Circa 1950's/1960s, r Cute little Danish Modern era Martz lamp. This is a very nice vintage Mid Century Modern MARTZ POTTERY Lamp from MARSHALL STUDIOS! The pottery base measures 9 1/4" high(11 3/4" to top of socket) And the base is 6 1/4" wide. The lamp is in Great condition. With no chips, cracks, crazing or any sign of damage to the cerami c. A bit of oxidation to the brass piece below the socket is all. It works great and is signed near the cord. See pics. Also has the"Marshall Studios" sticker on the base. It was purchased at an estate sale. So not certain as to exact age(plug suggests 1950s-60s) but it is in excellent vintage condition meaning it is old, has been used and shows little wear with a little dulling of the chrome on a couple of the light bases, but no chips, cracks, dents and nothing broken or missing. The auction includes the five colored light bulbs pictured but cannot guarantee they will work after they have been shipped due to their age. This fabulous chrome lamp features five lights arranged in a spiral and a twist on-off switch about mid-way up. The base is weighted and has some rust on it but not the part that comes into contact with the floor(see ... morephoto#10) It stands approximately 5 feet tall. Hello. I m offering this Mid Century Modern Stiffel lamp. The piece stands 32 1/2" high and shade has a diameter of 20" marble base is 12" x 6 1'2" Great line with this very rare Stiffel lamp one of the hardest to find. With mounted lift off candy or nut dish. There is a stiffel label as per photo 6. Faded somewhat. The shade which is orginal has some old tape marks inside and some paper tears all pretty much on the inside, I have the photos shown all sides of shade. It's got a great retro looking fiberglass lamp shade. It's in very good vintage condition, free from chips or cracks. The shade is also in nice condition. Some of the geology is unknown to me but the light through the rock really showed the earth at its best. Look great on you desk stands 15" tall 14" wide and 8" deep. Minor dings. For your viewing pleasure. now it glows like an automatic dimming switch controlled. Light show in there. it's not a flicker bulb. But a variable-intensity controlled glow bulb. Linked to a microphone in the lamps bottom. that mounted white sphere. Sets on top of the unit. but the original globe was probably of similar design. with a glass fixture having a slightly wider opening. the 3 set screws could then secure ... morea globe properly. anyway. it's good clean fun. just don't yell at it, off. on. off" or clap. For your perusal: A very rare 1930's Russel Wright Copper Lamp. It stands 22" tall and weighs 5 1/2 lbs. There are no dents. And the copper looks to be in great shape. It would shine up nicely(if that's the way you like it) but I'm selling the lamp the way I found it. The lamp has a switch problem so it needs to be rewired. In addition. If I was keeping it, I would purchase a new harp with a heigth that is about 2 inches less than the current height. I just feel it would look better aesthetically. I'm starting the bidding at $499. OLD DANISH PAAVO TYNELL STYLE MID CENTURY MODERN BRASS GOOSENECK DESK TABLE LAMP
We are pleased to offer this unique. Antique to older vintage, Mid Century, Danish modern styled, gooseneck desk lamp. This is a beautiful, old lamp with similar characteristics and styling that are often seen in lamps by Tynell. This lamp features copper or coppered brass construction. It has a rounded, raised base. The lamp's"gooseneck" column is adjustable. It is finished quite nicely with the coppered finish mixed with a brilliant brass finish. It gives the flexible gooseneck a"striped" appearance. The shade is outstanding. It is large and curved cone shaped. It features a pierced detail band on the top and bottom sections of the shade. There is an on/off switch at the top of the shade. The inner shade is white. The lamp dates to the 1940s or 1950s. It is in very good condtion for its age. There are a couple of ... moreminor scuffs on the shade's finish but they are not distracting. There are no dents, dings, or scratches and there is no rust. The wiring is vintage but in good, working condition. There are no manufacturer's marks. The lamp measures 24" tall when straight.
