I have a Restoration Hardware bookcase I bought years ago. It is a beautiful bookcase and in great shape except for a small spot on the right rear corner where it was damaged while moving. This pull is patterned from the original designs of Gustav and Leopold Stickley. This is the same cast copper hardware that has been re-issued by the Stickley Company. The first is a view from the 1930's the next three photos are representative of the cabinetry included in this auction. I think the finish is fumed oak and is a lovely mission look. 55 inches tall. 11 inches deep and 34 inches wide. 4 sections with a seperate top and bottom. Bottom has a nice drawer. Original finish. Original antique wavy glass. All doors open nicely and have all inside door mechanisms. All hardware is original except for 2 knobs which were replaced at some poit. Mission Bookcase and Cedar drawers
This is a one of a kind book case with cedar drawers. It is in two parts. The book case lifts off the base which contains the two drawers. There is a slot which olds the book case in place when it is on top of the bottom piece. This was made by Michaels which was bought out by Restoration Hardware more than ten years ago and this piece was the last one made and sold. It is in very good condition. The combinations of the two pieces is 67 inches tall, by 65 1/2 inches wide and the book shelves are 13 inches deep, the drawers are 14 inches deep with the bottom piece 18 inches deep.
