Issues are as follows: the mid-section of the pole has a fair amount of pitting and the back sides of shades show wear(as shown in photos. Which go from top to bottom, fronts then the backs- ie, the first three are top/middle/bottom fronts and the next three show the wear on the top/middle ones- is most significant on the top one, not too bad on the middle one and the bottom one has the flaws as shown. Additionally, the insides of the shades have some wear- the photo is of the top one and it is the worst of the three. Fortunately the shades swivel/rotate. So depending on your setup, these issues are not that difficult to conceal, especially in a corner. Great vintage mid century modern male ballet dancer lamp. I think it is chalkware. But can't tell for sure. It is signed near the cord on the bottom of the base, 1953 Premco MFG Co. It's got a great retro looking fiberglass lamp shade. It's in very good vintage condition, free from chips or cracks. The shade is also in nice condition. As you can see the pictures, it is tested and working well. I don't ship light bulbs, so it won't be included. This is a very unique piece to add to your lighting collection! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND PERFECT! Very large Fenton White Coin Dot Lamp. It is 28" tall from top to bottom. The globe on top measures 10 1/4" high. I am not sure if the chimney is original. Small Boudoir Table Lamp Vtg Cast Iron RMR Arts & Crafts Era Needs Cord & Socket
For sale today I have this small boudoir/ nightstand/ table lamp. The listing is for the parts shown. The shade. Finial and cord are not present. The socket interior(switch& bulb holder) the paper insulator are worn out and will need to be replaced if the the lamp is to be used. The lamp has an overall height of 13-3/8" as measured from bottom of base to the top of harp. The base and harp are made of cast iron and finished with a gold-tone color paint that looks like the original finish to me and it shows age. Wear and grime. The socket shell and base cap are brass and they have natural age/use aquired"patina" and surface wear. The bottom of the lamp is marked with the cast-in raised letters"R.M.R. above"305" and the letter"A" to the left of the"R.M.R. marking. Vtg Signed French Sevres Porcelain Hand Painted Floral~22"~Lamp heavy gold accents Offering this absolutely stunning old French Hand Painted porcelain Floral 22" tall electric Lamp with frosted glass shade and round etched glass"bulb" shade loaded with gold ormalu trim and very ornate base. I have researched the mark and I do believe it is from Sevres or Vincennes. See photos of the bottom of lamp to see the deep cobalt blue mark plus the words"modele et de'coration exclive a'la main" Which is difficult to see clearly because of the base of the lamp support. Two of those supports are embossed"B7" and"B15" which shows in the photos. Base also has a blue decal that reads"Underwriters Laboratories. Inc. Listed Portable Lamp issue no. 89,632" Please take time to view the photos ... moreto appreciate the highly detail decoration on this beautiful lamp which I would call in excellent condition. The floral design is perfect, it was fired on and then I believe glazed so it has maintained its quality. The gold is very strong on both the metal fret work at the top, the embossed gold floral vines and blossoms on the ring that the round shade rests upon is very nice, all the gold trim on the lamp base is perfect, and the scroll base remains rich with gold. I believe the lamp was made in the 1930-40 Era because of the cord with a on/off switch. One side reads"und. lab inc. list" other side reads"Levitron 6A 125 v. 3A.250 v. 3A.125 VT and works. Cord is in very good condition. Is not dry nor cracking. The bulb housing however is made for a thin base or candelabra base bulb and that area or the pit the bulb base come out of is the only part of the lamp that is discolored with dark marks and looks like there is some wear from the round shade which is held in place by a tongue dispenser like thin metal on each side that must be pinched together to get the shade in place and the reverse to remove the glass shade so the shade sets very secure on the lamp. Up for auction is an incredible opportunity to own one of the rarest plaster lamp sets there is! Up for auction is the Female version of the Robin Hood or Hunter chalkware lamps made by Continental Art Co. in the 1950's. I believe this example has the original fiber shade and finial. Incredible over the top design that is super retro now! As collectible lamp sets. The Continental lamps prove to be super collectible! Great Art Deco design! Very minor paint issues. One scrape of the paint on her knee and some minor scratches on her back arm. These could be easily touched up. Original socket and cord both in great shape. The fiber shade is in very good condition but the cording is broken in a couple of places. There are very few issues for such a rare lamp. Nice color with glossy brown skin and speckled cream clothing and details. Large ... moremushrooms are at her feet. It is a frosted pink with raised white leaves and little flowers on the top shade and base which all sit on a antiqued brass finished base. It is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks just some normal signs of wear. But look close at all pictures and you will see that there is very little wear on the brass parts just very pretty. It also has a brass plated turn key which is three way so you can use the bottom only, top only or both. Also has a clear glass hurricane shade that fits inside the shade. This lamp is awesome, its a tole metal and its got lots of porcelain roses in its center and coming out from wires, one flower has a large knick to petal the others might have minor flecks but look to be ok. Its got this great mint green color and a crystal piece at the center. Its got pull downs on its sockets, so old and awesome. It probably should be rewired but it does work, but I recommend all old wiring should be updated. Comes with 2 cream shades. This is an all original working early 1900's Signed(see picture. I cannot make out the signature? hand painted with a Lotus flower& Floral designed it has gold gilt, it is Porcelain or Ceramic. It can be used as a table or parlor/living room lamp, with a bronze or brass base it has been pierced with a art deco or Art Noveau design. It is in excellent condition, however it has no shade but does have the shade bracket and finial. There looks like a small line in one of the feather leaf handles but it does not go all the way thru, I am not sure if it is a hairline crack or just a line in the porcelain, you cannot feel it. I used this until recently and have no problems with it. It is truely an amazing piece. It measures 25" to top of socket and 34 3/4" to top of finial. It has a lovely ornate brass colored metal top and bottom with 7 glass dangle prisms. The cord has on on- off switch and it has the name Gilbert. So I think that maybe the maker. Vtg Antique Mission Style Quarter Sawn Oak Lamp Stickley Era Slag Glass Light
For your consideration is a Mission style table lamp. The quarter sawn oak base is 6 3/4" square and the lamp stands 19 1/2" tall. The 14" square slag glass shade has all its original glass panels. Though two of the panels do have cracks. Both sides are shown in the last two photos, glass panels are tight with no missing pieces. The vintage brass pull chain switch socket accepts a standard base bulb(bulb not included) The lamp has been rewired with an 18 gauge cloth covered wire and a vintage style two prong plug. The oak lamp base and framework for the shade is all intact with no breaks or damage. Great looking lamp! Shipping quoted is insured to a street address in the lower 48 states.
