Or mirror stand& vanity dating from the early Showa period between1930 and the early 50's boasts ... morean adjustable 3 way mirror that creates multiple reflections, made in a beautiful extra thick quality glass with beveled borders that still has a very clear reflection for its age. The center below the mirror is adorned with a textured glass surface reflecting a pale blue colour. Its Art deco lines, adorned with a lovely stripy grain veneer in a golden shade are accented by silver tone openwork handles. Small drawers offer space for accessories or make-up and it can easily fit on a night stand, chest or work top making it an very useable and versatile piece. It is in excellent overall condition for its age with no major damage. There are some slight bubbles in the veneer in a couple of places. And one small chip has been filled on the middle drawer. The attachment between the mirror and the stand is slightly wobbly on the left hand side, but stable. Dating from the 1870s, it has burl panels all over, hand carved crest on the very top, five different style shapely mirrors, rose quartz on the drop center and two top columns, four small drawers, one large drawer on the base and a hidden drawer on the very bottom. The burl panels are all picture frame molded on the drawers and on the inside of the drop center. It has oversize candle shelves. In my over 50 years in the business, I don’t believe I have owned this model even though I have had my share of drop center dressers.

Here is a 3 piece Antique Bedroom set. These were not bought together but go together well. I have had these for at least 20 years. Am moving and selling items. This is a highback bed. The bed does not come with mattress and box springs or the bedding. As you can see there were two spindles on the foot board at one time and one is gone and the other one is broken some. The headboard when we bought it had a crack on the right side and we had it professionally repaired. The bed does have the original side boards. I do not have them on it at this time but they do come with it. It is beautiful and quite ornate. The vanity is in great condition. It has one little mark on the top and that is all that I know is wrong. The dresser top has some light scuff marks and a couple of the drawers need stoppers behind them. Not sure the age or the base woods of the piece. Overall this measures 40" x 38" x 18" The hardware are held in place with a single bolt and each drawer measures 34 x 6 x 16. Three of the four have key lockplates but no locks on the insides. The lower drawer is missing the bottom so it will need to be replaced. Please see the pictures for the style and condition. Made by Converse. Label on the back indicates it was made about 1905. The mirror on top actually should be nailed to the top of the dresser but the nails are no longer present. According to the label. This was the way these mirrors were packed. The mirror was/is attached to the back piece of wood on top of the dresser. Antique Vintage Chest of Drawers Dresser Lawrenceburg Walnut Furniture Clothes
Used. Measures about 48" x 19" 43" There is a stamp on the back of the piece in black- see pic. I cannot make it out. I can read what I believe is Lawrenceburg Warranted Manufactured. The other words. Especially the top and what appears to be state initials I am unable to read. This piece is very heavy. The wood appears to be walnut. It has been refinished- that I can tell. I believe it's a gorgeous piece! But that is my perception. I believe it is is from around the turn of the century. Someone told me 1850- 1860. But I do not believe so because of the black stamping on the back. There are 2 holes on the back of the piece on each side toward the top. My guess is for a mirror. But I could be wrong. There is no mirror with the piece. Item(s) will show the following where applicable: age. Seller also stated mattress might or might not be original-my opinion it is due to aging of fabric, just looking at it, it's super old-and bed might be missing a slot or two-that didn't matter to me because you don't see them anyways and it looks like plenty were there to secure mattress, think they were just being cautious. One of the drawers on the dresser is missing a bit of trim too. They show wear from age, patina, are very, very charming in person. Bed has old Victorian decals on headboard, just adds to the charm, the other two pieces also have decals, though small/tiny compared to decals on bed. Hand carved, one of a kind folk art pieces, just don't find these very often. Thank you!

Pre owned Antique old folk art handmade salesman sample wood doll dresser furniture? I do not know much about this piece. Bought it at a sale was told it belonged to a 90 year old gentlemen. It looks very old. One of the knobs is missing. This piece is still sturdy. I believe maybe at some point it might have had a mirror on top. In one of the photo's I tried to show the little pointy nails that were uses. The wood has damage in some places. But again it is very old. 8.5 inches tall 7 inches x 3.5 inches on top. Antique Wood Doll Furniture Dresser Armoir Cabinet
Up for auction is an antique wood doll cabinet primitive dresser recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It is found in fair used condition. This box is covered with a grain paint painted paper over a pine wood. It has a divided interior of 4 shelves. One larger than 3 similar sized. This box has several stains, scratches, and losses of the paper throughout. It appears that the hinges and hasp are vintage replacements, not original. The hasp shuts the front doors but they do not close together. There is early writing on the side, Small Childs Dishes for Annie Age 6. This primitive box measures approx. 8 1/4" x 11 7/8" and 4 3/4" deep. Nice project for display items, looks very nice as an open shelf. Great country primitive repurpose piece. One handle is bent in with a crack on the back of it but very sturdy and strong. There are a few small areas on the lighter finish of the drawers that is missing it's original finish. On the bottom front there is an area shown in the photograph where the mahogany has been chipped. And lastly, there is a faint water stain on the top shown in photo. Holland, MI between 1907 and 1925, has been in the family for decades. Was going to be restored by grandpa, but passed. Missing sections on only the bottom of one side/rear& leg. So pretty much just need part of the bottom fixed to be stable, however, there were some loose parts in the drawers, but unknown if all here, it is not stand up stable due to lower leg section missing, but is stable if propped up, come look. A nice original Stickley dresser with its original mirror. In very good shape and appears to be all orignal finish. See photos for condition- very presentable as is. Missing one mirror bolt. And there is some replacement hardware on drawers as well as a little bit of the original(the backer plates for some of the drawer pulls appear to be original) This has been in my house for years and is a wonderful, useful piece. Antique Primitive Handmade Doll/ Salesman Sample Dresser With Adjustable Tilt Mirror Wonderfully old miniature handmade doll/salesman sample dresser. Two drawers with adjustable tilt mirror. It appears to be a combination of paint and stain or just very thick stain. There are signs of brush marks in places. Rich black-brown finish. Some has chipped off, mainly around the mirror(please see last photo-mirror is covered so frame would show up) Numbers written on the inside of drawers that correspond with the openings of the dresser, assume makers marks. Beautiful little piece. Measures 18 3/4" Tall- 11 3/4" Wide and 5 1/4" Deep and weighs just over 5 pounds.
