left. It has a very unique design on the sterling silver lid I am not even sure what you would call it you can check it out in the picture that I took. It has a little circle on top of the lid where it appear to have had a monogram or some kind of symbol put inside of the circle it could probably be taken off by a jeweler. The glass has a very pretty design it is like cut glass with diamond like shapes with a circle in the middle of them with what appears to be a star with multiple points. The glass has no chips or crack in it what so ever. The only thing i could find wrong was a few light dings on the lid around the edges i could ... morebarely see 2 of them the only one that i think is noticeable is right above where the silver lid is hallmarked. I am sure a jeweler could easily fix it.

This is a beautiful antique covered powder and dresser jar set. As you can see in the photos. Both the silver lids and the etched glass have matching patterns. None of the pieces are marked and I have been unable to determine the maker or exact age. Nonetheless, these are still very nice pieces for your own personal collection and display. The small jar with lid weighs approximately 8 ounces. It is 2 1/2 inches wide at the base and 3 1/2 inches high with lid on. The other jar weighs approximately 11 ounces. It is 2 3/8 inches wide at the base and 5 inches high with lid on. Note that there are a few small dings in the lids. This GORGEOUS vanity dresser is all original aside from 4 mirror screws& the bottom of 4th drawer. With just normal aged wear. This piece is still in good condition for its age. It has beautiful bow ribbon emblems on the front side corners and a sunburst like image at top of mirror. Mirror is in excellent condition, no blemishes, cracks, etc; and original tacks/hardware are in place and secure. replaced the old screws that once held it to arms as they were no longer steady. All(4) drawers are made well and still slide properly(replaced the bottom of 4th drawer. Do not have the keys for keyhole locks unfortunately. Victorian Antique Vintage Celluloid Vanity Dresser Case Box With Accesories
Up for auction is this absolutely stunning celluloid covered vanity case for a dressing table. This original Victorian antique is in remarkable condition for the age. I have not seen many of these and this is by far the best! Possessing all of the accessories is remarkable. There is a nail buffer. Two little pots for rouge and a brush and comb. The accessories are celluloid or French Ivory. The top opens, the two front doors open and a small drawer for jewelry slides open on the front. All of the clasps are in good working order- REMARKABLE! No repairs or enhancements have been done to this piece but very little is needed. There is some minor loss of the celluloid around the edges and bottom, there is a crack on the bottom board that you can't see nor does it detract from the piece. The inside satin lining is original and shows some fading, ... moreone of the oval trim decorations on the inside is detached but in good condition. These defects are minor on a piece of this age and material. The case is 12"wide, 13 1/2" high and 8" deep. Victorian and Ladies vanity collectors do not miss this opportunity. For your consideration is this four piece antique vanity set. The set is unmarked by the manufacturer. The nail cleaner tool is marked Sterling. And the pieces have an etched Art Nouveau design on the back and handles of each piece. The pieces have a natural patina, and I have not cleaned or shined them. The mirror measures 11” long by 5 7/8” wide at the top, the brush measures 9” long by 3” wide at the top, the comb measures 7 5/8” long by 1 1/2” wide from the silver top to the tip of the comb’s teeth, and the nail cleaner tool measures 4” long, but it separates from the handle. The nail cleaner has a Repousse pattern that is a little different from the other three pieces that match perfectly. The ... moreset is in great condition for its age. Included in this set is a full size bed with headboard and footboard and sideboards and slats; a vanity with mirror and 2 drawers on each side and a glass shelf(intact) 3(deep) drawer dresser with mirror; large armoire with 4 drawers and a cedar-lined closet section. And 2 chairs- one with arms and one without. This is a solid and beautiful set purchased in the 30's by my grandparents. This set has been used and shows signs of normal use and wear. Main items to note: there are some scratches on the tops of the pieces. On the dresser there is an area of chips on one of the drawers(the bottom drawer of the dresser sticks a bit which caused it to rub the drawer above it) one of the handles on the armoire's drawers is broken, and one of the legs with casters on the underside of the armoire needs to be reattached. This is a very high quality antique 19th century wood and bronze tri-fold oval portable vanity mirror. it is made by hand from nice dark stained oval pieces of wood which have acquired a stunning patina over the years, the inlaid mirrors are also oval shaped and have a great beveled edge. there are three mirrors in total and open and close on 4 side industrial looking bronze hinges. the mirrors also have bronze knobs at the ends which can be used as feet or finials. depends on which way you would like to sit the mirrors. it folds into the side of one panel to be able to transport the piece wherever desired. it is in nice antique shape measuring 21 inches by 9 1/4 inches when completely opened and 7 1/2 by 9 1/4 inches when closed. there are also two circle hooks on the middle panel to be able to mount to the wall. very nice high quality vanity ... moremirror. Wonderful Boudoir Art From Yesteryear! Sterling Silver- Marked. Purchased at estate sale. Lovely home. It had reportedly been in the family for generations. Marked inside lid with"Sterling" What appears to be some kind of standing figure, a lion, an anchor and a"G"plus"45" please see picture) An"R" engraved in center of lid…no doubt the first mistress. About 3.1 inches tall with lid…about 1.7 inches across. Although hard to spot because of its ornate pattern. There are a number of chips around the bottom of the base. Some little chips wgher the lid rests on the ornate pattern. Some residue inside. A few little pushed in places in lid. This elegant piece has clearly seen service. Which adds to charm. Sold as is. Antique bronze trinket vanity dresser box Colonial Tavern Scenes
This is a beautiful bronze box with detailed tavern scenes on the top and around all four sides. Details are beautiful and intricate. The box is 4 1/4" square x 2 1/4" tall. It is lined with a pinkish orange fabric. It is unmarked. It is quite heavy at nearly 2 pounds! The original hinge is broke. But does not effect the usage or beauty of the piece.

Estate Antique HOWARD & CO. STERLING SILVER Vanity or Dresser Box or Jar
From our grandmother's estate. You are bidding on an antique(late 1800s) Howard and Co. Sterling Silver lidded vanity dress jar. The piece is in good condition. No chips cracks or repairs. There are a few minor dents on the one side of the lid(difficult to photograph)that a jeweler could pound out. The jar measures 3 1/4 inches tall and 4 inches in width at the widest point. The lid has an"R" monogram on the lid. The piece is clearly marked sterling and the marks of Howard and Co. Howard and Co. Produced silver-sterling in Providence, Rhode Island between 1878 and 1902. Victorian Bristol art glass is appreciated for its delicately hand-painted botanical motifs; the more finely executed the decoration. The more desirable the piece. The Victorian Parlor served as more than a gathering place for a family and guests, it offered the master and mistress of the house an opportunity to showcase their social status and good taste.
