Even the sides of dresser and armoire are hand painted with scenes I think it is 1900's but could be earlier. I bought it 10 years ago and it was described as French cream and brown. I am only giving it up as I have inherited a family bedroom suite and need the room. Beautiful brass ornate pulls(all there) Glass tops are on dresser and nite stands as well as vanity all there. Dresser is 50 inches wide and has mirror 46 inches wide small thin piece of trim on front of dresser is missing but is easily replaced Armoire is 37 inches wide and 79 inches tall the original key is still with it The armoire door is not latching but would be easy to fix. I show a picture of the inside of the armoire, there is a rod inside of armoire with a small drawer. The vanity is 42 inches wide with matching ornate mirror and drawer. The 2 nightstands both have a door that opens for storage they are 22" wide. The bed head board is adorned with flowers has a small area of paint missing. Bed is 67 inches across and 58 inches tall. It would easily accommodate a 3/4 full or queen mattress. There is not a footboard or side rails it was not made for them. The mattress set pictured is a queen select comfort but is not included with the set Let me know if you have questions or need more pictures so that you can see the conditon of this set. 3 vintage make up jars. Bottoms are frosted glass. 2 chips around rim of large one and a small chip on one foot(see photos) Small containers and lids need a good cleaning. Large container has 4 feet. There is an 8 on the bottom of the one small container and a 10 on the bottom of the other small one.

Gorgeous Antique Victorian Dresser/Vanity Set - Hand Painted
This is a gorgeous hand-decorated dresser/vanity set which includes 12 pieces in all. It features an ivy pattern trimmed in gold on a background of white and pink/peach colors. The ivy is vividly colored with a bold design. This set includes: a tray(12" x 8" a perfume/cologne bottle with cork stopper(6" tall) two candlesticks(5-1/5" tall) with handles; one round covered trinket box with lid(3-1/4" tall x 3-1/2" wide) two smaller round covered trinket boxes(2-1/2" tall x 2-1/2" wide) and a ring holder(1-1/4" tall x 4-1/2" wide) There is some wear to the gold trim. Mostly on the candlestick handles and the perfume stopper. The tray has a very tiny nick as well as a stress fracture on the back which does not go through to the front of the piece. You can see these in the last two photos. Otherwise, ... moreI don't see any other cracks, nicks, chips or damage of any kind. The lids are all in good condition, as are all of the rims. Antique Ormolu Dresser Vanity Perfume Tray with Original Etching
This antique. Ormolu vanity tray is graced with a softly-toned etching of an estate’s pillared hall and its Grand Dame complete with beauty spot and French finery. In attendance are her coiffeur, troubadour and others The tray’s gilded frame, which is festooned with mutely-colored roses and leaves, protects and holds its etching under a glass top. The ornamentation is probably gesso. It is 8½" round with 1" by 2½" metal handles. Unfortunately, one handle has lost almost all of its metal rose trim(see photographs) The bottom of the piece is covered by a disc of brown felt. Sometimes these trays are converted for wall hanging. Each measuring 4 inches by 4 inches and standing 3 inches tall. Both are marked with the green PL LIMOGES FRANCE back-stamp(Porcelaine Limousine) Dating them 1905 to 1939. Tray. There are hand painted white accents on two of the dresses in the figural scene. This dresser jar is marked with a blue shield or beehive. But I do no know the maker. According to Kovels' New Dictionary of Marks, many firms used variations of a blue-painted beehive mark. Dresser was acquired from its original owner whom bought the pieces in Harrisburg in the late 40s and got the glass custom made in the 50s. Long Dresser& Mirror: 6 Drawer 34" tall x 56" wide x 21" deep- Bottom right drawer has chipped edges- Few other bumps and nicks Mirror measures 33" tall x 46.5" wide and is beveled. Great design. Solid hard wood with 40s Art Deco drawer pulls. Great set however not pristine. There are bumps on edges of pieces. Few surface scratches due to the glass top. All the glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Mirror is in VG condition with no marks. Overall great condtion outside of that mentioned. Local pickup in Harrisburg. PA. Such an unusual and beautiful find here. Made in the 1920's-30's in a very heavy deep amber color glass with gorgeous deco designed throughout the glass pieces. A three piece set which includes a heavy tray. Antique Victorian Celluloid Glove Vanity Dresser Box Jewelry Children In Country
Victorian celluloid glove box with a beautiful country scene with children. The box measures 13 1/2" long X 4 1/2" wide X 3" high. Condition is good considering its age. There are however some cracks on the celluloid on each side of the box as we show in the pictures. The right side when facing the box is the worst one. The left side only has a split on the edging and one on the corner. The longer sides, front, back and top are looking very good except for some minor splitting on the top at each end(very minor) The inside of the box has a lot of wear on the silk lining as seen in the picture. The box will benefit from some cleaning which we have not done in fear of ruining it. Please send payment within three days after the end of auction.

Item up for auction This is a very old 5 piece Alvin sterling silver dresser or vanity. The set consists of a handled mirror(13" long by 5" across) A handled brush(10" long by 3 1/8" across) a comb(7 1/2" long) a nail buffer(5 1/2" long by 2 1/4" and a large perfume bottle stopper(2 1/2" across) The pieces have been used and show wear. see pics) The tip of the bottle stopper is broken off. The buffer and comb can be removed from the sterling silver holders. All pieces have been engraved"Daphne" and are marked sterling. All of the pieces weigh over 1 lb 7 oz. Antique/Vintage Vanity/Dresser Round Makeup Mirror ~ Heavy Brass Stand & Frame
This is a very nice antique make-up mirror. It is on a stand so it can be used on a dresser or vanity. It has a gold colored frame. It could be brass. But I'm not completely certain of the metal. It stands 13 1/2 inches tall. The mirror itself is round and is 8 inches in diameter. The mirror has two sides and can be flipped over to have either side at whatever angle is needed. This is a very sturdy item- it weighs almost 3 pounds. There are no markings on the bottom. So I'm not sure how old or where it was made. 7 Antique Ivory Pyralin Du Barry Celluloid Bakelite Vanity Dresser Pieces
For auction is this estate sale find from many years ago. It is an antique 1930's seven(7) piece aged Ivory monogrammed lady's Pyralin Du Barry Celluloid Bakelite Vanity Dresser set. The set includes the hand held vanity mirror. Fingernail file, jewelry tray, powder box, hair pin box, nail file stand(Vase) and a hair comb. This is a very attractive vanity set and is very reminiscent of the time. It came from the estate of a woman who was born in 1907. She had passed away over twenty years ago and the pieces have been in my possession since. Overall, the entire set remains to be in remarkably good condition given its age and use over the decades. I left the original hair pins and safety pins inside the boxes as I found them. I am told that several of the hair pins are very old pieces as well and can date back to the 30's and 40's. ... moreAgain, this is what I am told because I know nothing about hair pins. Please refer to the photos and see the pins I am referencing and decide for your self. I will describe each piece the best I can. The mirror is 6.5" in diameter and has an overall measurement of 11" long. A 4.5" handle and the back of the mirror is 7" in diameter. The mirror is clear and free from any blurry spots or blemishes. It has a really nice warm used feel to it. The tray is approximately 6.25" long, 4" wide and.75" tall. It is solid and has no cracks or chips. The vase, or nail file holder, stands approximately 4.75" tall and has a 2.75" base. The opening atop the vase measures 1" This piece is solid with no signs of chipping or breakage. The nail file has an overall measurement of 7.5" with the metal file being 3.5" The nail file looks to have once been Silver plated and is made of a sturdy heavy metal. The hair comb is approximately 7.75" in length and 1.75" in width at its widest point(the center) All the comb's teeth are present and accounted for and there are no cracks or chips to be found. Antique free standing mirror solid wood/ dresser/vanity/table top
Up for auction is an antique freestanding cherry mirror. This unique mirror is in good antique condition. It is made of solid wood I am not sure what kind of wood maybe cherry or walnut. Even the back has a solid piece of wood. There is a repair on the foot but looks like it was not totally broken has been repaired well.The original screws have been replaced. However these could be easily replaced with screws from the same period. This measures approximately 21 inches tall and approximately 14 inches across the base. Antique dresser modified to become a bathroom vanity. Has single sink. Backs of the drawers have been modified for plumbing but the rest of the drawers are original. Beautiful wood grain throughout. Dresser is at least 50+ years old. Size is 52" wide by 23" deep. Small cut out on the back bottom side for plumbing access. Handles and drawer pulls are NOT original. Faucets on the sink are included but are not in good condition and should be replaced. Dresser top and fronts are in good condition.
