Knob width at the TOP DIAMETER is 1 3/16" TOTAL KNOB HEIGHT is 7/8" BASE WIDTH IS 1/2" These are the correct size and profile for the drawer bases for Globe Wernicke® and Macey stack units(although they work great for Gunn, Lundstrum, Weis, Danner and others as well) There were at least 8 different styles of knobs. Probably done at the same time as the finish. The spots that might have revealed the maker name have paint on them so I am selling it as maker unknown. In addition to the 2 sections, it comes with the original top or crown, and a base with drawer. It also features metal side straps between each section and the scissor mechanism for the doors. No problems with the 2 glass doors. In fact, I see no problems at all. With the square straight legs it is very mission looking and being from about 100 years ago, I think we can safely call it authentic mission furniture in every way except the finish, although a lot of mission furniture WAS this color when it was new. The joints are all tight and all sections lock together easily and correctly. While only a 2 stack, it is a big 2 stack with each section able to take books as much as 13 1/2 inches tall. The over all measurement are 34 inches wide as most of these are, and with base and crown a total of 45 inches tall. It is a full 14 inches deep from knobs to back. I am listing this as local pick up only. BUT there are shipping/delivery options for you to chose from. RI delivery is $50 MA or CT. $100 If you are beyond those states. This decanter was paten ted in 1897 but may not have gone on sale until 1900. Researched this and I think. Judging by the pattern this decanter was made in 1901 to 1902. Sears was one retailer of these and the fact that the top comes off made the bottom globe shaped water vessel easier to clean. Decorative and practical! The rubber gasket inside the metal ring is still there and I someone may have used vaseline on it to soften it. In good shape. Approx 9-1/2" tall overall. Pressed glass. The two heavy paper sections are for the back shoulder and the front shoulder with directions for cutting the back waist and front waist. The directions seem to be quite complete to eliminate errors. The larger pattern is 19" from the top to bottom on the long side and 16" across. The smaller pattern is 18 1/2" from top to bottom and 11 1/4" across the middle. The two sections are in very good condition considering they are approx. 130 + years old. Obtained from an old estate the antique pattern sections were rolled up when found and as a result have a slight curl when laying in a flat position. Have for bid a unusual piece of advertising for the Falstaff Brewery. This is a special section out of the San Francisco Examiner dated March 1. 1956 celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Falstafff beer in California. Multiple ads inside dealing with Falstaff. Please review the pictures carefully. This came from a estate in St Louis and was found folded. The last picture shows how it was stored. There is fold lines viewable on all the pages along with some damage on the pages. But I have not seen this piece before and believe it to be difficult to find. Vintage 4- Barn Door Roller Hinges, 1- End Cap Stop,12' Section of track-craft
These rails and hinges came off of a working barn door. What you see in the pictures is what you will be bidding on, there are 4- hinges, 4- sections of 3' sloted rails that the hinges slide into, 3 rail bracket sloted supports, and 1- cast iron stopper end cap. These can be used for crafts or another barn door, they will need to be cleaned and repainted or used in the condition they are, that's up to the high bidder. These will be shipped in two boxes, rails in one and other parts in the second box. You may need a vise or c-clamp to compress the rail ends a little to slide on and reconnect the three rail sloted brackets. Shipping for the lower 48 states will be $32.00 and thanks for looking.
