These are one of the finest and most ornate pair I have sold in a very long time with gorgeous large ornate Rococo style Candlesticks marked Wm A. Rogers. S.P. Lead. They are Silver Plated Lead which makes they very sturdy and they won't topple over easily which is important because the Ruby Glass Shades are very beautiful. The Shades are a Cranberry Flash with nice Fern type designs etched to Clear, much prettier than my photos show. The Hurricane Lamps are a great size for display and use measuring 10-3/4" tall over or 4" across the base of the Candlesticks and 3-3/4" across the top opening of the shades. The Silver Plated Candlesticjks are in amazing condition, bright, shiny and beautiful. The Glass Shades are also in very find condition with some minor roughness around the bases that are covered by the Candlesticks and one has a tiny crack that is only noticeable upon close inspection. Vintage Flowered Milk Glass Electric Hurricane Table Lamp
Vintage Flowered Milk Glass Electric Hurricane Table Lamp This lamp measures approx. 18-1/2" tall to the top of the shade. The chimney sticks out from the top of the shade about 1 inch. The shade is about 10" wide at it's widest point As you should see. The glass is yellow toned on the milk glass and has yellow& blue flowers with some green leaves The lamp uses a standard sized bulb but i'm not exactly sure of the wattage max.probably 60 would be safe and a small night light bulb in the bottom There is some minor patina to a small part of the brass toned metal that connects to the lower portion of the lamp and the shade has been cracked and repaired(to the side of the flowered area) The break was about the size of a large egg and fixed with some strong epoxy glue.still a small chip on the bottom edge of the shade but ... morewhen in place. You never see it. The break is not really visable unless looking very closely for it and should never come apart. The switch works perfectly as it should and first turns on the bottom night light. Then the top light and then turns on both the top and bottom lights together. No problems at all with the cord. I will pack this very carefully in bubble wrap and shipping peanuts. ANTIQUE GLASS/CRYSTAL HURRICANE LAMP WITH PRISMS - WORKS
For Sale: A beautiful hurricane lamp that is still in working condition. I'm not sure if the material is glass or lead crystal. It's very heavy like crystal and looks like it. But I can't be sure. It measures 11-1/2" tall by 5-1/2" wide. It's not a real thin lamp like some lamps of this type. The glass/crystal on the stem is a little wider and it's very well made. It still works. It just needs a globe. The prisms are all there. The wires have rivets on the ends which is how they stay hooked on the lamp. Two of them are missing the rivet. They still hook to the shade just fine. You just have to bend the wire a little. There is also one rivet missing on one of the wires on the top of one of the long prisms. I did the same thing, I just put the wire through the prism and bent it upwards a bit and it's fine. ... moreOne of the prisms is just a tiny bit rounded on the end versus the sharp V. I'm not sure if it was chipped and then sanded and polished at one time or not. It isn't noticeable. It blends fine because it's the very tip and you really have to look to notice it. All of the prisms are there. I removed some of them for a couple of photos. They are not missing. I also removed all of them so interested buyers could see exactly what the lamp looks like. The prisms will also be removed for shipping. Please review photos closely before bidding. I take many pictures in an effort to ensure that item condition is available to bidders. Giant 24" Tall Accurate Castings Co. Hurricane Lamp ~ Very Nice
This is a gorgeous lamp in excellent condition. It's top lamp shade is 13" wide and it stands 24" tall. When you turn the key style switch once the top and bottom light up. Turn it twice and the top shade only lights up. It takes a night light bulb in the bottom. I replaced it with a new one with low wattage and it's lit up very dimly in the first picture. Antique Hurricane Gone with the Wind Lamp Brass Floral Design - Electric
After a lot of research. And thanks to other EBay sellers, I found out that this is an electric 3 way hurricane lamp, with a frosted off white lower globe. It has a footed base with crow on the lower globe. The lamp has a lower night light, upper light or option to light both. From the bottom of the base to where the bulb screws in is 14 1/4" The round piece at the top is 10" in diameter, the bottom is 8" wide. The bulb in the bottom is one of those old fashioned Christmas tree bulbs. If you get a top piece to fit this lamp you are definitely going to have a great center/conversation piece. The glass portion is in great condition and the rest is metal. All funds received will be going to the Honor Guard for VFW Post 9644 in Colorado. Antique Bradley & Hubbard Electrified Oil Parlor Hurricane Lamp Green & Floral
This listing is for a beautiful. Antique Bradley& Hubbard, electrified oil lamp. It measures 16.5" to the top of the socket area and about 6.5" square across the bottom of the base. The bottom of the base is marked with the number 311. The tank knob is marked B&H, and the wick knob is marked: Pat Applied For. The lamp has a pull chain switch. We have tested it, and it does work. When the converted the lamp, they didn't damage the tank, so it can be converted back to oil. If you look at the last photo, you can see that there is a split in the ring that fits over the base of the lamp. The plug end should probably be replaced, it's old, and the cardboard piece that covers the opening is missing. Shipping is based on 14lbs, packed weight.

Victorian-style. Frosted blown glass, hurricane-style electric lamp base with four ornate brass feet. The base has hand-painted small roses on both sides and a powdery tint of pink at the top and bottom of the base part. It takes a standard watt light bulb. 40-100 watts, although 40 watts gives a soft ambience to the room. The light turns on and off with a switch at the base of the top shade in the form of a decorative"key" The base(from the ring to the feet) is 10-3/4 inches high. Amber/Carnival Glass, White Floral GWTW Hurricane Lamp
Up for auction is a beautiful vintage hurricane-style table lamp with an amber/carnival glass design decorated with white floral pattern. This parlor lamp has a frosted white chimney and white insert in the lower globe. The top globe has a pretty fluted top edge. An almost identical lamp sold on ebay a few weeks ago for over $130. The lamp measures approx. 26" tall to the top of the chimney. The larger top globe is about 12" in diameter by 9" high The lamp has a night light in the base. The switch will turn on the top light. Then the night light, then both lights together. It works perfectly. The lamp is in great condition. No cracks, chips or damage. The on/off switch is a button that turns. I believe that this is brass(could be wrong) The hurricane shade could be any age. I had no way of dating it. There is a slot on the back so it can be hung on the wall or it can sit on any flat surface. There is pitting and spots that have worn off. It does look like that some one had replaced a screw that holds the hood in place. This stands about 12” tall, 5 ½” long and 5” wide. The base is 4 ¾” diameter. Again this does not work. The two center glass pieces have floral etching with e tched flowers decorating the four sides of the cube shaped glass. The bobeche is scalloped and holds eight hanging prisms. Chimney is etched to match the round center part of the lamp. Lamp center ball appears to have a very light bluish cast. Lamp measures approx. 15-1/4" high. Condition is good.
