Welcome! Presenting a hand made vintage wooden bookcase. Book shelf, stand or rack, for personal use in a home library, constructed with a unique"slat in notch" assembly. When assembled, this bookcase measures about 23 1/2 inches wide to the end of the slats, 33 1/3 inches high at the highest point and 11 inches front to back at the feet. The slats appear to be made of solid pine wood, while the end standards are 7-ply wood with solid"feet" The wood is stained a sort of medium honey brown, with darker stain to the feet and slats. There are some splintery edges to the notches, scattered dings and shallow digs to the wood and an 8" hairline surface crack to the inside of one of the end standards. Vintage Steelcase Industrial Metal Stacking Lawyers Barrister Bookcase w/o Base
For auction is one vintage 2-tier Steelcase lawyers bookcase. It features two identical sections with retractable glass doors and the top cap with the Steelcase logo. But does not have a base. A base would need to be made for it, but even a simple, rectangular wood base(painted or stained) would do. It would also be ideal for adding sections to an existing stack. It is painted a silvery gray color and has light marks and scratches common to age and use. Though one side is more heavily scratched than the other from being laid on its side and slid(pictured) One of the sections also has a couple of small dents(pictured) It has been thoroughly cleaned and polished and is ready for use. Here. For your consideration, is an awesome vintage metal bookcase. Has Spanish style detail with"wrought iron" finials and sides. It is plastic. The shelves are adjustable The finials are pressed into the top as are the side panels. All pieces are in great condition with the exception of one tab on one panel that has broken off. But doesn't affect how it sits. As you can see this is in very good condition needing mainly a cleanup. The last picture shows a piece of weather stripping that was on the bottom shelf. Practical and attractive vintage modular barrister bookcase made by Globe Wernicke of Cincinnati. OH. Aged dark oak has a wonderful aged patina and, along with the glass front doors, will frame your items beautifully. Brass brackets support the sides and a molded top and bottom unit give this piece cohesion and structure. Each of the six sections in this flexible shelving can be separated and rearranged as necessary. Each shelf has one of three paper Globe Wernicke tags at the back. See pictures for examples of each. Vintage Macey(it has the stickers inside on the middle and top units) I believe it is Mahogany Wood Stacking Bookcase in as pictured vintage used conditi on.Approx 51-1/ tall by 33-3/4" wide by at the top unit 12-1/2" deep/ back and at the bottom unit 15" Back/ deep. It has wear and some damaged parts including the middle window is broken the bottom window has a chip out of the left front top side. I pictured a nail on the right side and a screw on the left side on the edges of the bottom larger unit. On the bottom and middle it has some de-lamination warping inside. those appear to be the main places of flaws that I can see. This is a beautiful Raised Outline Navajo Weaving T his is a Mission Oak 2-Stack Bookcase. Made by the"F.E. Hale Manufacturing Co. Herkimer. New York) around 1910. The bookcase is made of solid quarter-sawn white oak, and features metal alignment bands on each section. The top section is 12" tall(9 1/2" usable inside) and the bottom sectionis 14" tall(11 1/2" inside) Overall the bookcase is 34" wide, 12" deep, and 40 1/2" tall. The bookcase is in excellent condition. And has been refinished with a warm, dark brown finish. The glass has been replaced, however the hardware is all original. Beautiful vintage Shaw Walker bookcase. The piece is comprised of 5 stacked parts(4 shelves plus the cap at the top) which are held together by dowels. Making it easy to transport and reassemble, even for one person. The piece is in fair condition; the wood shows signs of light wear. One of the doors sags a little when slid into the frame, two of the pulls need repair, and a couple of the dowels that hold the levels together are missing. It has three glass doored sections for books(the top section is 8 1/2" high. The middle section is 10 1/4" high. For sale is a great piece of grand rapids furniture. This is a old glass door bookshelf. In great shape for age. Comes with original wavy glass. Measures 66"x38.75"x15" Very old. Comes with minor scuffs. Scratches and ring marks from glasses inside on shelf. The back left leg has been professionally repaired. Some cracks on leg. Very very stable and very very hard to see. The look of the unit to me looks kinda like Art Deco but also looks kinda like a Mid Centrury Modern piece. So YOU be the Judge. This I can say, it's a very well made piece and in good overall condition. It has Solid Mahogany sides, shelves and back-splash, only the back panel is a veneer. It hasn't any burn marks, water marks(circles) on the shelves. It has some very pretty Mahogany wood grains showing on both the shelves and sides. You can store a lot of books and display many items on the shelves. Overall it's 30" wide. 9" deep at it's feet and 35" tall. Awesome bookcase/shelf for any room in your home. Awesome shelf- you will not be sorry to buy this! The sides are solid wood. The shelves are veneered and it is all beautiful. They've made recent reproductions of this shelf but I believe this is one of the good old originals. It is very well made and in very good condition. Some minor scuffs here and there but nothing serious. Overall measurement is: 27-3/4" wide by 28-3/4" tall. Shelves are 12-1/2" deep and so are the sides. The bookcase folds away as you can see in the picture- when folded it is 2-1/4" thick. Weighs about 25 lbs. unpacked. Great for an office. Sewing room or guest room. But not positive on that(it is heavy) The folk's doing the remodel had started to refinish it and never got all of it done, so it is a little rough and needs to be sanded and repaired(see chip in drawer) This measures approx 22.5 inches long. 22.5 inches high, and 10 inches wide. The bookcase is masterfully crafted in flame mahogany. With secretaire drawer, classical 13 pane astragal glazing and adjustable shelves. The bookcase is beautifully crossbanded in satinwood and the flame mahogany is a wonderful colour. It retains all it's original shelves. Locks, keys and handles and has been well looked after. The beautiful astragal glazing is in perfect condition and the secretaire drawer retains it's original tooled and embossed leather writing surface. The back is all panelled and made from solid wood as are the drawer linings so this is a quality item which was well made using traditional methods in the second half of the 20th Century. Squad Leader – Vintage bookcase game, gamettes and extra mounted boards.
The'used' listing catagory is only for the Squad Leader game. It is punched but complete. The gamettes have not been used and are complete and unpunched Squad Leader by Avalon Hill 4th Edition. Game is complete and in excellent condition. Counters have been partially punched. The box is in good condition with very light wear. Cross of Iron– Second Edition. Game is complete. Unpunched and in excellent condition. The box has one split corner. Crescendo of Doom- Game is complete, unpunched and in excellent condition. The box has very minor wear. GI Anvil of Victory– Game is complete and unpunched. The scenario cards have one staple mark were they were stapled together. I removed the staple and scenarios 33– 47 are included. The box has very light wear. I am including extra boards 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 32, 48, 49, 50 and 51.

High Bid Auction Game Vintage 1960s Bookcase Game Retro 3-M
This game looks really fun. Since I love auctions. It appears to be complete, with the plastic game board, play money, special dice, and cards. The directions are on the inside of the box cover. The box fits inside a"bookcase" box; both are in good(not excellent) repair, with areas along the seams that are split and a crease mark along the spine of the outer box(see photo) Probably dates to the 1960s(based on the other bookcase games that came with this estate and the clothes of the people on the box) and was made by Minnisota Mining and Manufacturing Company. Neat Vintage Bookcase Bookshelf With Magazine - Newspaper Rack From England
This auction is for a neat vintage Bookcase- Bookshelf with Magazine- Newspaper storage on top from England. This is a cute item that would go in most rooms and most all types of decor. It has a Jacobean look to it with the Jacobean"dots" on the front of the storage area. It's well made. Still structurely sound and ready to set out and use as soon as it's un-packed. The type of wood it's made out of is a mystery to me. I thought it was mahogany, then I thought is was a type of Popular, but I can say this for sure, it's not oka or walnut. It has some nice wood grains on the side boards as you can tell in the pictures. It would add interest& charm to your den, family room or kitchen area. It has ample storage- display area for it's small size. In the family room, it would be nice for your book and magazine ... morestorage. It the kitchen, you could store your cook-books and also use it for a spice/jelly rack or display vintage kitchen items on the shelves. It would be a wonderful item for your bathroom for"reading material" as well a neat place to store your toiletries on. It cam from England and I would guess it's over 50 years old if not a lot older. Overall it's 16" wide. 6 1/2" deep on the sides and 36" tall. All of the shelves are"fixed" in place and do not adjust and each one is 15" wide. Each shelves are 6 7/8" deep. The distance between the top and second shelf is 7 1/2" and it's 9 1/2" between the second shelf and the bottom shelf. The magazine- newspaper storage area is also 15" wide. It's divided into two compartments. The front compartment is 2 3/4" X 15" wide and about 7 1/2" deep at the front. The back compartment is 3 1/4" X 15" and is about 10 3/4" deep at the front. It has a medium dark oak patina to it. It has some blemishes to the finish(light or dark spots or marks) to the shelves and sides as well as some nicks.
